Management has taken Onefi Technology into a new direction, IPTV. We have regained control of the company over Roadwings and hope to move it forward and profitable in the future. More announcements will be made public as we proceed. Thanks for your interest.
Exactly. The shareholders have no clue what will happen with those shares. The Petrolind shares should add value to the new shares.
Email from Tom Makmann
Mr. XXX,

Oil climbing again today. $PPTO looks like it is ready to jump.

Yes maybe we get tomorrow some news. It's about time don't you think?
Finally after a very very long period.
"Mr. Hawkins' conclusive report is extremely positive and we look forward to initiating the proposed work program. This is a rewarding time for our investors."
Nice. Finally!
I asked Mr Newsom these questions:
People ask me questions about what is going to happen to all of our shares. Do you have any knowledge of this? Are our shares still good? Should we get our shares from our brokers and hold them ourselves, since many brokers do not respond to any questions about SOCI?
This was his answer:
I can not answer these questions as yet, but I will ask the lawyer and see what he thinks. The brokers have nothing to see until the company does a news release or a filing and therefore they have nothing to tell you.
Andrew Hudders the company lawyer has asked Ricardo Munoz to check with the Chilean Navy on the concession at Lota Bay as to the status after the earthquake. It appears the concessions are still intact and the damage is minor at the site with the access road suffering the only significant damage. I will try to keep you informed of developments
Norman Newsom
Dear chuckpenny
I'm not Mr Newsom. I'm just a shareholder of SOCI just like you but after a long search I finally found someone who could answer some questions about SOCI.
I will ask Mr Newsom What you want to know.
Yes, this was recent. About two weeks ago I asked the CEO of Majestic Silver to give the email of David Shaw so I could contact him.
I recieved this email from Mr. Newson yesterday.
Mr. XXX:
David Shaw told me about your inquiry that was sent to Majestic Silver and then forwarded this to me. That is how I have your email address and inquiry.
There is no real contact to the company as we are spending our money to bring the company back to trade not on PR.
SOCI was delisted as the company could not bring all audits upto date as the old records the lawyer said he had were never delivered to the management and therefore the missing audits could not be completed. As the company had been a reporting issuer, this meant that the company was in violation of SEC rules and was then delisted. The directors were give bad advice by the previous lawyer and that is why a new and very competent lawyer/law firm was retained.
As the filing are filed then accepted there will be news releases about the status of the company. Once the company is back trading with working capital I would expect the management to update the website and release the appropiate news to the shareholders and the public.
Sincerely
Norm Newsom
John,
Did you ask Mr. Newson some more questions and did you get extra information?
Dear XXX
I am a share holder of Southern Energy like you, the only difference is I was an original investor in the company.
Myself and several large investors have gotten together to try and bring SOCI back to trade on the OTCBB and Frankfurt exchanges. To date with the help of Mr Ricardo Munoz, the President of Southern Energy, we have funded a new securities lawyer, Anderws Hudders of a large New York firm, a new auditor, Daniel Lafley, CPA of M&K CPAS, PLLC and have answered all question to complete a new set of audits. We expect to file an S-1 filing with the SEC and a 15C-211 filing with Finera within days.
Our group of investors has also kept the Lota Coal Concession in Lota Bay Chile in good standing and once the company is trading again we expect that with the expertise of consultants and large shareholders, we would still expect to develop the project.
We have been in touch with the Chilean Navy and they stated that the pier and the surrounding area that was to be used to recover the coal has not been damaged as much as most areas by the major earthquake of last weekend that was centered some 60 kms from Lota Bay. The timing of the project will now depend upon the reconstruction of the road and railway system in the area along with the trading approvals of the SEC and Finera.
Please send myself any question you may have of Southern Energy as Mr. Munoz is very hard to communicate with as his house was partially destroyed and he is still without power, only a cell phone for communication.
Thank you for your inquiry to Dr. David Shaw who has been such a great help in our going forward.
Take care

