Technical Analysis Video for EGOC
Yesterday's big run might have qualified as a breakout above 20 day MA. Will need to wait for the close today to confirm, but do want to see us hold the 0.015 area as support.

Sure, I will try to get around to it either this week or early next. Thanks for your request!
Updated Technical Analysis Video for LBSR
Selloff looks to be almost done here from a chart perspective. A move back to the 7-8 cent area OR another breakout past 11-12 cents could be bought IMHO.

Technical Analysis Video for HLNT
Even though we could be getting overbought on the RSI, uptrend remains intact on HLNT. Make sure to keep a close eye on the support uptrend line to stay in the game tho, IMHO.

Nice quote
LBSR doing great today. Good calls to all those who recommended it to me at 0.15! LMFAO!
In that case you must have some concept of what LBSR should be worth given the potential resource that could accrue to them. I would be curious to know what you think that may be. As no-one can at this point determine eventual cash flow from potential mine operations, I assume you are using some form of net asset valuation to determine a fair valuation point.
Thx btw for the PM.
Sorry about that, missed the news on the pinksheets feed. Actually, news will never change the chart analysis as by definition TA does not consider fundamentals. I was only looking for a catalyst to describe the day's action. Apologize for the oversight
Sorry, correction: News regarding purchase order for 24 wind turbines was out, but not on all feeds.
Technical Analysis Video for HLXW
Massive move today could get some more follow through in coming sessions. Watch out for $0.032 resistance area though IMHO.

Wow you've been holding LBSR since May and havent sold any yet? Thats impressive sir! congrats, if it were me though, I would have locked in some gains at this point.
nice hedge
I do not give advice, I simply posted my opinion as I am entitled to. That opinion can certainly be wrong, would you stock your neck out and advise newbies to buy here?
They have 3 million in convertible debt. If converted at 10 cents, 30 million additional share dilution or about 21% of the current shrs out.
Lol! goood one
At least 40% as per the option agreement.
According to the 8k and latest financial statements, there has only been a cash injection of 1Mill, the convertible was used to pay off old debt.
Lets revisit in a few months
Thanks, much appreciated
LBSR needs capital to prove up its possible reserves at Big Chunk. It currently has none, there is no drilling happening now
I never said there was no possibility of a real resource being discovered at Big Chunk, only that none has yet been proven. Therefore there is a substantial premium in the share price now to reflect that speculation that a significant discovery will be made which is purely speculation at this point.
Failed to break through 12 cents resistance - for now heading lower
Not at all, I am very open to anyone's ideas/responses. I am merely putting my own opinion out about the fundamental value of LBSR to be viewed in conjunction with my chart analysis. I did this only to rebut a users comment regarding my lack of knowledge of the fundamentals, which seems ridiculous because of course the chart has nothing to do with the fundy's
yes indeed
all very good points.
Its just my own opinion of the fundamentals as they stand now. As news comes in regarding the properties, that valuation will change dramatically should test results be positive. I am only working with a transaction based methodology that does not consider eventual production (which is too far off in the future for any one to be able to discount accurately into share price at this time).
In other words, the valuation I have arrived at is simply one that I believe LBSR could acheive if they were to sell their properties outright to a major producer.
Exactly my point. The chartist believe the chart and the fundy guys believe their own analysis. Since both are out there trading in the markets, its good to pay attention to both stories.
just because a claim is adjacent to one that has a proven resource does not mean the adjacent claim has value. It could have significantly less mineralization, etc...
If the resource is proven, then of course much higher valuation could be justified
actually all they did was swap 4 mill in debt for 3 mill in debt with an extension in term. If the land could be proven so valuable they would have held out for more. Until resources can be proven, everything is speculation
There is no NI 43-101 proving the resource value in AZ.
In any case, if Big Chunk is the bigger project then the value associated with AZ should not exceed it.
The transaction for Big Chunk however was real, and can be used as a metric to value the Alaska property. Since LBSR is nowhere near production, you cannot associate a value for the company based on eventual earnings or cash flow as they will require many years and much more additional capital to realize. The current balance sheet does not support production capabilities even with the 60/40 split from the optioning agreement
Justify your response
LBSR is about 600% Over-Valued
Another user called me out on my fundamental knowledge of LBSR so I felt abliged to indulge him
IMHO:
Yes you are right about the chart caring nothing about fundamentals. That is exactly what its supposed to be, to be used as a compliment to fundamental analysis. Neither can ever be perfect.
My view on the fundamentals are pretty bleak though. I figure LBSR is worth max about $0.016/share
If 13% of Big Chunk was sold for 1 mill cash, then the entire Big Chunk project could be sold for 7.69 mill approx. That means LBSR still owns approx 6.69 mill worth of the Big Chunk project with their 87% interest. Even if we assume the total value of all projects 100% owned by LBSR is closer to 10 mill, we still have to factor in the new 3 mill in convertible debt now owed to Dynasty. That would put the free and clear value of the projects to LBSR at approx 7 mill. Now divide by 436 mill shares outstanding and you get a possible fundamental value of about $0.016. With LBSR market cap at around 48 million I think it is trading now about 6.5 times its fair valuation
thx appreciated
thanks for watchin. Will do next time around
Updated Technical Analysis Video for LBSR
Looks like the uptrend could be done here on LBSR IMHO. Todays rally could be simply due to oversold conditions from the prior day vicious selloff. If we cannot break through 12 cents on the upside, IMHO we will probably head lower.

Updated Technical Analysis Video for SPPH
Breakout is holding nicely here, a bit more consolidation and we should be re-charged, IMHO, for the next leg higher.

Technical Analysis Video for PIHN
Looks like we remain stuck in the current trade range IMHO, until we can make a meaningful breakout past resistance at 0.0008. Still, there remains ample opp to make $$ playing the range between .0004 and .0008 pending the breakout

My pleasure prof! Wow Alyssa looking good there!
