Not sure who you mean, but I'll take......
one and put it in my office.
It will be a daily reminder to remain humble. I think TB is even gonna fry some fry up some crow.
Regardless of who you are talking about, it's a sweet thought.
BTW, any idea of a target for Juno?
Has The Baer said what treasure fleet the anchor's style was consistent with?
Just curious. Thanks
I shared that link a while back. The speed......
boats aren't going to cut it when they begin penetrating the crust. They may also need to invent a Pooper Scooper for efficiency, or this may take years.
You can see The Baer was associated with the now defunct Deep Blue Marine. This part sounds like a SFRX PR.
You need to keep in mind, there are people…….
here that believe there is treasure under worm poop. And not just that, they used to believed the treasure was 5 miles from the ballast pile, but that narrative changed. In their mind, all wrecks had treasure, even though the statistics show less than 1% did.
They also believe Gary Randolph gave Kyle a $15B valuation for Juno based on the size of a nail, or something like that.
They believe there are Spanish galleons that were merchant ships and Spain is SOL.
They believe SFRX has the Industry Leading Recovery Process.
So when you posted that I thought, what a really good fit you are with SFRX.
I had no idea you were being silly.
That’s the challenge here. It all sounds silly.
Hope you make a ton and that us skeptics have to eat crow.
That too reminds me of Ms. Vito in......
My Cousin Vinny. You're asking BS questions.
Still REVOKED in Illinois, but some must......
think bootlegging is legal cuz weed is or something.
But Tony sez, they're selling beer, which is amusing.
Does Tony have what it takes to close the deal?
That's the question.
You called out Micah’s “scam?” What was it?…..
The SEC cried wolf and the jury REJECTED their 11 of the 12 claims.
He was found liable for submitting an inaccurate document to FINRA, but it was never disclosed what was inaccurate, which is in part, the basis for the appeal. All information submitted was taken from the SEC’s own website in the registration statements. Should have the ruling on the appeal soon.
Folks here affiliated with SFRX claimed he was found guilty of 19 counts of fraud in a civil matter, so you’re a good fit here.
But again, what was the scam?
BTW, how’s that brewery purchase coming with the REVOKED entity you've been promoting?
It’s rhetorical.
5. As a result of the conduct described above, Kennedy willfully aided and abetted and caused Old Dominion's violation of Section 15(b)(6)(B)(ii) of the Exchange Act, which prohibits a broker or dealer to permit a person barred by the Commission to become or remain associated with the broker or dealer without the consent of the Commission.

To discredit someone or something requires……
that the someone or something being “discredited” has a good reputation.
I don’t think the over $25MM in losses while diluting about 8B shares would equate to a good reputation, but hey, that’s just me.
Add to it the numerous times SFRX has been out of compliance with the state, plus the fact that the CEO admitted they have been a failure because they hadn’t found treasure, among other things, doesn’t help.
Further, if I were “alleging” someone posted misleading info, but didn’t take the time to explain it, and just whine, then I would be complicit in what I was “alleging.”
This board is so much fun.
Can’t wait to meet the little bird.
Just sayin’
dis·cred·it
verb
gerund or present participle: discrediting
harm the good reputation of (someone or something).
"his remarks were taken out of context in an effort to discredit him"
What was misleading? You do know that.......
you have to be specific when giving notice BEFORE filing a lawsuit.
Please be specific why posting from the research design to answer a direct question of yours about Marx and the survey was misleading? I would LOVE to correct the record, but unless you explain, how is that possible?
I don't think he consulted after 2008, so that would have been the survey data he looked at.
Please clarify. And how does that discredit SFRX?
I won't hold my breath expecting an answer.
Likely just more whining.
Oooooooooooo....lol
#chickenshit
#alltalknoaction
Please. Discovery is a great thing........I
can see the complaint now.
In response to a direct question, Hedge posted something from SFRX's 2007/2011 research design, but he didn't say the mag survey was from 2003, even though the date was clearly there for everyone to see.
BWAHAHAHAHA
Maybe a countersuit is in order since someone posted multiple times DAILY, multi-pennies when the permit is issued.
That's what SFRX used. That's also what......
you asked when responding to the fact that Marx consulted on the project.
