No one have anything to say about the recent upsurge in price?
Anyone buying or interested in this stock? I see the posts from 2014 and 2106...maybe things have changed for the stock?
Anyone have any thoughts on the $2.37 close on ENRJP yesterday with a $3.00 high? SEC filings were released on the 14th. Thanks for any feedback. I have shares in ENRJP and an wondering if it will recover or if I should cut my losses and try to sell.
Anyone know what is going on with the sudden uptick in ENRJP stock? There have been 2 SEC filings, the most recent 3 days ago, after which the stock shot up to $3.00 and closed yesterday at $2.37. I didn't see anything positive in the SEC report, other then the company wanting to meet NYSE compliancy again...one of those measures for NYSE is $4.00 minimum I believe.
Any input or thoughts would be great!
So glad I was a "Lemming" and jumped ship at 4.30.
OMG I would be happy to see it even out above 4.00 again.
This is pathetic, and to think it didn;t even take bad or controversial news this time. Pretty F'd up to me. Sorry but todays crap has me a bit miffed. If i doesn;t seriously rally I think I may sell today and wait for it to bottom out, wish I had done it last week.
What I want to know is at what point in recent history did Shareholder become a dirty word?
I remember as a kid that buying stocks and being in the market were synonomus with success and daring and respect.
Something is happening in America, and here is my answer to what I think is happening:
I refuse to feel guilty about legally gaining wealth, period.
I can laugh with the best of them, I am not a hater and I am all for working towards being a part of the 1%.
What does it really say about someone though when they jump and claw to put on the Diamond list with the whole world watching?
Rather than say hey look at me!!!
I would rather be saying hey grab my hand!!!
So no, don't care to be canonized lol. But I do hope we are all able to exit at our chosen pps.
Whew I cant wait to get past $5.00 just so we don't have to read about this my purse is bigger than yours nonsense.
Its one this to be genuinely happy for yours and others' succcesses, its another to praise showboating.
I was all for the list to join a celebration before people were shuffled into raw earth materials categories.
Cool thanks. I thought many people would offer up that information...I need to do some research obviously to really understand those settings, but at I at least wanted to be as closely set to some of the posters here for relatability. For me up is good, down is bad lol. I know about the histo portion but that isn't much of an indicator as a history. The other two are more important from my view.
I grew up in Philly (Fishtown/Kensington).
Have family in Woodbury, and Cape May.
Went to Wildwood often for our family vacation.
Hi neighbor :)
Anyone able to tel me how I should configure my macd in TDA?
The Default is 12, 24, 9 but it looks like it will cross again to the down side, so I am not sure I have mine configured right.

FNMA has the best action for flipping imho.
All too well. Personally I would give up the opportunity to gain 1000 shares if it would just get us over 5.00 permanently this week.
I don't like flipping, too stressful.
With a reset RSI however, we may see that run to 4.78 and a close above 4.50. That is just as good as a flip in my book :)
ur funny.
I was disappointed the gap filled so quickly, I was hoping for a run to 4.69 ish then for the gap to fill before 2pm. I was going to flip today, but now I will hold for now and see what happens later. Gaps are easier to flip...dang it.
Gap at 4.45-4.48...now closed.
Yesterdays close 4.45
Todays open 4.48
Gap.
Dpending on which Gap School you choose to go by lol.
That is awesome.
No need to argue, sharing information can be beneficial to all of us, so don't take it personal. You're right about the candles in the example I provided, my bad, thanks for pointing it out I was in a hurry and did not pick an example that backed up my own position. My point I was making to you is that there was certainly a gap at 4.33 - 4.37...the previous days close and todays open. Here are two examples to support that claim.
Doesn't hurt to know there can be more than one perspective. With FNMA it would be very helpful in ur trading if you listend to what peole tried to tell you today when they called a gap...especially because in the past year there does not exist a gap as described today that has not been filled. Rather than worry about "arguing" just use the information to your advantage especially if you day or swing trade.
Quote: Have you ever wondered what causes gaps in price charts and what they mean? Well, you've come to the right place. Just in case, a gap is an area on a price chart in which there were no trades. Normally this occurs between the close of the market on one day and the next day's open.
http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:chart_analysis:gaps_and_gap_analysi
Quote: A price gap is created when a stock closes at $xxx for the day which is at 4:00 PM EST, then in after hours or pre hours trading the following morning is bought up or down in price. With the buying or selling during this time when the market is technically closed, the stock then opens up at 9:30 AM EST up or down right off the bat. When you look at the chart of this stock there will be a gap in the daily bars, which means a price gap has been created.

I think you might be reding that info wrong.
A gap can simply be a diferrence between the close of the previous day and the open of the next day.
Friday close 4.33.
Open today 4.37
GAP = .04
There aer other definitions of gap too, but with this stock a gap between close and open is always filled and has been terme d agap on this board. Just passing info along.

