Nido halts trading for results on Friday
http://www.gmanews.tv/story/192660/aussie-firm-behind-palawan-oil-exploration-halts-trading-at-ase
Aquamarine Update is out:
Project operator, Nido Petroleum Limited, has advised that the contracted Vantage Drilling Rig, Aquamarine, is scheduled to arrive at the Tindalo drill site from Singapore in mid-April 2010, subject to weather sailing conditions. The rig will commence in-field operations and testing of the well, with potential production beginning within a one to three week timeframe from the rig arrival date.
As detailed in the TG World press release dated March 11, 2010, the Company holds a 12.5% working interest in Service Contract 54A where the Tindalo well is located – in 30 to 100 metres of water offshore the Palawan Island, Philippines. The Tindalo discovery is a 124 to 144 metre oil column that has P50 contingent resources in place of 11 million barrels as independently assessed by ISIS Petroleum Consultants of Australia. Three additional drilling targets have been identified as follow-ups to Tindalo, with the most likely second location being the Yakal prospect where a 90 metre oil column will be targeted.
Looks good for another run here
volume is up - oil hitting new highs - charts look pretty good
I'm glad I held all my shares - that was a quick little dip and I think we're going to see us breaking through that $1.60 barrier on the next run.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui
Volume is steadily increasing - good to see
Yeah - looks good long term - I'm undecided on the short term though- looks like it capped off the run right after the quarter which there were many large block buys... the last couple weeks have been frequent small trades with a few large sell orders that were unmatched by the buys - seems pretty sell dominant in a day by day look but the price has been pretty stable and holding well with volume staying relatively high - that's good to see. Hopefully it's building a new base here rather than peaking and dropping. Time will tell.
Even by 2nd Q. of 2010 ...
In 2008, Nido completed a two well exploration program in SC54A that resulted in the Tindalo and Yakal oil discoveries. Both wells were suspended without testing as potential oil producers based on interpretation of well log and drilling data. The Tindalo well identified a 124 to 144+ metre oil column and Nido has since fast-tracked a low cost, well development program. Nido has commissioned drilling contractor Vantage Drilling for the development and completion of the Tindalo discovery which is positioned at water depths of approximately 100 metres. Completion and extended well test operations are scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2010 with first oil expected shortly thereafter
Nice
Sounds like things are going to be heating up here later in the year - it's always good to be in early!
the pps held pretty well today for the amount of selling that was going on - then again the size of the trades were small so that is good.
the charts look pretty nice to me - at least for the short term, couldn't get passed the ~1.60 mark because the price just shot up too quickly... hopefully it just keeps on going at a nice steady pace - that is always the best way to keep the trend going.
High Volume day again today... AWESOME!
Thanks... I'm liking the looks of this for the short term anyways- it's on a nice little run
Looks like the company is sitting pretty well for the longer term as well
nice to see
Newly invested in this company...
anyone mind filling me in with the details here?
Financials looked like they were pretty good - am I right?
and by that you mean a $.04 buy to move this up a notch?
well I wouldn't expect to see .0006 here
I mean the volume is not going anywhere - it's clear no one wants to buy until news is out - there hasn't been a solid day of buying in a month - everybody was saying how they want to buy in and they hope it goes lower so they can buy more ... and the lower this is going - the less buying there is - now is all you guys to pony up if you really wanted to - prove me wrong and buy this thing up... hopefully the selling has subsided now that a bunch of people have dumped- maybe an uptrend starting anew?
so you're saying no one is able to buy right now because shares aren't available - and the result is shares being bought in $.04 intervals? Right after a $3m buy order?
ha - well... why not when it will move the bid/ask marks
stock manipulation at it's finest...
haha - I'm doing the same as you
well it's certainly going to need more than 3m in volume
we've had almost a month of nothing but sells
it's way oversold at the moment - could use a good volume day here
could have something to do with the St. Deviation being so high
any moves are bound to move the price??
anytime these hit .0003's - they're pretty much cooked
no news for 2 months during high expectations is just asking for it
I don't know what you're talking about
I am just trying to figure out what is what with this company - it seems that nobody really knows Amelot's subs and partnerships -
I was simply curious - just asking questions. The articles I found were to help get other opinions other than my own...
I take into account what people think no matter if they are for the stock or against it - both sides have valid points and I take them all into consideration to make my decisions. There are things I like about the company, and things that I feel could be improved - but that's with any company - especially a penny trading at .0004
Thank You for actually answering my question about PAN AM!!
do you know anything about Three Rivers Biofuel?
