Shotcallers, do some more DD. TheraMax has been in Walgreens in South Florida for a couple of years now and because sales have been good, Walgreens has now agreed to carry TheraMax in all of its stores. That is 7,500 stores. If they simply sell at the same rate as they did last year per store, they will be profitable after this winter. Yes profitable. They are also about to start selling internatially, look at some of the prior announcements. This could be a $2 stock in a couple of years.
I think they will get funding now that they have the Walgreens contract. Now is the time to buy.
Very encouraging article. I have been buying for the past couple of weeks and will continue to add more. This stock is VERY undervalued. See link below for some more info.

Quinn - are you still holding shares here? Any response to my earlier post?
I am new to this company. Can someone tell me why it is only trading at a nickel? They have NO long term debt. From their last 10Q they have negative $1.4M in working capital, but won't they be able to earn their way to profitability this fall/winter season, especially now being in all Walgreens?
All consultants, advertisers, marketers, etc. that did work for the company over the past year was paid in stock at an average price of $1.38/share. What changed so much in the last few months for this to drop so much? Unless it was those companies that were selling, but I would think their shares would be restricted for a period of time.
Maybe the product is not being accepted by consumers?
Puzzled.
Can someone answer this...
Why doesn't SFMI just partner up with someone else like Alexco (AXU) did with Silver Wheaten (SLW) where SLW gave them $50M to build their mine and SLW gets royalties of 25% of anything that is mined from there at a locked in discounted price ($3.90/oz silver in that case).
I just don't understand why all the dilution.
i think you'll see news much sooner than Thursday.
What release are people talking about?
i don't think anything is done done yet, it will take some more time, but things are moving along.
Things are shaping up nicely, once line of credit is approved in Turkey the share price should approach 20 cents.
this is really progressing nicely. sounds like potential for signed contract within 2 weeks and the share price is only 11 cents ...incredible.
Don't miss the big picture here folks. This news wasn't released for no reason. Of course the proof is in the pudding, but the potential here is enormous.
Awesome news. I picked up some shares yesterday, will continue to add today.
Ouri is at it again. Is it an oil deal again or sugar? How are they going to post the bond?
Where did you get that update from?
Do you know anymore details on it? DS contends that it is all horseshit.
Guardian,
Have you contacted the compnay lately? What are they saying?
Anyone else hear the Col. rushed back to Iraq a couple of weeks ago for possible oil deal?
Bottome is in, buy more at this level.
Now .12 x .1599
Looks like NITE pulled away, they were keeping the bid/ask tight. Now looks like havoc.
Does anyone know when they plan on filing the 10-K? Since they are late, they got the "E" tacked onto their stock symbol.
Madmike,
I like to see the optimism. I also have belief in the Col., but unfortunately he cannot do it alone and needs cooperation from the other side. It is hard to close deals if the Iraqis keep changing the rules. So because of that I am worried about this investment, but cautiously optimistic.
Maybe we'll find out more in the 10-K which is due tomorrow.
Has anyone been able to get the entire article? If so, please post it. Thanks.
Week old article?
Anyone see this yet? Please post entire article if you have an account. Thanks.

Thanks dc, I was able to view on my home computer. Not a bad segment, but for people that don't know DFSH, they may not be that clear on what DFSH does exactly.
DCbass,
Thanks for all of the links, but none worked for me. Did the Col. say anything new? Did he mention the sugar contract that is supposed to ship next week? Anything on oil contracts?
Thanks!
The Col. to be on Fox News tomorrow!
I expect another contract annoucement within a few weeks. Also, an update on first contract, i.e. first shipment. These will both be positive developments that will continue to build credibility for DFSH.
Add more at these levels.
News is out on the source of performance bond money. Madmike was right, their cut isn't as much as I thought, but the 8-K had some concerning language...
"No assurance can be given that the Company will be successful in entering into or completing a contract for the sale of commodities to the government of Iraq"
I wonder if this is just standard wording or what's the deal?
Has anyone heard of this company before? They appear to be doing exactly the same things as DFSH, except they have landed many more contracts.

Click all of the links to the right as well for more articles.
Madmike,
Right on. There's nothing wrong with some honest discussion on the details, but you're right, we both agree on the potential in DFSH.
Here's to a good week.
Macod
Was that a joke? Spare me the lesson on revenues and earnings ...did you pull that out of one of your textbooks? The $60 million WILL NOT be reported as revenues for DFSH. Just think about it, if they land a large oil contract for say 20 million barrels, do you think they will report $1.5 billion in revenues (at $75/per barrel of oil)? No, they will report their broker fee (which would be quite large for DFSH, but it won't be the value of the oil). I simply wanted to clarify this so others won't be misled.
As far as the money for the performance bond, it is only speculation on my part, but DFSH did not have the money and to get the first deal done, which is MONUMENTAL in many ways, I do believe that it cost them a lot. As we all know there is a lot of risk here, which you eluded to in your post. The Seaside money wasn't enough to ocver $3 million. And I don't belive the employee options were excercised ...at least not yet.
Maybe I'm confused...
DFSH's revenues for the contract announced yesterday will be their broker fee, that's their involvment in this deal. It won't be the $60 million for the foodstuff. Their broker fee is probably around 10%, which would be $6 million. Their earnings will be the $6 million minus costs for delivering on this contract. Also, I'm sure whomever gave them the money for the performance bond will share in the profits ...so I expect DFSH to EARN roughly $3-$4 million on this contract.
Don't get me wrong, I think this is great news, I just don't see where the $100 million was coming from, but now I see that folks got the value of the goods mixed up in the equation.
One caveat is if they land a couple of the large oil contracts, then the revenue could pile up.
$100 Mil Rev? Where did you come up with that?
Go blow smoke somehwere else.
Ok then the other bids due by Feb. 3rd for white sugar could potentially by another contract DFSH is bidding on. I thought this first contract was also for sugar.
Ses my previous post, maybe they are only a "bidder" at this point?
Interesting find. Does this mean that at this stage DFSH is only a bidder and hasn't received the contract?
Unfortunately based on the current price, the additional money raised will only amount to $263k, making total Seaside investment $623k. Need to get the share price up by beginning of March so they can maximize on this arrangement ...unless of course it is being held down for this very reason.
Insider information, now that's silly! I am fairly new to this company and wanted to know if you had some more concrete reasoning on why you thought they were a LOCK on the BTR-4 contract. The fact that they are/were partners with Ukraine is favorable, but I would think if this was a lock then this contract alone would have driven the share price up substantially ...unless it's a show me the money scenario.
Thanks for the responses.
