Unless of course, Rock Tenn uses deisel fuel in the production of their product, then "off road" would be used.
I will say that it seems that Rock Tenn's, primary use of fuel would be "on road" & fuel taxes would be paid and fuel dyed accordingly when the time comes. However, as GWMAN pointed out, it's not that time yet and I can't imagine it being very hard to accomplish these goals when the time comes. This is a non issue.
It is perfectly legal for me to drive my tractor down the highway using "off road" red fuel.
The only "on road" fuel CoCo would use is for the trucks delivering asphalt and their pickup trucks. Every peice of machinery, the fuel hogs, at the work site would run on "off road" fuel. Also, as a farmer I can tell you that min. 75% of the fuel we use is "off road" red. I disagree with your post. I would also like to make clear that the ONLY difference in "on road" and "off road" fuel is the tax. My machinery runs the same on both classifications of fuel.
I don't really wonder why big companies like Dupont, Dow, or BASF aren't into inventing the wheel in P2O business, but i often wonder if companies like them will be purchasing P2O from JBI in the future. Dupont BOUGHT/PURCHASED Pioneer Hybrid.... didn't invent it, but it has proven to be one of their biggest moneymakers. Maybe Dupont should start thinking about purchasing JBI.
Hard not to feel good about a company with JB at the helm. Very promising.
Thanks again EP!
EP's story gets better too. One night I biathing to my girlfriend, cuz I was down and out about being broke, cuz I just filed a bankruptcy. It was driving me crazy I had little in my pot. I started talking to her about what I could do to get some cash flow started. I told her about my friend EP and how I wish he'd call me with some good news on a stock to get me going. The next day EP called me to tell me about JBI. The stars are definately aligned.
Tech had a good point over on the Yahoo board. JB said it's up to the shareholders to spread the word, so I was thinking a list should be made of energy based websites, blogs, etc., similar to the pros and cons list. Once we've created a database and the P2O rollout starts, JBI's website team could create a press or information release to these various entities to start spreading the word about JBI to the energy community. Good idea... or Bad idea? Luv2farm.
I can see ABC, easily, doing a follow up story on the garbage patch, if JBI is out there dealing with the problem they reported on. Wouldn't have to use our media credits for that good press, eiher. lol. I don't know if cleaning up the garbage patch is feasible or economical for the company, especially at the very beginning of the roll out of P2O, but it would surely bring National press if we did. I wonder if collecting the plastic out at sea has been configured or thought about in the retro-fitting of the tanker ships? Anyone know? I developed an uneducated guess that the ships were being built to add to the diversity of where we could go to convert plastic without having to set up a permanent site. IE: Pull into harbor's of a country, island, or wherever and set up a harborside P2O plant and once we're done there, we'd let them know we'll be back before a blink of an eye to do it again, then off to another location. Does anyone know what the purpose of the tankers truly is?
Glad to see I wasn't the only one who caught that info. When I read it my jaw dropped and I had a feeling of euphoria! The catalyst, combined with JB's redesigns must really be something special.
My thoughts on speedy uplisting....
Tortoise and the Hare come to mind.
I tried to buy about a half hour ago... didn't let me. I'll check tom. when I buy more JBII!!!!!
It will end shortley. In the meantime it looks like I'm gonna be buying some more JBI, except it looks like I'll have to call that order in. lol.
Don't know what it is in reference to, but I found this.
1. Term used in media scheduling that indicates the length of the advertising period. Typically, an advertising campaign runs for a specified number of weeks, followed by a period of inactivity, and then is resumed. Each activity period is known as a flight. This spacing prevents overexposure to the advertisement or commercial without allowing the message to be forgotten. It also reduces media expenditures.
2. Part of a promotional campaign conducted in segments over time, such as a direct-mail advertising campaign with a series of drops.
Just talked to my gal @ Scottrade. Sounds like no big deal at all. Their system prevents online trading from time to time with pink sheet/otc stocks, epecially when there is big movements. She also said they have software that detects what kind of trader you are and the online trading option may vary on the individual as well. Anyway she said more, but I'm satified it's for no big reason.... epsecially not fraud. She was ready to buy more for me.
That's funny... i was just talking to a friend on the phone about jb and i compared him to Jesus... Is that close enough to God?
i second that motion!!
Didn't know that info. thought catalysts were only used in the pyrolisis method of turning plastic to oil. I guess i have more DD to do.
The EPA's concern is with dioxins that are harmful to our health. Has anyone heard anything about how our machine deals with this dioxin issue?
Am I wrong Z??
I don't think the process is anything new, except for some tweakings JB may have done to the machine to make it more efficient. There are several companies that use the same type of process, the difference between them and us is our catalyst allows us to harvest more and a higher quality oil from our feedstock. That's my perception anyway.
Feeling good about adding 750 shares to my JBI portfolio:)
