Technical Analysis Video for DMGM
Looks like the momo trade in DMGM could be waning a bit here. Wanna see it hold 20 cents to remain bullish, otherwise could be headed lower IMHO.
Check out the DMGM video chart here:

Technical Analysis Video for IMGG
Looks like we finally broke out of the downtrend that has plagued IMGG price action since April. Move back above 20 and 50 day MA's is bullish technically, although we may be a bit ahead of ourselves. A pullpack to trend, around 35 cents would be healthy, and could IMHO, set up another run at resistance from 45 to 60 cents next level.
Check out the IMGG video chart here:

Technical Analysis Video for QSGI.Q
Strong support continues to hold at the 7-8 cent level, and now that we've pulled back from old high, technicals are settin up to allow for another potential restest of resistance. Looking for a move back up to test 18 cents, but watch out if we close below 7 cents IMHO

sounds about right
certainly
Sounds like a good plan to me!
Technical Analysis Video for APCX
Been in a downtrend here for while, so we're overdue IMHO for a nice snap-back rally. Hopefully that can get a breakout going, and more momentum

Technical Analysis Video for LBSR
Nice momentum here, just hope we're not too overbought. Looking for 7 cents to hold as support, and allow for recharge to start next leg up IMHO.

well said sir!
defiinately agree. Cmon LQMT!
I see that, thanks for the heads up. Some good weekend reading there. Hopefully that will take us back up next week. New litigation claim for 3 million from SAGA isnt great news though
In response to your PM,
If by cost you are referring to the margin required to enter a short position on a penny stock, then yes I am very aware of the requirements. Clearly any penny stock below 1 cent does not make sense to short unless you have access to huge amounts of leverage. But assuming you can get the borrow, and at a juicy price of $0.70 cents you could have shorted 1000$ worth of GRNO for a mere $4000 in posted margin --> seems pretty attractive to me given the historical probabilities related to penny stocks chances for rising versus falling over time. If the stock drops 50% that works out to a 12% return on margined capital, and given that about 90% of pink sheets have no business being above $0.50, seems like an easy bet. Even at $0.38, it would only require about $7000 in margin to short and collect about $980. I am not short, nor do I plan to be, but dont assume that I do not know what I am talking about, you dont know me that well. Maybe you should concentrate on pumping sailboat gas
Sheesh, I hope so, just picture how bad it could have been on high volume! Every spike in GRNO has been GREAT shorting opp.
GRNO looking great, keep up the good work team! Squeeze is imminent here, lol!
76.5% Fibonacci retracement is at 62 cents. If we are unable to hold the 60-65 cent area, a 100% fiboannci retracement looks like it could be next. I would hate to have to suffer through that.
Were are at a key support level here at 64 cents IMHO, based on the last bounce that started here, and brought us back up to 90 cents. I hope it holds, because if not looks like we may go down to fill the gap at 37-38 cents :(
I too like the idea of a pink sheet being the real deal and getting rescued by Apple. I am also long LQMT at avg. $1.00.
What I dont like is the mechanics of the trading action here. If there was truly any substantial information out there confirming the possibility of material future benefit to LQMT, we would be seeing more buyers supporting the price action, or we would be above 1$ at least
Look at the chart and the volume, from the pattern that is shaping up, this is going right back to where it started in the 30 cent area
So you are saying that Apple went through a third party to access LQMT's materials, why pay a middle man?
Digging into what? LQMT has not released an earnings report since Q3 2009, lol!
Nice article but consider this:
"Atakan Peker, co-creator of the Liquidmetal alloy, told Cult of Mac that he recognizedthe metal when he opened his iPhone 3G years ago."
What does that mean "he recognized the metal"? The guy that basically CREATED the metal wasnt even aware that Apple was using his technology for the SIM card ejector? That's ridiculous. How could he not "KNOW" for sure, instead he is guessing? Something does not make sense there.
1) It is not uncommon for pink sheets to engage in illegal activity
2) There are no audited financial statements to indicate that the debt has been paid off, all we have is the 8K, they could be lying. Alternatively, they may have issued paper to third parties at a discount, in order to have those parties sell shares into the recent spike in order to collect cash.
3) Apple has not taken the time to tell investors that they spent 10-11 million dollars on this company, why would they bother to refute a silly rumour that they knew wasnt true if they indeed did notmake the investment in LQMT?
Just points to consider cause this stock is sure acting like a typical Pump and Dump IMHO. Or everyone is realizing that it was just hype that cannot be substantiated with any additional details, and therefore is looking less likely to produce any material benefit for LQMT.
There is no official record from Apple that they are actually involved with LQMT. Evverything has been from LQMT's side.
Does LQMT trade in Frankfurt? Norden LLC can get around the restricted share issue by selling shares in foreign markets, maybe its them thats dumping, because anybody who believes the Apple hype would surely not be selling here right!?
Will this catch another bounce into the 80's again, or will it just crash all the way back down again. It seems like the only serious buyers ie: Norden LLC are willing to pay the extraordinary price of 25 cents. Wow! real vote of confidence there.
Where the hell are the buyers here, if this is such a real story, why is everyone flipping this like a typical pump and dump.
I am beginning to suspect that the 8K is all lies, and that LQMT will soon be under investigation for securities fraud.
very welcome sir, appreciate your feedback
Well the first level of resistance I see is at around $0.015 at 20 day moving average. Support looks to be around 0.009 IMHO
Thank you sir, much appreciated
its a pleasure sir, GL!
Technical Analysis Video for PASO
Great news and volume today on PASO, but several important resistance levels are still in the way of higher price action IMHO. Both the 20 and 50 day MA's are in the way, not to mention a bearish descending wedge pattern that is holding back a potential rally. If we beak above 2.2 cents though, PASO could see a quick move up, IMHO, to test 3 cents in short order.
Check out the PASO video chart here:

I am in the process of posting a TA video that could explain your quandry. Should be up in a few minutes.
thx, appreciated sir
Technical Analysis Video for LLEG
Recent breakout above .002 resistance looks like we've finally broken the consolidation period that confined us to the range trade between .0012 to .002. Bullish golden cross in the MA's seems to be indicating that we may be embarking on a new uptrend in prices going forward IMHO.

Updated Technical Analysis Video for LQMT
Momentum trade at risk of breaking down here as we warned in our previous video analysis. Wanna see 85 cents hold, and a rebound back above $1.09 would be positive. If that happens, IMHO, I could see LQMT moving back up to retest highs. If 85 cents does not hold, however, it looks to me like we may be headed back to 52 cents area.

Technical Analysis Video for QSGI
Nice uptrend developing here, want to see this hold support at 8-10 cents if the resistance we encountered at 18 cents sends us back down that way. If we hold there, uptrend still intact. On a break above 18 cents, it could mean blue skies for QSGI, IMHO
Check out the QSGI video chart here:

Thx for the info. Doesnt seem to make alot of sense to pay back 2.4 million to Norden LLC in cash, only to have Norden LLC turn around and inject 2.04 million back into the company in share form. Seems would have been simpler to convert Norden LLC's debt to equity. In any case, LQMT was happy to sell shares back to Norden LLC at $0.26/share which was a huge discount to the $0.90/share that LQMT was trading at on that day. Since LQMT had just paid off Norden LLC in cash, why would they be so willing to give up more shares to Norden LLC at a more than 72% discount!? If everything was going so swell, and LQMT was suddenly debt free, shouldnt they have held out for higher avg. share prices to sell shares back to Norden LLC ??
Perhaps even LQMT is astounded by the stock price movement!
Obviously not for free, but there is an important difference between a licensing deal with an up front payment + royalties, & one with no up front payment. It speaks to the confidence that AAPL has in LQMT if they indeed paid LQMT $8 million up front, in addition to what I expect will be some type of ongoing royalty.
If apple did not pay an up front payment, but rather has agreed only to pay an ongoing rolyaty of future sales that include LQMT's materials, that type of arrangement may never produce any significant results for LQMT while AAPL does not lose anything by havind not gave up any cash payment.
In other words, did AAPL make a CASH INVESTMENT of 8 million in LQMT or not?
If they did, it would constitute a MATERIAL event for AAPL, and they would be REQUIRED to diclose it in an SEC filing, of which there is currently no evidence.