I post the PR's because I see no reason not to believe what has been stated in them. There is confirmation in the fact that these started in 2007 and there are articles all the way through 2008 confirming that there is/was a partnership with Pan-Am.
I don't really know what has been going on with those since 2008 until now because all the news is about expanding to new places - new partnerships all the while maintaining what they have - and they were in the process of getting machinery that would be scalable and portable - just like that article states they would be doing - and I think we know what happened with that deal - now we are getting past that and ready to move forward again
If all this is rubbish
why is their 2 years of articles all publishing and confirming these things?!! PAN-AM and AMELOT ARE IN A PARTNERSHIP!
even look at maps and such of the area - it's all agricultural land.
In August, New York-based Amelot Holdings Inc. and Pan-Am Biofuels Inc. of Park City, Utah, formed a joint venture to develop a 2,000-acre jatropha plantation in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The plantation, when fully operational in mid-2008, would produce up to 3 million gallons of crude jatropha oil. The project has been successful thus far because of the region’s ideal jatropha growing conditions and a unique, low-risk funding method, says Pan-Am Biofuels President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Black. “[Costa Rica] is very eco-conscious and they believe that the biofuels industry will reinvent farming, revitalize the economy and protect their national interest [regarding dependence] on fossil fuels,” he says. “They import 100 percent [of their oil] from Venezuela at this point. They really welcome biofuels into their country.”
Pan-Am Biofuels produces jatropha saplings from selected and tested seeds and offers turnkey projects to corporations and individuals seeking to develop plantations. Pan-Am partnered with Amelot because of its expertise in foreign relations and forestry management. Amelot, which has been in the forestry industry since 1998, provided consulting services regarding seeds, fertilizer, land management and soil testing. Currently, the partnership’s efforts are aimed at improving its 81-acre jatropha seedling nursery. The seedlings will be produced from seeds imported from India. Once the trees mature, they will be moved from the nursery to a plantation that will have the capacity to hold about 2 million jatropha trees. Pan-Am also has a research and development lab at the nursery where it will be able to optimize productivity of the trees. Along with the jatropha trees, castor plants that produce oil for biodiesel production will be grown.
The crude jatropha oil will be stored in tanks that Pan-Am has established on-site. Amelot Holdings has exclusive rights to all of the oil produced by the plantation and its initial plans are to sell it to domestic refiners in Costa Rica, according to Black. In the future, both parties may consider using mobile units to refine the crude jatropha oil on the plantation, Black adds. “That’s not something that we’re including in our business plan at this point,” Black says. “Right now, we’re looking strictly at pressing the seeds, extracting the oil and then selling the raw crude oil to be processed into biodiesel. If it works out where it’s eminently more profitable and more efficient to have a mobile processing refinery right on the premises, where we can go from farm to farm during the harvest, then we’ll certainly take a look at that. We want to keep it simple right now.”
well it seems to me that the help they get is from school children volunteering - and then workers from McGill University - which seems to be the people in their pictures.
It is a small developing country - they do things not up to fully developed standards. Point is - Barbados is a testing ground - not their main business. It is more or less employees/volunteers helping gather supplies for the company - it is a service they can do for the development of their country... sure it may not be up to par of developed countries - but companies and people on the island seem to love what is taking place there - it is to better their standard of living. It is evident that the people and businesses there are willing to pay for their services to do so - they get green credits for doing so as well - just like we do - it looks good for them - they feel they are helping their country - they feel like they help the environment - it is a service people are willing to support and pay for.
Ok once again, you're proof
Handel's UN award can be seen in this video - along with proving that the government is helping pay for biodiesel development and has multiple other funders.
something you may have not seen
and your sources??
I have been showing you info -- like gobs of it...
show the board that anything hasn't come to fruition. You haven't given me one bit of proof from you're view - yet I have been showing examples from my view basically everyday for the past month. Even if the info is not 100% verifiable - there is no reason in my opinion to believe it hasn't happened- you have yet to show me anything to prove otherwise.
So you do think the United Nations is a scam?
holey moley ...
Is the United Nations a scam too?
you say Handel Callender is a scam - but the UN doesn't seem to think so.
Mr. Handel Callender who holds many awards of science and entrepreneurial merit. He has earned merits from his home country of Barbados, as well as a highly competitive monetary award from the United Nations
So where is the proof to your claims?
show me reason to believe Amelot has been deceptive - doesn't own these subsidiaries - isn't involved in partnerships?
Forrest "Bud" Stacy, CEO of the recently announced Amelot acquisition of TRB
..so how do you explain this?
As far as I can tell they did - and TRB has a CEO that has taken a company to fortune 500's top 50 power companies - I don't think you scam you're way to that status.
what about Three Rivers?
