Link not working, better link someone???
Seriously, what makes you think that .01 is possible today or tomorrow without news or pr? Your speculating and its based on nothing. Without further news the share price will stagnate and/or falter.
Volume seems to have almost stopped dead. Loosing momentum?
I agree, this is a winner, patience will pay off

ZVTK, a stock our members have profited from before, has recently been dumped faster than an acne filled 14 year old computer geek, may be primed to put on radar again. As the bid whacking starts to slow and the stock reaches its 200 day moving average line, we think this downhill ski slope of a chart may be finally finding a base.
Read on to see where ZVTK may go from here….
http://www.thestockroach.com/zvtk/
A few reasons why penny stocks run are solid news and attractive charts. ZVTK did recently announce news concerning a new TV Ad With Guest Appearance by David H. Lawrence XVII, Known to Heroes Fans as The Puppet Master. Now, this may not be the strongest of news, but combine that with a half way decent chart and this peddle jumper may just be ready to reverse.
Technically speaking ZVTK has support at .004 which is the most current 200 moving average line. If we can hold this range, then we may see an upward swing out of the crapper. Have you ever tried trading a stock that is filled with sellers, pumpers and other crap? It’s like trying to swim through a septic tank, you can’t see what way is up and you come out looking and smelling like .....….NO THANKS!
Why do we feel the coast may be clear now? Well, look at the volume as of late, it’s about a quarter or a fifth of the volume during all the hype. Big volume on up trends is great, but on down trends we look for small volume suggesting the sellers may be finishing their exit.
If we do hold .0035 to .004 ranges; then we could see an upward push to .0048 to .0056 which is where the 20 and 50 moving average lines are converging.
So keep a close eye on the volume, make sure new buying pressure is coming in and then look to ride the money train back to resistance levels.
As always, look to lock in profit when profit is to be had. Don’t kick yourself in the ass later for missing the boat on another potential easy ride.

$88.12 per share
.02 to .03 sounds realistic. I agree...
The 10q when announced will probably be followed by a few "forward" thinking prs -I would hope.
But until the 10q is out I think it prevents zvtk from saying certain things.
Would think before the bell but who knows???
Links not working
2 to 3 cents would be more realistic
website is missing "investors" heading
Q: What information must institutional investment managers report on Form 13F?
A:
Among other things, Form 13F filings must include:
* the issuer name of all Section 13(f) securities (which should be listed in alphabetical order);
* a description of the class of security listed (e.g., common stock, put/call option, class A shares, convertible debenture);
* the number of shares owned; and
* the fair market value of the securities listed, as of the end of the calendar quarter.
Form 13F—Reports Filed by Institutional Investment Managers
Institutional investment managers who exercise investment discretion over $100 million or more in Section 13(f) securities must report their holdings on Form 13F with the SEC.
In general, an institutional investment manager is: (1) an entity that invests in, or buys and sells, securities for its own account; or (2) a person or an entity that exercises investment discretion over the account of any other person or entity. Institutional investment managers can include investment advisers, banks, insurance companies, broker-dealers, pension funds, and corporations. Section 13(f) securities generally include equity securities that trade on an exchange or are quoted on the Nasdaq National Market, some equity options and warrants, shares of closed-end investment companies, and some convertible debt securities. The shares of open-end investment companies (i.e., mutual funds) are not Section 13(f) securities.
Form 13F requires disclosure of the names of institutional investment managers, the names of the securities they manage and the class of securities, the CUSIP number, the number of shares owned, and the total market value of each security.
You can search for and retrieve Form 13F filings using the SEC's EDGAR database. To find the filings of a particular money manager, use the "Companies & Other Filers" search under "General Purpose Searches" and enter the money manager's name. To see all recently filed 13Fs, use the "Latest Filings" search function and enter "13F" in the "Form Type" box.
The securities that institutional investment managers must report on Form 13F are found on what is known as the Official List of Section 13(f) Securities. The Official List is published quarterly and is available for free on the SEC's website. It is not available in paper copy format or on computer disk.
You can learn more about Form 13F filings, as well as obtain a copy of the Form and instructions, and the applicable statutory and regulatory provisions, by reading Frequently Asked Questions About Form 13F prepared by the SEC’s Division of Investment Management.

"Stock prices change every day because of market forces. By this we mean that stock prices change because of “supply and demand”. If more people want to buy a stock (demand) than sell it (supply), then the price moves up!
Conversely, if more people wanted to sell a stock than buy it, there would be greater supply than demand, and the price would fall. (Basics of economics!)
Understanding supply and demand is easy. What is difficult to understand is what makes people like a particular stock and dislike another stock. If you understand this, you will know what people are buying and what people are selling. If you know this you will know what prices go up and what prices go down!
To figure out the likes and dislikes of people, you have to figure out what news is positive for a company and what news is negative and how any news about a company will be interpreted by the people.
The most important factor that affects the value of a company is its earnings. Earnings are the profit a company makes, and in the long run no company can survive without them. It makes sense when you think about it. If a company never makes money, it isn't going to stay in business. Public companies are required to report their earnings four times a year (once each quarter).
If a company's results are better than expected, the price jumps up. If a company's results disappoint and are worse than expected, then the price will fall."
Now of course there are other factors that determine the pps. But everything at the end is base on people perception of the overall direction of the company. And at the end of the day, it's all about if the money can generate $$$$.

any of you guys notice that volume has picked up over the last week?? I'm liking it
its about 2x what I bought in at, still sitting good
did you take the
advice of feablefarter7 from the yahoo board when you bought?
1 in 5000 people is not out of the question
Forward Splits? were did you read that?
more gibberish than anything
Yes, original buy in @ .0021 then in and out a few times with a partial load of shares. Currently averaged up at .0027 after acquiring the last of additional shares at .0035 way back in December. Shoulda/coulda/woulda sold at the peak but I thought I would sit tight as I pulled my original funds out and am riding on profit/shares. I'm sitting in ATNP in a more or less similiar position except I haven't pulled the original funds out yet. Hopefully February thru April is good for both of these companies.
and thats a good thing....
Patient @ 6.61 million shares garnered at .0027 average Nov/Dec.
From what I understand, zvtk is ready to report on or before the date.
So, Are You Making a Forward Statement Then? Is that what you mean?
yeah and how about a link to those claims.
The SEC does not suspend companies for being LOW.
Actually, being LOW is usually considered a good time to BUY.
People usually say, "Buy LOW, sell HIGH."
Good one Stockmaster!
Well, all the analysts theories state that the market is in a correction. Analysts are selling, investors are selling and the dow is proof that people are taking money off the table, 90% of all stocks and every market is/has retraced. To say that 2 weeks worth of market correction is not making investors queezy is ridiculous.
Your expecting volume to pick up right when the Dow is melting down?
The stock market is on a tear right now with people selling EVERYTHING and converting to cash for safeties sake.
The lack of volume has less to do with ATNP and more to do with the correction that is happening in the general markets. I wouldn't be surprised if the Dow/markets continue on with their correction and at the same time drag every good stock down with it. ATNP included
could one of you guys ask him to unlock his account so that people not using this technology can follow the news? I'm not interested in a tweeter account and know nothing about how it works so just wondering if unlocking his page would allow us to view gotv news.
