June 8, 2023 • Pat Robertson founded the Christian Broadcasting Network. He also hosted The 700 Club and drew controversy for comments that were often seen as anti-gay and racially insensitive.
WoW! Now we have a prayer we are in the 700 club.!!!
If Enersys takes out Monbat then we might have a chance unless Britishvolt doesn't make a deal first.

The technology used by Recharge was developed under the guidance of M. Stanley Whittingham, who along with American chemist John Goodenough and Japanese chemist Yoshino Akira, won the 2019 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for their work in developing lithium-ion batteries
We were one of the first to use Goodenough technology.. And are machines were adapted to use the latest and at the time Goodenough said it was not a significant overhaul to use the newest technology with EAS machines.
Light is barely here but you never know. Remember when there were stock certificates the people put in their attic years ago and only to find rediscovered by future generations and value had returned?
Our technology – including an exclusive license for intellectual property and battery technology – has been developed and validated over the last decade through C4V in the US and will be the backbone of both gigafactories in Geelong and Cambois.
Long shot if it's us if we ever see any money or Monbat could be trying to sell EAS to somebody else..
It doesn't look good but then again we will see it by the end of this year obviously!! If Monbat EAS sells and no money goes to us and if Recharge buys EAS and we don't receive any money chances are we will never see anything.
This could truly be my last post on this board ... Such a sad situation all around!
Feb 27...
Neither the official announcement nor the BBC report mention the purchase price for Britishvolt’s assets. What is known, however, is that the remaining employees will transfer to Recharge as part of the deal. Work on the planned UK plant is expected to start in the next six to twelve months, with the first products from the manufacturing facility coming to market by the end of 2025
Probably our last chance to ever see anything out of this...
Dim light at the end of the tunnel!
David Collard, chief executive of Scale Facilitation and founder of Recharge Industries, said: We’re thrilled to be progressing with our proposed bid for Britishvolt and can’t wait to get started making a reality of our plans to build the UK’s first gigafactory.”
I think there will be a public offering of British Volt and depending on how Archs shares the creditors and us shareholders prevail is up for grabs but I think it will be north of 1.5 cents
This is interesting. I wonder where they will get their batteries lol
‘Captain of Industry’ Graham Norton-Standen, was recently appointed as Chairman of the exciting and award-winning SpaceTech company, Spelfie.
I think we are going to wind up with shares of British Volt eventually. This time the deal will go through!
Yeah, and it's because British Volt was saved by an Australian company. That's why the bid is back up!
The platform now operates as an important channel to market for innovative software solutions developed by other Scale Facilitation® portfolio companies.

It is interesting Jan 20 was the date. That's when on or about the week of Jan16th 2016 is when the shareholders were saved by something or somebody. As I mentioned the judge most likely looked at us no differently than the creditors... And who came up with several million dollars to pay off Virium?? Enersys??
The British Volt deal is dead. There still is a chance that Enersys is the guarantor to the bankruptcy and now will have to deal with this situation ... Let us see what happens next!
Due to circumstances outside the control of Monbat AD, the transaction with Britishvolt was not finalized within the planned timeframe. The management of Monbat AD has promptly undertaken a plan to alternatively secure funds for the payment. The expectation was that by the maturity date the necessary funds would be available. Unfortunately, the short time for reaction reflects on the ability of Monbat AD to make the principal payment due on 20 January 2023 in a timely manner.
The quarterly reports pursuant to Article 100b (8) of the Public Offering of Securities Act (POSA) on compliance with the terms of the bond loan indicate that a substantial part of the proceeds from the bond issue were used to acquire shares in the capital of the entity Monbat Holding Germany GmbH, in the balance sheet of which the lithium-ion division of the Monbat Group is consolidated. On 28.05.2022 Monbat AD announces its intention to sell the shares in the capital of Monbat Holding GmbH to Britishvolt, a pioneer in the battery industry whose activities focus on the development of next-generation lithium-ion battery technologies and related research and solutions. The value of the transaction for the shares of Monbat Holding GmbH is EUR 36 million and includes two components - a cash payment and the acquisition of ordinary shares from a subsequent capital increase of Britishvolt. The expected cash portion to be received by Monbat AD from the transaction significantly exceeds the amount of the obligation for the first principal payment of the convertible bond issue. For this reason, the intention of the management of Monbat AD was to use the cash from the Britishvolt transaction to service this payment.
