NEWS!! Lecere Announces Three New Revenue-Producing Customers
11:44a ET August 27, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that it is activating three new customers: FARMshop in Los Angeles, CA; Province 620 in Asheville, NC; and Pangaea Wine Bar in Putnam, CT. These three new customers and all future customers will be revenue-producing.
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Trio and 123 Bolinas have been using our software for well over a month, and are thoroughly pleased with the results. We have learned a lot from working with these two restaurants. We could not have asked for better pilot customers. We have been very careful to ensure that our FIRMS software and our business model are fully scalable. This means that we can transition from 2 to 20 to 200 to 2,000 to 20,000 to 200,000 to … customers without significant modification to the FIRMS software or our underlying business model. We firmly believe that we are poised for real growth in the coming months."
"So now it is time to move to broader, but controlled, deployment of FIRMS. We expect that the three new customers will be generating revenue for us by October, when our billing system is live. Our pricing model is converging on being a pure utility play. We expect that we will charge a flat fee of pennies per item ordered, resulting in an overall monthly cost that's less than traditional POS systems, yet allows Lecere to share in the increased sales generated by the servers spending more time attending to their customers."
Lecere decided to delay opening up "Easy as 1-2-3" for about six weeks because the interest in FIRMS has been so intense. We believe that throwing open the gates to every restaurant on the planet would result in the company being swamped and unable to handle the load. We have a solid funnel of interested customers that will pilot the new signup process and self-administering of their site starting in late September.
.0001?? WTH?
Something you need to do to get a startup company off the ground.

There is now. Lecere Announces New, Permanent Corporate Website
9:01a ET August 12, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that it has a new, permanent website at www.lecere.com.
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Take a look at our new, permanent website. This new website will eventually contain the Easy as 1-2-3 process for self-configuring by new restaurant customers. Easy as 1-2-3 should enable us to accelerate our customer and revenue growth throughout the fall of 2010."
The Easy as 1-2-3 process will not be available until the end of August, but the framework is in place in the new website under "GET STARTED NOW!". Once the Easy as 1-2-3 software support is completed, it will give Lecere the capability to move forward with online sales and configuration of the FIRMS software.

