Looks like Chin took it in the chest and abdomen. With Chin dead and wife in jail who could pick up the SNRS pieces?
This is just sad and pitiful to watch.

Each 1,000,000 shares we owned of MGRN are now divided by 2000 to 1 Reverse Split to MGRND ('Tritent Int''l Agriculture Inc).
So the 1,000,000 MGRN shares we had becomes 500 shares of MGRND.
So 1,000,000 MGRN at .0001 was worth $100.
Now the 500 new shares of MGRND at .129 a share is worth $64.50.
We lose again.
The share price of MGRND would have to go up to .20 just for us to break even on our previous losses.
I guess, at this point, there is no use crying over as yet unspilled milk
Just thought I would check in on this sinking ship. Looks like the storm to sink her is closing in. Not much to see here. I will check back in later on to see what else happens here. Sad thing to watch.
3,000 series A Preferred are now being given to Dean Janes.
400 million OS will now be affected by 250 million penny warrants.
IMGG bites one of the hands that feeds it (Cranshire). Just another litigation for a very often sued company.
FDA 510-K submission moves at a snails pace forward leaving a 4 to 5 year slug trail.
The 510-K had better be a home run on the first pitch to FDA after all the preparation and delay.
Will DVis still be a viable machine when and if it ever gets a finding of "SE"?
Will any Equipment manufacturer still see an advantage to purchasing the DVIS, should it be found "SE"?
So many questions over so much time. It is like watching the tortoise race the hare.
Do we ever get to the good news and the good stuff? This is very tiring to watch.
Can these guys do anything correctly? Good Grief!!
I could not agree more with that statement when applied to other situations.
The realtor was an EXAMPLE of someone lying to a prospective real estate purchaser. Not a statement of fact.
Could this be another example of quibbling?
How can anyone load up on BVIG? It is a stock that is not freely trading. Most all of the shares are stuck in limbo.
If you are referring to KATX stock, if and when the BVIG share Distribution ever happens KATX will be an empty pink shell company.
This is a discussion about BVIG / KATX stock. Not my investment portfolio. Please stick to the topic at hand.
Quibble if you want, but personal responsibility for one's own investment decisions (in any investment) is what I am talking about.
Anyone buying just on the 'say so' of another person is not taking personal responsibility.
Then bitterly complaining about others hurting him long after the error of his own decision is clear to him is a cop out.
Complaining that the he is so much wiser now (AFTER THE FACT), is a pointless action since no preliminary research was done by him to begin with.
It is like buying a house sight unseen based solely on a realtor telling you it is a great deal. If you end up with a house that is termite infested, delapidated and tied up in land disputes, who is to blame?
In a world of adults each person is to blame for his own actions. They can blame the world if they like, but first they should lay the blame where it first belongs. At their own doorstep.
You are asking me to blame the realtor for lying, but whose job was it to determine the truth (or lies) before he invests? Could it be the investor? I think so.
Investing in stocks requires the person doing the investing to do research and due diligence to confirm factual information and sort hype from reality BEFORE investing in any given stock. That is a basic to investing in anything.
Your decision to ignore that requirement and your decision to cede that responsibility to others is not their fault, but your's.
Decrying the lack of integrity of the ones YOU chose to follow is a poor substitute for doing your job before investing.
Had you spent the amount time and effort investigating the stock before you invested that you have spent since then telling anyone and everyone all the negative things that you now say you know, you would not be in the position you are now in.
Perhaps your efforts would be better spent in the future researching stocks such as KATX / BVIG before investing.
I understand what they each do.
But my question was...
I am wondering what is causing the continued hold up?
wshaw14, I thought that a FINRA name and or symbol change would be announced by FINRA when completed. The DTC is basically a distribution arm for shares. The DTC process starts when Ken gives the green light to the DTC, according to my info.
I am wondering what is causing the continued hold up?
Amazing how people can blame anyone but themselves for their own actions regarding the buying and selling of KATX shares.
