R U saying stupid peeps buy this?
You 'confirm' by checking NV SOS. Just the facts.
No one is calling anyone liars. Quit making up stories about me.
No one mentioned Fed taxes. What are you talking about?
Dead witch doctor? Voodoo involved?
WY is great for 'hiding out' since their corporation laws changed last year. We should all consider it for purposes of asset protection. IMO.
I'm not saying this company is 'hiding out' as some may misinterpret me.
Are you a paid pumper?
Transparent? You must be joking. We were all fed a diet of 'clerical error' problems and ALL FEES in NV being paid last year by this company. To me, it looks as if someone was NOT being honest.
I predicted that the 'clerical error' that caused this company to float along for a year in DEFAULT status in Nevada was NOT due to a so-called clerical error. Was it?
WY also doesn't require SS#'s of the officers. NV had started that in order to track fraudsters.
WY also allows near total anonymity and asset protection which is why some I know have switched assets into WY corps to hide from disgruntled ex-wives and so on.
And yes, no limit on shares.
Recall that this company doubled shares last January before going into default status in Nevada. NO warning! They just did it.
Of course, we always have a few on here saying how great it is that the shares keep increasing as revenues decline.
BTW, how's that witch-doctor issue going? Is he still causing trouble for this company?
Prediction: DILUTION a' comin' IMO
Lehman Brothers still trades over 2 years after going bankrupt.
YOU MUST BE CURRENT WITH YOUR EXISTING STATE in order to transfer your existing corp. SGCP has not been 'current' since 1/31/10 with Nevada!

Move Your Current Corporation to Wyoming
We will process all the State paperwork needed to move your existing US corporation to Wyoming, retaining your original incorporation date, by placing your company in "no state tax" Wyoming. First years Registered Agent service is included. (YOU MUST BE CURRENT WITH YOUR EXISTING STATE, as WE WILL NEED TO ORDER A Certificate of Good Standing and certified Articles of Incorporation, both certified by your state within the past 30 days. And if you are an S Corporation that election will remain the same.)

All you'll get is a Sierra Gold Nutrition filed back in September 2010. Is this company in the vitamin business now?
What about share structure even if they do complete a move to WY?
Was it all lies about the clerical error with the Nevada status? Remember, we've been hearing about the so-called clerical error that caused the company to show 'default' status for a year and then BOOM this Wyoming news.
What's going on?
New WY corp = New Share structure, usually.
What else hasn't been "announced"?
Finally, some honesty.
NV Dissolution. Zero on Wyoming site.
Today (Feb 1) is expiration day unless the State of Nevada gets its money. According to what I read on the Nevada website, the company could go from default status to revoked if things aren't ironed out ASAP. Does anyone else have a different read of the laws listed on the Nevada site? I'm not a lawyer.
If corp revoked, can stock trade?
Does anyone know?
Cheap shares? You may get plenty of them if the owners of this corp don't stay current with Nevada. I'm not making this stuff up! Hopefully they clear it all up ASAP!
Yeah, I'm not making it up.
Important info from Nevada SOS:

Enter "Sierra Gold Corp"
Click "search"
Click "NV19971089539"
Click "Calculate List Fees"
READ WHAT IT SAYS, then CLICK
"state business license" and discover the following:
(Remember that this corp has been in 'default' status since Jan 31 of 2010. There's only a few more days left until Nevada revokes its status altogether).
Q: What happens if I let my entity go into default and/or revocation by not filing an annual list or business license renewal?
A: After one year, all default entities go into revoked status, in order to revive an entity all back fees and penalties including the business license fee must be paid.
Q: What is the cost of a State Business License and when is it due?
A:The State Business License Fee is $200 and must be renewed annually.
For entities that are formed under NRS Title 7, the business license fee is due at the time an Initial List of Officers or Annual List of Officers is due. The State Business License Fee is in addition to the fees for the initial or annual list.
For Non-Title 7 businesses (NT7) such as sole proprietors and partnerships, the business license application is required as soon as you begin to conduct business in Nevada.
Check, debit card, e-check, trust account, credit card and cash (only in-person) are accepted forms of payment.
Dilution. That's likely where. 1 billion shares extra were issued exactly one year ago today. Perhaps some more are being issued. Oh yeah, another poster says millions more shares were just issued to get $15,000.
Other Nevada corps are NOT in default status even though they have much later renewal dates. Just go do a check on the Nevada SOS site under Sierra Gold and there's a bunch of similar corps that are actually "current" and "active" even though their renewal dates are in October, November etc of 2010.
The renewal/update date for this company was 1/31/10. That's nearly a year ago now.
Also, dilution happened last Jan 19.
What's up in your opinion?
2010 dilution discovered in Feb on Nevada SOS site from what I recall. No company announcement ahead of time from what I recall.
Fully paid? If you say so. After all, you think you have a brain.
The Nevada SOS allows web payment to clear up Default status. I just checked! All you have to do is logon and pay--that's it! You're updated to current as soon as payment clears. I checked some of the other corporations listed by the resident agent and they are current within the last few months.
Also, you can enter the names of the corporate people into the Nevada SOS.
Am I missing something that others already know? Please advise. Thanks.
Bankruptcy Q players? Why are you quoting an Oct 6, 2008, PR about SGCP under this category?

Are these different dredges from last year? It seems that there are always a couple of new dredges "on the way" for some reason. I've checked the news for the last few years too. Do they now have over four dredges or something like that? I've lost track.
Why have they been in default status for 11 months?

Send him my regards too.
Try not to be too scary when you visit. What you say is so terrifying.
Another 450 million shares?! I'm glad I bailed on this with a profit.
It is in DOLLARS not SHARES! ONE MILLION DOLLARS NOT ONE MILLION SHARES! OY!