Did Amelot acquire them?
not to mention they didn't even place a PR about that event
where does it show that anyone disavowed any relationship?
Ok how about this?
If this is all a scam - then why is the company attending world wide events? Notice that attendants include Aziz Hirji as well as PAN-AM Bioduels - remember Pan-Am Bifuels were in a joint venture in jatropha plantations in south america??
So Do you question these gues lists as well? are they fake too?

EX: 4 Reliable Suppliers Of Alternative Energy
http://ezinearticles.com/?4-Reliable-Suppliers-Of-Alternative-Energy&id=1656542
Amelot has the rights to A LOT of land where Jatropha is planted - and produces A LOT of oil. That oil in itself is a valuable commodity - TRB has jatropha plantations - Amelots JBTI has partnership deals with places in latin america with plantations - there's Amelot Oil's plantations in Ghana.... there is a lot of oil being produced by all of AMHD's different Subsidiaries ... and I think we all underestimate the real business of AMHD here - I think they are more focused on the plantations and the process of getting the feedstock oil - rather than actually turning the oil into biodiesel
I've read multiple articles about biodiesel stocks now that are the whole "investor beware" stories - and what to look for in biodiesel stocks. And in every single article it says not to look for the companies that keep talking about new plants and refineries and rather look for companies more concerned with feedstock development.... and I'm starting to get the picture here why they referenced AMHD in good light.
I think this article proves that Amelot is more interested in the plantations and feedstock - and at the very end points to increased marketing and new global revenue streams... now is this whole T&T coming into view? How about the new affiliations with a new biodiesel group? The marketing is advancing - they are increasing their global footpring, they are staying true to not diluting the company... I don't see the point of trying to say none of this is proven, or amelots business model is bogus. This proves it all to me - they are angry from buying on the news of the new machine and dilutions for the addition of TRB... from my view of coming in after those times... I can see why Amelot raised the money to acquire them... this company is growing very fast - and the fact that I've been able to find all this info through hundreds of different sources, through different companies, through different magazines, etc. proves to me that what they are saying does exist - lies and schemes can only go so far - I've been posting gobs of info on here for weeks now - each from different perspectives - all confirming the companies words in different ways.
The company expects to collect enough indigenous Jatropha seed to produce a minimum of 1 million gallons of Jatropha oil in 2008. On March 13, the company subsidiary, Jatropha Biofuel Technologies, Inc. (JBTI), came to an agreement with Fundacion Pan America (FPA) to develop Jatropha plantations throughout Latin America.
Beginning next month, JBTI will begin developing a minimum of 100,000 hectares of land across Latin America for the cultivation of Jatropha feedstock and the production of Jatropha oil.
According to the company, each hectare of land will support about 2,000 Jatropha trees which can be interplanted with cash crops like coffee, sugar, fruits and vegetables. Every Jatropha tree produces approximately half a gallon of Jatropha oil per year. The company claims that a Jatropha plantation will generate net income for 35 to 40 years.
In terms of world ecology, the Jatropha tree grows well in poor soils, actually improves soil quality and can be grown in dry land farms or drought situations.
Conservative estimates show that 100,000 hectares of developed land will produce 100 million gallons of oil annually. Currently, soy-basedbiodiesel (B100) trades for $5.01 a gallon.
This week, the company announced that it will acquire Three Rivers Biofuel LLC, (TRB) and intends to build a Jatropha biofuel plant with a full capacity of 100 million gallons a year when fully upgraded. The plant will be built on a 20-acre parcel that TRB has the rights to in Burnsville, Miss.
"The acquisition of Three Rivers’ Biofuel LLC by Amelot Holdings Inc will give us access to quality feedstock," said Forrest F. "Bud" Stacy, president and CEO of TRB. "We felt that Amelot's strengths matched very well with our expertise in the designing, development, and management ofbiodiesel facilities. This is the perfect fit and it is a win-win situation."
"Bud Stacy is the only man for this job," said Aziz Hirji need his title And AFFILIATION. "Bud's track record of designing, constructing, and operating large scale energy plants speaks for itself. He took Olgethorpe Power and turned it into a Fortune 500 top 50 utilities company. He is just the kind of person we need and want at Amelot to build our first class JatrophaBiodiesel Plants in the U.S. and around the world."
In addition to direct sales of biodiesel, Amelot also plans to market the following revenue streams globally: consulting for new Jatropha plantations; cloning technology for the production of superior Jatropha seeds; exclusive distribution rights for a new, superior extraction process; and sale of Jatropha seeds and seedlings.