This stock may be a Phoenix about to rise from the ashes. Company seems to be making smart (albiet somewhat late) moves to get back on track to increase sales, make a profit and grow their business.
I am pulling for these folks to get this stock and company back on track. Eliminating previous management was an excellent start. Hiring new folks who are hungry is a great next step. Cutting useless expenses that the prior management should have cut is an excellent move. Doing what is needed to get the CE removed and getting all filing to OTC up to date and giving shareholders something to rely on other than silence, is a major move in the right direction.
I hope they continue down the path that they have laid out. It may very well be a path to success.
I still have good DD on this one that leads me to stay with it for a while longer. If what is supposed to develop does in fact develop, then there is hope that the share price (once it is free trading again after the Finra symbol / name change) will go up. Of course this is only my suspicion and not remotely to be considered a prediction. I don't make predictions.
Anyone else think this stock has potential after the changes are made?
I know that FINRA is backlogged with applications and as any good governmental agency in poor economic times would do, they are becoming less efficient. I choose to be patient for the time being. That does not mean I would not like to have a quick and complete update on things. But I am willing to patient a while longer.
Sounds like a plan to me. Good luck to you also.
Thanks, doogdilinger. That's all that I am aware of, myself. I had a hope that there would be more out in the ether about EXTO. I hope the good Lord will give me patience, but he needs to hurry. Appreciate your reply.
Good things come to him who waits...
Keep in mind that company name change and FINRA symbol change will lock up the old shares for almost everyone for a period of time. Days or perhaps weeks. Hoping for a quick change on this one.
Waiting patiently for news...
...any one know anything good that is on the horizon with this stock?
I agree.
I do not know the answer to your question. I have seen nothing yet to indicate that any of the Preferred shares that are Authorized are actually issued and outstanding. But I have no direct knowledge about that subject nor can I find any filing on the matter.
ANALYSIS OF KATX SHARES AND KEN STEAD SHARES OF BVIG:
135,000,000 BVIG Shares was the Price paid for the KATX Claims Transfer.
KATX previously sold the Handcamp Property to BVIG for 161,264,000 BVIG Shares.
Total Shares of BVIG in KATX / Ken Stead’s hands = 296,264,000.
Total Authorized BVIG Shares per Nevada SOS = 500,000,000 Common shares
And 5,000,000 Preferred Shares.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1412126/000093041311002775/c65215_10-k.htm
According to the 10-K of December 31, 2010
Ken Stead held 163,264,000 Shares of BVIG.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1412126/000093041311007827/xslF345X03/c67829.xml
(NOTE: 296,000,000 shares owned INDIRECTLY by Ken Stead and 2,264,000 are owned DIRECTLY by Ken Stead.)
When the Asset Transfer occurred another 135,000,000 were given to KATX / Ken Stead.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1412126/000093041311007828/xslF345X03/c67830_form4.xml
So the total Shares held by KATX DIRECTLY became 296,000,000.
The Total Shares held by Ken Stead DIRECTLY became 2,264,000.
The Combined Total of shares – 298,264,000.
So KATX owns 296,000,000 of the all the 500,000,000 Authorized shares
Or 59.2% of all BVIG Shares.
Ken Stead owns 2,264,000 of the 500,000,000 Authorized Shares of BVIG
Or .004528%.
So 201,736,000 UNISSUED SHARES of BVIG represent 40.347% of the BVIG Shares.
This is just a quick summary of BVIG shares.
Stervc, I appreciate your sharing what info you have developed about this stock.
I am not accountable to you. I have no plans to address what you want addressed. It is a waste of my time to argue with such closed minds. Have a nice day.
You do not appear to be very tolerant of other opinions. I am walking the road of research that others claim to have walked before and somehow I am supporting a stock because I am researching it?
Quite a collection of closed minds here. Doing Research is an ongoing process. Just like digging for gold, if you stop digging five feet from the main deposit of gold, you just don't find the gold.
I'm just digging and others here have quit. I am not trying to express anything about MGRN except that I am doing research. Why do some here think that they must attack anyone who does not think the way they think, as if there is only one opinion that is correct?
