The SEC cried wolf and the jury REJECTED their 11 of the 12 claims.

He was found liable for submitting an inaccurate document to FINRA, but it was never disclosed what was inaccurate, which is in part, the basis for the appeal. All information submitted was taken from the SEC’s own website in the registration statements. Should have the ruling on the appeal soon.

Folks here affiliated with SFRX claimed he was found guilty of 19 counts of fraud in a civil matter, so you’re a good fit here.