I didn't need to point anything out, it was included with what I shared. I understand why a mag survey is conducted.
Old Charter Salvage used that survey, and Judd told the state what hits he was interested in meeting with the state. I shared that also.
It's from SFRX's research design in 2007, and they resubmitted that same research design in 2011 using the same mag survey.
Let me ask you since you want to play salvor, is a previously explored site that is resurveyed and explored again for two seasons something that interests you?
Well, it got KK's attention, and they explored it for several more seasons. I think they even got 55 days in in 2011. It's a dry hole, but the sheep believe the treasure was hidden from view because the wood worms love to take a dump on cannons and treasure.
You're a good fit here.
I understand your sarcasm. It's akin to......
nervous laughter. I totally get it.
For decades real salvors have used historical data and mags and located sunken vessels known to hold valuable cargos.
And by SFRX's own admission, if they can't do it the old school way, their tech is worthless.
Almost 56 months ago we were told the tech works.
Where's the treasure....ie how do they know?
So, where's the treasure? TIA.....
What Marx looked at was using is what.......
SFRX admitted last year is still needed, which is mag data.
And look at the hundreds of wrecks he located using a mag, but he also had great research, which is something SFRX obviously lacks. SFRX can't even identify potential targets for Juno, but that's for good reason.
There is NO historical data pointing to a treasure galleon wrecking in the Juno area.
Imagine if Tony announced they closed on Lena......
He said they're already making beer.
If a bootlegger can run like APRU has over the past few months, what could a licensed producer/retailer do?
Just askin'
I wouldn't be looking for them to say......
we found no treasure anytime soon, if ever.
Look for keywords or phrases such as, penetrating the worm poop is a little more challenging than we thought, we're not going to disturb the marine life, etc.
You said you were told they believe the treasure is further out at sea at Melbourne, but they still list it as an active site on their website. They even mention the 1715 fleet. There's nothing about treasure being further out at sea, though Kyle mentioned it briefly in a Venture Lounge video. No formal announcement saying nothing is there.
They won't say....hey we're pulling out of Juno, false alarm. No way that will happen.
You're more negative than me. Be careful, folks will start saying a boogey man hired you to post mean stuff about SFRX.
Thanks.
A salvor waiting for over two years on……
a permit should be able to ID a target or two if their research was solid.
Just sayin’
Did it close in the .004’s at that time?……
Did this not close at this level last Spring…….
when the promo group was here?
I recall she hit half a penny, but she didn’t close in the .004’s at least for a day or two?
I remember BWVI did such a RM……
Their SS was really sweet, like 70MM OS. There never was much of a market for their shares, and they had some success, acquired alternative funding, so there was no reason to remain a public entity. Selling control of the ticker was a good move for Keith as the company owed him $100’s of thousands. The new company didn’t even assume any debt.
The stock more than tripled in the weeks after the RM occurred to .75, so those that bought shares for salvage operations were thrilled.
Those that bought for the mushrooms should have done their DD.
My .0192’s did quite well. Thanks for the throwback.
Were they sitting in a bar waiting on their…..
JV partner (MEXI management) to fund operations as they agreed to do?
If Reynolds is no dummy, what is he.....
doing talking about "going after" wrecks from the 1715 Fleet that haven't been found?
He's been told on multiple occasions it's illegal to do so without prior permission from Spain.
Isn't he the PM who instructed the crew to bring up artifacts in the ring area when they didn't have permission from the state to do so, which led to the work stoppage?
Please explain how he's a real man of genius if he can't follow permit and other instructions from the state.
The Melbourne project was/is 25 seasons long......
at last report. Their website shows it's still a current site. Their partner, HTQ started there in 2000.
Not only has it NEVER shown any promise, but they've also been told on multiple occasions that disturbing the Concepcion (their target vessel) would violate state and federal law without prior permission from Spain.
Can you be specific as to what you........
"allege" I have been wrong about, or will be?
Links would be nice, but I won't hold my breath.
I told Gman years ago when the tech idea was being floated that I hoped Kyle wasn't blowing more smoke.
Where's the treasure?
I have said Juno has proven to be a dud, and there's is no historical data to suggest a treasure galleon sunk in the Juno area.
