You are correct, the company is printing free money.....it's called toxic notes.

Trips are almost here. With CDEL, NITE, and BMAK on the ask, this will almost assuredly hit trips with a day or two. Stick a fork in it, this POS is done.

Yup, and i'm more afraid that after the conversion of all of these toxic notes finally finish, we'll be in the trips. And then Rik will do another R/S to bring the price back up and wash, rinse, repeat.

They have a great product, but horrible management and company decisions.

I might buy if it hits .001 as it think that's the next level of support and it might have a small bounce.

Another 33% haircut today. Just sad.

It will only bounce once the toxic selling stops. And looking at the L2's, that won't be for a while. Same toxic MM's on the ask every day. The company might have potential, but Rik is running the company into the ground.

I said earlier that this would probably see trips. It's almost there.

Looks like we'll see teens this week and maybe trips as long as these toxic notes continue.

Pretty sure there were another round of notes to convert in June. We might actually see trips after all.

They aren't shorting. If you'd been watching this stock like i and others here have over the last few weeks, you'd know that CDEL and NITE have been on the ask selling toxic notes, i.e. dilution.

This is NOT any kind of shorting. I guarantee you that.

Yikes, no wonder Rik's been selling so many notes.

That 10-q was like reading a horror movie script. It's really that bad. Sooo many convertible notes and the company is still in major debt. Ughh....

Really? I saw more converting today.

Why? Because his pockets are still getting stuffed. We're the ones getting the shaft.

Unfortunately nobody really has a clue. All we've heard is Rik say that it might be a few weeks before it's over. But then i'm pretty sure there's another note converting in June so.......

That's what i was wondering, a ton of 4900 share sizes going through.

I too own this stock and want it to do well. So don't get your panties in a bunch. Yes it had a nice little pop today but it never lasts if you've been following it.

CDEL is the biggest toxic dumper. He's been holding this back for weeks now. Seems to have an infinite number of shares for sale. NITE and VNDM jump in occasionally as well.

Easy answer, heavy dilution that's expected to last for a while. Just look at my past posts.

Correct, so we have toxic conversion followed by more toxic conversion. This thing could be in the trips by the end of summer.

This stock has so much potential but Rik's just killing it. I wouldn't be surprised if he does a R/S after all the diluting is done. Just another rinse/repeat.

I'm more pissed that it'll take several weeks for the toxic conversions to end.

Unless he releases a very positive PR this will be falling much lower.

We have no way of knowing what will happen with the stock price. I can tell you that it’s only down now because of the toxic convertible debt that we took last year. We believe that once the conversions are completed and they’ve sold out of their stock (hopefully in the next several weeks) we should see some appreciation in the stock price.



I’ve recently conducted a few interviews on Rich TV-Live (#44 and #49:

All of these repeat the same facts – we believe that we are highly undervalued and have only experienced these low share prices and low valuation because of current debt converters.



Domestically, we are opening up channels for Nyloxin and expect growing sales throughout the next several quarters. We have also been working with our Pet Pain-Away distributor (DEG) as they have launched the TV and Internet campaign for the product. As for International distribution: we are working with several consultants and have begun the registration process in: Canada, China, Mexica, Spain and Israel. As I stated in my interviews – Nyloxin is already available to be sold in India. We have spoken with several potential new distributors and expect to see the first orders go out later this year.



Lastly, we hired Dr. Dale Vanderputten a few months ago as our new Chief Scientific Officer to take over the clinical development pipeline. His primary efforts are to move forward with RPI-78M under Orphan Designation for the treatment of Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis. We expect to announce the commencement of Phase II clinical trials shortly.

The 52 Week low is .0035 so this is definitely a golden buying opportunity!

I hit the ask at .0046 and Ameritrade shows it as an open order, but it won't fill.
