MJ will still be a Schedule 1 drug. Banks are not going anywhere near this. C'mon now.
You said the Sales numbers will get us the attention. Sales numbers are down...what drives the interest in here now?

Revenues down from Q2 and Q3 2015.
What about the non existent "seed to sale" management system or the dispensing machine located 0 locations?
Realistically, this stock is now a Health & Wellness play on CBD....and its expectations should be as such.
Quarterly Report should be out this week.
I wonder how the frat brothers at BG&Z are doing with m3hub. Funny how they don't even list their own company on their LinkedIn pages.
Sure, for health and wellness locations are specifically mentioned by Todd. But my question is what does that have to do with the marijuana sector??
With m3hub and autospense practically nonexistent, how does this stock have any correlation with marijuana and any legislation reform?? Only a couple of seconds of DD is needed when the hype comes around to persuade fresh investors to pick a different stock.
CbdUnlimited is a health and wellness product. The one guy operating Green Leaf seems like the only benefactor.
Sector is already moving. Seems to be pretty dead here.
Kind of similar to January? http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=119534596
So a group of freshly graduated frat guys who appear to have full time jobs at other firms. Domain name just bought on the 11th for only one year. Interesting...CoNJ is a good school though, maybe they're capable.
So now we're predicting sector runs using poll data 8 months from the general election and two primaries in. C'Mon guys, that's grasping at straws here.
Why not discuss the states who are potentially including recreational legalization on the November ballot considering those are actually tangible results to the marijuana industry.
Or is this a personal coping mechanism to the 4th Q sales decline and the 6 weeks into the 2016 with no update on the uplisting that's currently happening in the real world.
Would love to hear your logical thought process in how that is so...care to share?
No such company exists in the state of NJ. You can look here https://www.njportal.com/DOR/BusinessNameSearch/
The CARERS Act removes federal government from state voted decisions regardless of the schedule classification.in a state where recreational use was passed by a vote, the two acts would have no different effect.
Keeping marijuana a controlled substance allows the government to use the DEA to combat marijuana smuggling and illegal distribution...
Which means licensed growers and retailers will benefit the most from legal recreational use....
Which is great for the marijuana sector that we are currently invested in. No?
This is just a duplicate of the CARERS Act that has already been introduced to the Senate. The petition needed is one to expedite the committee review.
Any input as to why 4th Q revenue dropped as compared to 3rd Q revenue?
If he throws a rock into the sky everyday, maybe one day he'll get lucky and finally hit something. On that day, we'll know how many aimless rocks were thrown but the outsiders will think he has the most skilled arm in town. That's their goal all along.
There are only two revenues sources that I can imagine. CBD (Unli + Health Solutions) and Green Leaf Consulting (essentially 1 person). Out of the $130k in revenue done this past fiscal year, I would think a decent share of it came from the CBD sales.
Todd has let CBD HS's strong social media fall by the way side. The rest of the company is a joke on social media. I mentioned in a post yesterday that branding is hugely needed for 2016. I honestly think that Unlimited was unnecessary. The products should all channel through Health Solutions and create a strong market presence.
Todd is definitely dropping the ball in that area, but the one thing that he is indeed doing is developing new products and is willing to do medically test their effectiveness. While i am a Branding person through and through...does make some sense to build a product line and test it before throwing too much money at marketing.
Todd is not great. EDXC is not great. If you're in OTC land expecting to find those, good luck.
The fact is no matter how much is wrong with this company, it is in line to tag along for a sector run....and thats the only way you should view this company, atleast imo
I look at it from two ways. Firstly,
Late Winter 2014: A sector run took EDXC on quite a nice ride. Back then, this company was a lot less of company then it is now. No revenue, m3hub wasn't real, autospense didn't exist in any locations, and no Cannsumables division. The beauty of sector runs is that they don't care down here in OTC land. Granted we may not gather as much long term interest or volume, but the opportunity was there.
Now while m3hub is still a scheme, autospense is likely as well...the company is now audited, up listing is coming, there is revenue growth (though not insanely impressive) and the Cannsumables is indeed real, though not thoroughly impressive yet either. If a sector run is coming, i don't see why it would leave us behind. It didn't last time.