Hoping it works out for TB means he exits during a hot air balloon ride, as he has done before.
TIA for the specifics.
Maybe Torres is rejoining the Advisory Board........
That's what this rally reminds me of.
I told you to not give up the end of......
February. (wink wink)
Hope it works out for ya Gman.
They didn't say what the non-ferrous are......
but they say the tech works and can ID each metal.
Hmmm
Promoting an unidentified shipwreck without historical data……
or survey data must take a real creative mind. The last PR mentioned an 18 year span (1554-1572) but they can’t even name a target vessel? Not even one?
I wonder if he’s repeating his claim that Gary Randolph gave a multi-billion dollar valuation on Juno.
I’m sure he’s telling everyone it’s one of the biggest ballast piles The Baer has ever seen, as if that has any significance.
Oh, to be a fly on the wall.
Bring on the bling SFRX!!!
Well at least you’re fair. SFRX doesn’t have……
to prove jack, they can just say it works and you believe it….apparently.
Not so with me. If I say, don’t tell me it works but show me it works, you say I need to provide proof it doesn’t work because you failed to comprehend what I have been saying.
If you can’t show that it works it can’t be patented. Showing is proving. Kyle has said they can’t wait to prove to the world the tech works, which is IN MY OPINION an absurd comment.
Let me say all this another way. Try and follow me. You can’t patent what you can’t demonstrate or otherwise prove works.
Raider has said there are known wrecks this can be tested on. I have said go to the Atocha and Santa Margarita with MFT as they take on new partners every year.
Real salvors on known treasure wrecks would gladly allow them to scan and prove the tech works and pin point the treasure for them. NO ONE IS GOING TO BE MAD ABOUT IT.
Third parties could easily verify the tech in a matter of days. Reynolds of all people should know this.
SFRX claims the tech works. The simple question is how do they know?
If they can convince themselves the tech works, why can’t they convince the world?
The typical response from SFRX shareholders is, you’re paid to post this. You have an agenda, blah, blah, blah.
Has SFRX demonstrated to you the tech works? If so, how did they accomplish that? Further, why can’t they make the same demonstration to the world and convince everybody else?
After they posted videos in late 2022 or early 2023 (Max and Peter) about it only taking a weekend to pinpoint treasure, SFRX told the FBAR in the July 2023 report that they were still field testing at Melbourne and when the tech was fully operational they would schedule a meeting with the FBAR about the next steps.
Again, the promos don’t jive with the Bureau reports. Notice the date on the report. Shareholders were saying SFRX was done with Melbourne BEFORE that date. If so, why would they be looking to submit a new research design last summer?
You might enjoy this from Timmy. The first…..
design of his toy didn’t take currents into account. Supposedly there’s a new design….ie a Timmy Toy 2, but they haven’t put out demo video yet.
Prepare to be amazed. Enjoy and have a great weekend.
Here’s Timmy!
No I have not spoken with Tim Reynolds. How……
would that address the issue with their stated business model that would violate state and federal laws? In fact, it would violate international law.
Are you saying Dr. Parsons was wrong? If so, explain.
This was not the first time he addressed this with both of them. He was doing shareholders a favor even if they lack the ability to comprehend it.
BTW, have you discussed this with Tim Reynolds? If so, what did he say?
Thanks
Remember the movie My Cousin Vinny? Well,......
your question reminds of the question Ms. Vito called a BS question.
You can't patent something that doesn't work. Until that changes and they can show it works, I stand by what I said.
Next?
Oh, and BTW, what SFRX says they are attempting to do has been tried by far more knowledgeable folks/entities that had much deeper pockets.
Some say it can't be done. I won't say that. Anything is possible.
But don't tell me something works, when nearly 5 years later you still can't prove it.
Folks claim to know all there is to know.......
about me, but no one knows where I work?
Or if I work?
That's amusing.
Of course, where I may work is just a deflection from SFRX's stated and so far, failed business model.
This board is SOOOOO much fun.
I spend a lot of time looking at......
shipwrecks. I even have my own research files.
I've gone so far as to ID targets some were looking at but had not disclosed.
It can be quite boring at times, so this provides much needed comic relief.
Tony said they were selling beer at Lena.......
Where's the PR announcing they closed on the deal?
WTF?
