The answer to your question is in the question itself. Why accept 100 mil in shares for PR to only have it nullified by your client buying back the shares at a lower price. I am sure legal depts. were involved in crafting this barter.

Newbie. First time ever posting on any boards (usually use the boards for momo hunting). Imo, for what it is worth, this company has shown that they are extremely focused on their direction. To retire a billion shares (which could have been used as leverage i.e, secure loans, pay off debtors etc...) gives me the signal that they are looking way past pennyland. They (and not the mm's)will be in control of the pps. For the next 6 months they are in complete control of share value. This is way bigger than you guys realize.
