The real stick here is that now they have a court ordered settlement with which to collect. Any deviation in the terms of settlement and it is a quick process to sieze assets.

As far as sending you a link,I can't do that, all I can do is tell you that it was in the Reno gazette-journal page 9c today (notice of sale for delinquent assessments...name of owner itronics metallurical inc.. district 2001 sad no.2 (7703) ..description of property (14305 cocoa ave pm 1005 21)...total amount due prior to 3/29/11 ($4,508.42 )..total amount due on date of sale ($87,094.70)...the ciy of reno will sell the property on march 29 2011 @ 1:00 pm ..notice given by city treasure