There are two gaps in the example, the gap today is teh second example.
Google.
The very disturbing thing is, many people behind F & F knowingly broke the law or subverted it according to what "people" believe.
The rule of law did nothing to stop what has happened.
That should be a pretty big concern for people in our country. Laws can be broken "until" people get caught...even by those sworn to protect the interests of the people and safe guard our laws.
So for me, anyone using rule of law to argue their point is well, foolish, until the law is enforced, which no one can be certain that it will be.
No offense, but rule of law doesn't mean crap when molesters of the law run free and rampage for years on end.
Just my two cents on the subject of "rule of law" as an argument to support why F&F will be restored and preserved. IMHO, rule of law isn't going to win the day, people pressuring our dear leaders will win the day when those leaders send a little bird to whisper in the judges ear. I hope that isn't true, but history and all that.
You may seriously want to consider deleting that message. I tried to TOS report it so it would be removed, but my jobs firewall is blocking me from the TOS report page. No cool dud, not cool at all.
I see your pov. I tend to reserve the term technocrat for politically elected officials of the mayoral and up type. In my view Demarco is an appointed administrator of a government organization...he is not an elected public servant/official whose technical expertise is being used to determine the course of public policy. The same way a scientific technocrat might seek to sway public opinion and law on issues such as abortion, where science and other schools of thought conflict.
Thanks for the detailed resonce.

I don't wana jynx myself. So ditto you.
No no no...I did not sell, I have been in since 4.185.
I don't "follow" anyone when I play, what I meant was I follow your and Zargs viewpoints, conversation, speculations etc...meaning I pay attention to what you two have to say simply because it is usually in line with what my position or thoughts are. So relax, your not indirectly responsible for my wealth or poverty lol.
Agreed. It isn't often that I like the word checkmate, nor its implications...but right about now, it'd be a highlight of my life.
Not me. The thought crossed my mind, would I or wouldn't I?
No way. I think the vote tomorrow will be a non issue and once we get through tomorrow the top could literally blow off this thing.
I just might hold my position and give on trying to increase me shares.
FFF - thanks for thinking about me. I Got back in after my last post about my whole swing trading experience where basically after 10 trades I ended up with like 60 additional shares from where I started. Got back in at 4.185 so I am GTG.
Good luck to you, I am still following you and Zargis and your plays, I may play again soon, watching, waiting and listening.

"The Federal Housing Finance Agency has directed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises), operating in conservatorship, to delist their common and preferred stock from the New York Stock Exchange and any other national securities exchange."
A quote from the first paragraph of the link you provided.
Clearly the delisting was by the direction of the FHFA and not forced by the NYSE. FNMA and FMCC can rquest uplisting at any time, regardless of conservatorship status.
Thanks for that link, it affirms my thoughts on the matter of uplisting.
(By the way I am no challenging your post, just continuing the conversation)

I want to know why Obit used that particular term when refering to Demarco so that I might learn something from a well respected poster on this board, with all due respect I wasn't asking you. Obit can choose to either respond or not in one of his future posts. Telling someone to look up information "like that" is a bit arrogant and at the least unfriendly, especially when the question wasn't directed at you.
Stand up response to what coulda been taken very badly.

ahh, cool thanks. I was afraid to touch anything on that page for fear of messing up the chart lol.
Everytime I see that video under your moniker I cringe. I hope that guy was fined for all the broken plastic and metal and rubbber and fuel that littered that beautiful mountainside. Nothing against you, I just hate that video.
Just curious, why do you refer to Demarco as a techonocrat? What is his feild of expertise?
$5.00 is not the marker for upisting. Your post seems to suggest this. FNMA and FMCC can uplist at any time, they meet all the benchmarks already. Uplist is by request, it is not offered. FNMA have not requested to be uplisted. I feel pretty confident uplisting could also occur in conservatorship, it has't, but perhaps that will change with the "new irection" Watt is pointing us in. Fingers crossed.
Hey Rain, when I use Stockcharts.com my charst don;t lok as colorful and engaging as yours. Are you using a paid account or something?
TIA - Frdm
I appreciate what you post and use it reflect on the market as I maek my decisions. But in this post you sould like you are marketing yourself, a few good calls is nothing to go overboard about, you'll lose your following just as fast as you gained one if your hubris overwelms your followers. Just an FYI.
Gee, after all the excitement to get in this morning I have to say this is a bit of a let down. I really thought with all the hype 4.30 to 4.50 was going to be all day. Maybe before close we will get a nice jolt.
Got filled at 4.185 for all shares.
So heres the scoop (FFF) on my whirwind swing trading since the 6.00 drop.
After (including today) 9 trades, I am +60 shares from where I started lol. At one point I was up 1471. So...after 9 trades over a period of about 2 months (?) I pretty much broke even in shares...
I do come out in a better standing with now having $3000.00 to write off against the $7000.00 gains after I sold during the crash from $6.00.
I lament...had I never sold I would be + $4000.00 over all vs. owing that in a tax bill for 2014.
So, it is my conclusion that my little experiment shows I have managed to learn how to preserve my money but not how to grow it from trading lol. But hey, at least I didn't lose it either and I am still in the game!
Maybe today is the day for everyone :)
I am a buyer at 4.22, hopefully it goes up and not down lol.
But I am buying so get ur 3.90 bids in lol.