There's no volume and no news. What happened?
The Company expects to continue to receive revenues from the properties on the Oklahoma properties and the Company expects for these revenues to increase. Planned exploration ventures should increase revenues for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010.
Or is there still hope for the 15 shareholders?
Our plan of operations for the next twelve months is to maintain the current properties we have and recomplete some of the properties that we feel will generate more revenue.
We estimate that our expenditures over the next twelve months will be $120,000 to cover ongoing general and administrative expenses. As at September 30, 2009, we had cash and cash equivalents of $12,944 and working deficit of $1,026,250. We have enough cash on hand to meet our overhead requirements for the next 6 months. We will need to raise approximately $120,000 to meet our overhead requirements for the next 12 months.
We need to raise at least $120,000 to fund our operations for the next twelve (12) months. There can be no assurance that we will be able to obtain financing on acceptable terms in light of factors such as the market demand for our securities, the state of financial markets generally and other relevant factors.
Presently, our officers and sole director allocate only a portion of their time to the operation of our business.
Now I know why they don't respond to my emails and work so slow.
Since our resources are very limited, insufficient revenues would result in termination of our operations, as we cannot fund unprofitable operations unless additional equity or debt financing is obtained.
I'm already down 100%. Can"t sell now, but I think it's over. Any opinions on the reports??
Net revenues for its most recent fiscal year: $0
Aggregate market value of the voting common equity held by non-affiliates computed by reference to the price at which the common equity was sold as of January 6, 2010: $3,923,000
What does this mean?
Should have said I got the email from Tom White instead of just writing his name under the message I got from him. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I just want this stock go north and I'm concerned about the projects not being funded in the first round.
I'm sorry. I'm just a shareholder.
I just got the email from Tom White, I'm a shareholder of this company.
We can use some action here!
I guess we have to wait again.
No projects were approved in the first round of funding. Two projects were in the final stage of approval when the government decided to move them into Round 2. We are planning to resubmit at least two projects in the next phase that started February 16th.

Ok thank you John. That's already somehting.
That's what I found too but I can't get his email.
What the hell is going on here?
Thank you. Good to know because they want to uplist. This could also give the pps a boost as more investors will arrive.
The only one from SOCI that I possibly can contact is David Shaw because he works also for other companys like First Majestic Silver Corp. I tried to contact him but they didn't respond to my question. I really want to ask him some things about SOCI because he is the only one that works for another company and didn't disappear in the dark like the other crooks. I want to find his email, so john maybe you can help me?
Did you contact the SEC about this company? It's a bit difficult for me to do that because I'm from Europe and my english is not so good to explain the whole story to the SEC.
Do you guys know what standards a company has to fulfill to be upgraded? Do they have to be above a certain share price or something?
Unfortunately, I do not have any other information on SOCI. I believe that the company is still functioning but I do not know more than that. Sorry.
This isn't funny anymore. Down 100% on my investment. LOL
I'm on board. Let the party begin!
Delays happen sometimes. My understanding is that news is coming fairly soon. I would caution everyone not to read too much into the delay.

OTC Connections Inc.
PSC told me this:
As for SOCI, the company was halted for failing to keep up with their filings and to my knowledge has chosen not to relist at this time. This is a move that no one could have predicted.
I contacted PSC:
It is true we are no longer featuring PMAH on our site. The big news about the sales contracts and numbers we were waiting for have still never been issued by the company. It is up to the company to release this information - since nothing ever came from them we did not have the information to provide to you. While it is no longer on our radar, that does not mean we may never come back to it again. We will keep an eye on it to see, but for now we are not following it.
I guess those big contracts will never come.
Wow we're up. Bottom bounce play or can we finally expect some news?
IMO
They made agreements with distribution firms but they don't know how many e-cig they will eventually sell.
In the 12/10/09 PR Thomas is projecting ANTICIPATED sales in the Benelux countries for the first quarter of 2010 based on pending contracts in the $9.5 million range.
So they make an agreement with a distribution firm in 2009. The distribution firm sells the E-cig in 2010. Thomas can think he will sell for $9.5 million but you don't put numbers of what you think on the annual report. They only put the closed sales on the annual report. We will see how many e-cig they sold in the Q1 for 2010.
Remember this all IMHO.
As an investor you should now they released their product for the public in 2010. Of course they have zero sales in 2009 because they have started selling in 2010. But before you can sell your product you have to make distribution agreements.
And they had some revenues in December as stated in the PR. I think those revenues came from contracts with some bars who were interested in their product at the Horeca Expo. Those are not the big contracts of course.
