Yes, I am hanging on regardless of what happens tomorrow.
Thanks ThunderBell, excellent post
Ya you are probably right Chuck. We all know what is on the opposite end.
Copperken
I believe we all knew there were some snakes in the woodpile, but more are coming out now and showing their fangs.
Here come's the new posters out of the wood pile where the snakes live. Not surprising. They think they are going to shake us down and make us cave. It is not going to work. IMO
Excellent response Chuck.
Rich,
The page now works. After talking to you earlier I went back and clicked on the donate button. It took me to paypal showing the donation would go to CPRKQ-ESHC. I was able to select the amount of the donation and use my debit card without filling out the registration for Paypal.
Thanks for your help
Thanks Scott
Most on this board appreciate the work you and the rest of the equity team are doing and we thank you for that. There are others here that have their own agenda.
Yep, the mines, minerals and mill are all still there just waiting to get back into operation. IT WILL BE SOON (IMO)
Candy,
Raser had their facility about 15 miles south of Milford. I had heard last year that the steam/water they were using was not at the high temperature they needed and prior to pumping the water back into the ground they were having to heat it up to make the operation work. Kind of a shame as the Geothermal plant owned by Rocky Mountain power about 12 miles northeast of town has been a success for a number of years.
Chuck
Thanks goes out to you, Lee, Frank and others that are pulling this together. Your tireless work is much appreciated by all Shareholders. I believe WHEN we emerge from BK the efforts you guys have put forth will be a guideline for shareholders of other BK companies in the future.
Whisk,
I will be showing up when we get this project going. Could be one hell of a party.
Wiskerbill,
I don't know whether JB signed an agreement or not. If he did I would assume there would be certain requirements and responsibilities that would come with it. The Equity Committee might know more. In either case (IMO) I don't believe he has added any significant value to this process for his $50K a month fee.
I am not certain what the right process would be, but I am pretty sure some very large shareholders would like to see JB removed. I agree with your point about the value of the property and having the loose cannon (JB) even involved in any discussions. He is only concerned about lining his own pockets at the expense of all unsecured class's.
CK, I agree,
Nothing he has done, which is very little, has done anything to salvage any shareholder value. Isn't part of his fiduciary responsibility to protect shareholder value. He certainly hasn't stepped up to the plate on that one.
He has got to go now.
CK
Can you believe he actually states,
"WE have had numerous meetings with representative of the Equity Committee and multiple disciplines of consultants. WE have negotiated and received funding from the Equity Committee and WE continue discussion with the committee."
He must have a mouse in his pocket using the word "WE". As Chuck has stated on a number of occasions there has been no discussion with JB for months. I believe he meant to say company representatives have had numerous meetings and discussions, but we know he is trying to make it look like HE is actually doing something.
This guy is beyond belief. (IMO)
Satellite,
I couldn't agree with you more. JB is taking us for a song and dance (literally). It is apparent he only cars about lining his pockets at the expense of the company and shareholders. His deposition reads like a dime store novel. Fluff and make believe but no substance. He is clueless beyond belief (IMO). I wonder what the judge is thinking, I would believe he has or will read the deposition.
I have faith in the EC that JB's escapades will not go unnoticed in court.
Thanks Chuck,
There have always been rumors floating around Milford about the mine and mill. That is the nature of a small town. I wouldn't believe any of it unless it comes from a trusted source.
Panson,
That was a great post.
Frank,
You would definitely have my vote. You were an integral part of putting this together along with Chuck and other members of the committee.
Good luck to all of us.
The important thing is, we still have the ball and moving forward
You guys are funny.
Keep up the good work. You have all brought us a long ways from where we were 8 months ago.
Goldgold
The turn off towards the mill is approx 3 miles west from Milford. Once you turn off the mill is approx 5 miles north
Excellent news Chuck,
Thanks to you and the team.
I just checked with some contacts I have in Milford. They did not even feel the quake. I doubt there was any damage to the mill
Excellent news Chuck
Thanks for keeping us updated
I couldn't agree with you more Whiskerbill,
This is an amazing bunch we have representing all of us. Collectively they must feel pretty confident they will be able to get a deal done and get us back into production.
My hat and thanks go out to each of them for their hard work, dedication, committment and savvy in hopefully pulling this all together.
Thanks Chuck,
Better to wait another day if you are able to provide additional info
Thanks Chuck
The work you and the rest of the committee are doing is much appreciated.
Coppermancan,
Send an e-mail to cprksa@gmail.com. List your name, address, phone number and number of shares you own.
Good luck
WOW Chuck,
That was an interesting read from the Ted Davis response
Excellent update Chuck,
Thanks again to you and the team for your hard work.
This is good stuff Chuck,
Thanks again to you and the team.
Excellent news Chuck,
Thanks to you and the rest of the team. I know you guys have been working your butts off behind the scenes to make this happen and we appreciate the efforts.
It is apparent to me after reading the document that some 1st tier secured lenders want this to go under and allow an outside entity to snatch up the land leases. WONDER WHO THAT MIGHT BE?? IMO this only points in one direction.
Power being on was confirmed through a extremely reliable local contact who would know. As I stated earlier it was turned on last week.
Didn't the court allow emergency funds of $250K to pay for security, emergency power and some land leases? I thought I read this in the court documents but could be wrong. Regardless I know the power is on.
I can confirm the power is on. It was turned on last week.
Well said Candy B.
Some want to continue to pound this company into the ground. We all know where we are at, we just don't know the final outcome as of yet. You have to wonder why some continue to bring up past posts by members rubbing sand in the wound. Is it part of their on-gong agenda? IMO YES