Lecere's FIRMS is Another Smash Hit at 123 Bolinas
9:01a ET August 2, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that its FIRMS Software as a Service scored another major customer success at 123 Bolinas in Fairfax, California.
Peter Vizcaino, owner and operator of 123 Bolinas, had several things to say about FIRMS. The next few paragraphs are Peter Vizcaino's comments about the success of FIRMS at 123 Bolinas.
"We recently opened our lifelong dream of a wine bar in Fairfax California. Our vision has always been to source our foods, wines, and furniture locally, as well as having them impact the environment as little as possible."
"Having iPads and iPods being used as our Point of Sale solution through Lecere's FIRMS is completely in line with that vision. Instead of having large immobile computer terminals, we have lightweight and flexible handheld devices. The combination of being in front of our guests and having low power consumption POS devices is something we thought we might never find, but luckily for us we ran across Lecere."
"The process for implementing our menus was quick and easy. Our staff training could not have gone better. The buzz from the guests when they realize we are putting in their order from the iPod Touch is exciting and something we did not expect."
"So far, FIRMS has worked better than expected."
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Having successfully moved from the Nepo42 pilot project to production at Trio and 123 Bolinas, it's clear by the customer response that we're on track with FIRMS. All that remains is to complete our automated configuration capability (end of August), and we will be able to add new customers at a greatly accelerated pace. Nothing can stop us now."
NEWS!!
Lecere's FIRMS a Smash Success at Trio
10:38a ET July 30, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that its FIRMS Software as a Service is a huge success at Trio in Mt. Airy, North Carolina.
Chris Wishart, chef and owner of Trio, had several things to say about FIRMS. The next few paragraphs are Chris Wishart's comments about the success of FIRMS at Trio.
"Working with your FIRMS product has far exceeded all expectations I had going into this endeavor. I must admit, I was hesitant to risk such an important aspect of my business on this new technology. The results, however, speak for themselves."
"Being able to deliver orders to the kitchen and bar from the tables has enabled our restaurant to do what all full service restaurants have always wished they could do: deliver the orders without delay. The FIRMS technology and Lecere's forward thinking has delivered us from wait lines at the tethered terminal and circumvented the server becoming distracted on the way to the tethered terminal. This has led us to become much quicker and more efficient."
"Several other equally important factors have influenced our satisfaction as well. Your attentive service has been vital and beyond the call. All of our issues and requests, regardless of merit, have been addressed quickly and professionally. This has been our saving grace. Even in the wee hours of the morning when we were trying to resolve issues from service, you have made yourself available. This is a rare and admirable quality these days."
"I would be remiss if I also did not bring up the 'cool' factor to all of this. The feedback and interaction at the tables from our customers has been through the roof. The buzz about your technology has been electric in the dining room."
"We have also been able to utilize many other aspects of the iPad technology to our advantage. We use the notes app on the iPad to categorize all of our menu and wine notes. The server only needs to simply pull up the app at the table to give a knowledgeable answer to any question that may come up. Without FIRMS, this would require a trip to the kitchen or bar to ask a question, resulting in poor service. We also use this app to store our drink recipes for quick reference for the bartender. This makes our bar staff very organized and consistent."
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Nothing makes me happier than a satisfied customer. The success at Nepo 42 and Trio (stay tuned for another big success story at 123 Bolinas, coming soon) should leave no doubt in anybody's mind that FIRMS will be a very successful product in the months and years ahead. FIRMS will increase revenue and cut labor costs at restaurants like no other restaurant POS system before it. This will enable us to generate significant revenue by the end of the year, and we are on a focused path to do just that."
Looks like the bottom is ready to fall on this one.
Here comes the dump!
What's up with the bid price? Sometimes it's a .0002 and other times it's at .0003 even though the ask stays at .0004. MM's playing games?

Lecere's FIRMS Goes Live at Trio and 123 Bolinas
9:05a ET July 19, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that its FIRMS Software as a Service is being used in day-to-day operations at Trio in Mt. Airy, North Carolina and at 123 Bolinas in Fairfax, California.
Chris Wishart, chef and owner of Trio, had this to say, "When planning my first restaurant opening, I wanted to take advantage of today's new technology and not just settle for what has been used in the past. The opportunity to take our iPad to the table and not only take the customer's order but to have access to our recipe list for menu items as well as wine reviews really made my decision an easy one. Setting up FIRMS was as easy as plugging in the printers and router and off we went. The support has been timely, and FIRMS has been a pleasure to use, which is rarely the case in my experience. We are excited to be involved with the great people at Lecere and their FIRMS system. We look forward to a long and profitable relationship."
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "FIRMS is now in use at three customer locations: Nepo 42, Trio, and 123 Bolinas. We have learned a lot, and we will learn more, but the fact is we have a stable software platform that is well out in front of others who purport to be in the cloud."
Lecere will accelerate the adding of new customers by early September. Said Morris, "By the end of August, we will offer an automated online registration and site configuration capability that will virtually eliminate the handholding required for new customers. When this happens, our sales will begin to accelerate."
Lecere is planning to have about 50 customers by the end of the year and about 150 customers by the end of the first quarter of 2011.

4:29p ET June 29, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software start-up Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that it has a new website at www.lecere.com.
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Take a look at our revised and improved corporate website. This website is temporary, and will be replaced upon the finalization of our permanent platform website at the end of July.
"I instructed my IT personnel to expedite the design of a temporary, improved website to enable me to have the ability to communicate more easily with current and future shareholders, as well as customers. It is my intention to post a blog on Lecere's website on a regular basis to keep investors and customers informed of current and future activities concerning the company.

Lecere's all-new permanent website is currently under construction, with an expected launch date of August 1st, 2010. Once this permanent website is completed, it will give Lecere the capability to move forward with the online sales and configuration of the FIRMS software.