Secondly- I believe in the potential of CBD products. While i think Todd does a lot of scam work, i think he believes in CBD products as well. m3hub and other are just shells to make the company appear like a player in the broader market, perhaps to allow the growth of the Cannsumables division through deception of the others...
Disclosure: I do not have a large stake in this company. My overall portfolio has barely any OTC stocks. This is a scratch off lottery ticket for me.
Indeed. This board seems to be either way wide left or right of reasonable logic.
While I do believe m3hub is scheme and very unlikely to ever materialize to a product the market would use, doesn't mean the company as a whole is useless. If you're on this board in the first place, you're looking for a ride up a sector run, not choosing EDXC as a retirement security.
The biggest thing for this sector is the CARERS Act, which is likely to die this year but the head of the Senate committee did say that out of the act, he is for more open medical research of CBD oils. That looks quite good for us then the guys who sell pots and LED lights.
Not sure if the completed audit for uplisting/SEC filing would cause a delay but if the filing is going to be late, the notice would surely be posted on Monday. I don't believe a magic shot to the moon is coming next week so a couple of days shouldn't be too painful.
Hoping to at least see $80k in revenue for the quarter ($170k on the year).
q1-$6,500
q2-$25,000
q3-$58,000
Todd had mentioned this was capable of $1 mill in revenue for 2016. Seems like a long shot but at least the fundamentals are building up for the next sector run...whenever that happens
Liquid forms of delivery seem to be the main focus but I would imagine edibles are in the pipeline. A frozen or energy shot product has been mentioned to the be next development. Logically, I would think refining quality and effectiveness of your liquid concentrate products would be a prerequisite before moving into edibles. A good way of opening distribution channels as well.
We should hear some more in the usual shareholders update PR that should follow next week.
Hoping for some improved branding and labeling for 2016. It needs it.
Yep. Etain opens in 3 months so we'll find out soon enough if EDXC for any of their products/software. Wouldn't look good if TODD can't land such an easy opportunity to implement m3HUB.
Seems like the Stain relationship really is Stevens (Greenleaf)
NY State approved a paper application submitted by Etain. They have no idea who EDXC are. Greenleaf is purely a constultant to the client who's name appears on the application. It is literally worded like that in the PR.
Where did you get that Yahoo News style headline From?
I'm talking about searching 'CBD Oil', 'Natural CBD Oil', 'CBD Vape', 'CBD crystals'....keywords that drive purchase turnovers.
So far I've seen the site on Page 2 results under CBD Crystals which isn't bad.
Only people typing CBD Unlimited into google are those who have read the press releases. Would assume that's a pretty negligible part of our customer base.
Also, is anybody able to organically find CBDUnlimited on google? Tried the major keywords but can never find it. Curious if anyone besides investors here know about it?
Are there any expected updates or PR's in the pipeline in the next 5 months? Hopefully more come out of Etain opening in January 16. Would like to see some updates regarding M3Hub and Autospense.
From my understanding of the PR, Etain is a client of Greenleaf and there was no definitive statement that they would be using m3hub or AutoSpense...just a "look to further collaborate"
There isn't enough volume to skyrocket this off company PR's, but there will still be gains to be made off of them, especially from these levels. the + .15 will need a sector run which could be months and months off. Still worth waiting for with the plan this company is executing on.
Of all the info in the intro, the "devastating news" is the boldest yet that is completely subjective and has already been shown to be far from devastating. The information should be presented factually and include all aspects of the company's business plan, then interested investors can conclude their own thoughts to everything.
CBDUnlimited.com is up and running it seems.
Have to say the execution on CBDUnlimited has been pretty bad. A month long countdown to nothing and continuously missing dates. At the end of the countdown, there was barely anything done besides a premade template.
It is pretty close now though.

Fish lake valley is right on the border of "Extreme Drought" and "Moderate Drought" so I hope I don't hear that this site is still too wet. Hopefully the drought can be somewhat of an advantage for us.
