agree
It is fun to check into this discussion every so often. It proves that time can indeed stand still, as it has here for 15 years
Tuned in for the first time in a while, and I see the board focused on anti-mask lunacy. Regarding IPIX...Anything going on here with any of the wonder drugs? Is Leo still running a one-man shop? Does the lab still exist in Massachusetts?
Will this baby ever be an investment?
When does the money flow in for the trials?
This scam is still operating I see. A new boiler room promoter....
Definition of insanity. “This time it will be different”
Talicia did not get a lot of detail in the most recent report. I think that is a factor in the share price stagnation
Interesting. Been holding this for a pretty long time....
So my nephew told me about this a few weeks ago and I bought in. I must be his favorite uncle!
Is this growth sustainable and will CVLB be an acquisition target?
did this scam ever get around to any toxicology? its only taken them 15 years....can't rush into things.
....and positive for the day. jeesh. There were a lot of $ behind that raid. And it looks like they made off with a bunch more
this looks like an opportunity
boodog I am genuinely happy for you. You have been waiting a long time, have stayed positive and not gotten cynical...and you had to endure a lot of crap.
Watch out for a big raise. It has got to be very tempting for Leo right about now.
The Company previously announced encouraging preliminary findings from six COVID-19 patients requiring high-flow supplemental oxygenation treated with opaganib in Israel under compassionate use. All six patients analyzed demonstrated pronounced clinical improvement following treatment initiation with opaganib, substantial improvement in biomarkers including decreased required supplemental oxygenation, higher lymphocyte counts and decreased C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. All six patients analyzed were weaned from supplemental oxygen and discharged from the hospital on room air without having to receive mechanical ventilation
I am so happy that you called my attention to AQST. THank you!
I think the only plan is survival. Apabetalone has failed two large heavily publicized trials (first one was in 2014). Not by much, but missed primary endpoints equal failure. IMO, they should sell to whoever will make an offer, if anyone comes forward. Otherwise this may go to zero. Where would the $ come from to fund another big trial?
The other related company, Zenith, still has significant value and buyout potential.
But what the heck do I know?
see earlier response to farrell
that is a good point
Sincerely...believe whatever you'd like...it's ok with me. in vitro testing approaches are apples to oranges comparisons by definition.
Nevertheless, if I were selecting where to allocate grants I would look at 100% in vitro results before 50%. This is particularly true when there are literally hundreds of in vitro test going on at once.
here is one:
WPD Pharmaceuticals Reports Active Compound in Licensed Drug Candidate Reduces Coronavirus Replication in Vitro by 100%To develop in collaboration with CNS Pharmaceuticals antiviral drug candidates licensed from Moleculin Biotech for the international markets
https://ir.moleculin.com/press-releases/detail/162/moleculin-announces-active-compound-in-wp1122-reduces
Several that I know of, including at least one that wiped out the virus in vitro. B got about 50% of it. I should point out that dosages were likely not comparable and may not represent possible dose delivery in the clinic
I'm not sure that 50% reduction in petri-dish viral load will pass muster to go on to round two. It might, but there is certainly some doubt. I follow another one that virtually wiped out the virus in vitro and it has not moved on to human trials as yet either.
After a brief flurry of throwing everything at COVID-19, it seems there has been a bit of a pause.
all that said, I really do hope it goes on to the clinic and that it works!
Pretty much pulling out of iHub. Not a lot of utility last couple years. Good trading to all.
I see your posts have driven down the price of RDHL again.....it is a jinx!
HA!
see post 288866 from 3/31.
I bought in yesterday when I got the shareholder letter....seemed obvious. While it has pulled back a bit from the high....I'm in at 8 cents and I expect another pop when the next steps are announced.
Maybe...hopefully...after all we are talking about a one person show.
I did not see your earlier post....don't read them all!
Yes, IF it does indeed work in humans as a prophylactic it is a MAJOR breakthrough. I would imagine things will go fast from here. Likely not fast enough for many here, but fast on a relative basis.
There definitely will be quick follow-up to this with next steps. I expect Leo to keep this in front of everyone for a while...
Another point not really being discussed. The graphic shows B's potential as a prophylactic. B was introduced to the cell cultures BEFORE the virus and the viral load was compared later. The higher dose of B reduced viral load by about 50% if I'm reading it correctly. I wonder what would happen if B was introduced AFTER infection....
Looks like either a fair number of flips among those who bought yesterday (hey...a double is always good). Or it could be MFO
still have the other half.....want to leave some $ for you
Half out. plus 45% in a couple hours. probably should have sold them all.
two cents .. right! .. that's the minimum IPIX will get out of the announcement
The max would be about a triple.
okay....so that was clearly a "buy now" pr. I expect a nice pop.
Got the approval but is still down
aqst stock price down 75% recently and much more longer term. Lots of stuff marketed and more coming, but losses continue to pile up...loss of $2.61/share TTM
negative equity and relatively high burn. Not my cup of tea
fair enough.
The bs talk about working on Covid-19 seems to be over
All evidence thus far on Kevetrin is anecdotal
Well...it was a nice little pop to get out on.