Nothing but why bother trade for 120 dollars lol when in fact who would buy toilet paper for 120 dollars as you have equated in the past? Could be tax loss selling but from my experience in the past, you can't sell worthless stocks, especially in this new SEC policy!!
Any selling or buying should not be happening in my opinion... And if
there is it should be at, 000001!
Looks like the deal is coming down...volume is up!
I have said for many years there will be a high-volume day! Then we know the end of the story!
Early signs of dementia...lol
yeah and if you have no interest in the last 15 minutes why watch it...
You're welcome.
well you see the facts .... and there was not 100% provable fraud however the big question is why is Enersys investing now and I always asked who updated the factories?? How can our stock still be listed ?? There still is a slight chance we will get something out of this! How can Monbat buy a company that is owned by Enersys but Monbat buy us? Did Ebersys sell the company back to us??? I am going to 60 Minutes and start with Mr. Cade!
I am going to make a stretch call ...something will happen on or around Dec. 13th.
And finally, the fact is Gaia and LTC and assets were acquired in bankruptcy by Monbat. How can that be if Enersys owned them!!! This is totally crazy and worthy of a Bmovie scandalous conspiracy!
EnerSys will continue the development and production of lithium-ion based solutions for space, naval, marine, renewable energy and specialty high power applications for EnerSys' customers. In addition, EnerSys will continue to supply LTC with select products for its transportation applications and customers.
We had the right for transportation.. EnerSys coming through the back door now?
What did the courts in bankruptcy has to say about this asset?! And what exactly type of Energy holding company is Verdant? And who owns the intellectual space of LTC?
Well at least I chased this down to the end and we are either going to be rewarded or we have been legally screwed and we get nothing.
This is a bit promising!
“Britishvolt is continuing to actively work on several potential scenarios offering the longer-term sustainability needed to enable the company to build a strong and viable British battery cell research and development and manufacturing business.
“We will say more about our planned future direction at the appropriate time early in the new year.”
However, Britishvolt has in recent weeks expressed confidence it can find a new source of funding. It has also promised to return most of its staff to full pay in December, although top executives will still forgo their pay, people with knowledge of the situation said.
They were both involved all away to bankruptcy... Is Koster going to get his one million?? I hope so then we get some too!
Another interesting development... Steve Aust frended Martin Koster on linklertin.
However, Britishvolt’s chairman Peter Rolton told The Chronicle he was confident that negotiations with backers would result in good news. He said: “We’ve had a lot of discussions started which were previously, frankly, stalled – where they said ‘we’re out, we love you dearly but not at the moment’ – they’re now coming back to the table. I’m confident we’ll get somewhere.”
A little light...
Where and how can you buy this stock?
What a legacy! Again we get no mention and we started this revolution
Article after article painted a picture of a gleaming gigafactory when there was none, talked about £1.7bn here, £3.8bn there, when the actual investment in the company was, it seems, in the tens of millions. Little was said about the actual batteries, Britishvolt belatedly sent its first sample batteries in September (made at a UK government-funded development facility).
Interesting a post-market trade at 7 o'clock... never seen this sone it was deactivated. And it's kind of strange its always one trade only hmmmmm
Well, if British Volt wants to raise more money, they first need to buy EAS! See what happens...
Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Struggling British electric vehicle battery company Britishvolt announced Wednesday it secured enough funding to keep it from going under.
Let's hope they get enough to buy us!!
https://www.theguardian.com/business/2022/nov/01/how-did-britishvolt-go-from-charged-startup-to-life-support-patient?amp
Why does everything we get involved in get screwed up! Now Monbat is holding the bag!
two more months