I appreciate all the sharing of your individual opinions here. But let's be clear here. All I did was ask Stervc about his opinion.
I get it. You don't like MGRN or the CEO because you can not make personal contact with him. So you have stopped trying to do DD and given up and turned to telling others that your opinion is correct because you say so. I get it.
I am retired and have been investing a long time. I do not wish to influence anyone on this board or any other. I am doing my own research to gather as much information as I can. I appreciate your comments. I'll mark you down as a "No" on MGRN and you can mark me down as an "Undecided." I get it.
Now I would like to hear from Stervc, who is another investor who digs out research and uses the info to make his own decisions.
Good Luck to You.
NitWit, You do realize that is only your opinion, right?
I'm asking questions and trying to see what DD I can develop. I have had stocks that were at a stand still for a long time that ultimately made me money. I am trying to see what is what with MGRN. You appear to have made up your mind that there is nothing for you here. I am still waiting to see what develops.
I am doing research to help my decision making process, not spending my time trying to talk up or down a stock.
Stervc,
I appreciate your comments from December 7, 2011.

Do you have any additional information on the status of the positives you mentioned at that time for MGRN?
1. News released on 27 Sep 2011 indicating below…
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=49324502
"The company is currently in negotiations to secure a Gold filled property that has Gold reserves in excess of $25M."
2. To add, the above acquisition is part of multiple properties as a current MGRND property was scheduled to have mining operations that was supposed to have begun back on 1 Nov 2011. Here's what the PR stated on that part indicated below.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=49324502
"Marquis Tech Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MGRN), set to begin gold mining operations in the Cuyuni region of Guyana on November 1st, is positioning itself to have multiple mining properties in operation by year-end."
3. I think we are about to see some major updates. Below are the "Big 3 Factors" that must not go ignored as brought to our attention by a poster named ScipioAfricanus:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=67436994
"Mining in Guyana is about 3 factors for a foreign company
1. Partnership. Partnering with a reputable local company.
2. Execution of Strategy as it regards to logistics and operations.
3. Good fortune, as it relates to the right chemistry of workers, lack of accidents, solid functioning of equipment and hitting the right spot."
As always, I appreciate your thoughts.
Thank you,
BigOwl47
Lotto123,
Thanks for the offer, but I prefer to stay private and speak individually with folks who have already chosen to invest in a given stock before I discuss that stock. This philosophy comes from years of them buying because of our conversation.
When the stock is a winner, those people take the credit for their wonderful and brilliant investment decision, but if the stock loses they invariably blame the person who told them about the stock.
Your offer is very gratifying, but I must decline to participate. Thank you for considering me. If you PM me your email, we can discuss this further, if you want.
It seems that you know little about a commercial kitchen and the tests that must be done before actual production begins. I spent time actually running a commercial kitchen and I think I have a better view of the video you posted.
Where you see an imperfection in a new process and flawed management thinking, I see a good test and a management that is willing to show the way things are right now so WE can judge their progress of the gradual improvement of an brand new operational kitchen.
Good luck to you in your investments. I am very pleased with the time and effort I put in on doing my own DD and I feel very comfortable with my investment in this company. I think the share price will gradually reflect that as an overall opinion very soon
Sho-Nuff,
Thanks for good wishes for pkp544. I'll be glad to see him home and stateside for a while.
I think he would appreciate your comments. He is just as frustrated as many others about the delays we have encountered on the BVIG share Distro.
Spudskie,
The "very soon" comment was about a HOMECOMING for a friend in the military who may be coming back from a war zone very soon. I was referring to his safe return so he could wait in the USA like the rest of us for BVIG Distro and News about KATX.
Sho-Nuff,
PKP544 is a friend and he is deployed in the military and I am hoping that he will be coming home safe from the war zone "very soon."
My comment was meant to say that he is welcome to come back to the states very soon and wait among his friends for his BVIG shares and any news on KATX.
Sorry for the confusion.
So come on back home and wait among your friends...
Looking forward to a nice homecoming possibly very soon.
