Just checking in...wanted to see how the scam was doing....what's that?...Mr. Hawkins(Teresa Brown,Martin Roper,Johnny Heurung, etc) aren't really the people everyone thought they thought they were or weren't or whatever?....glad to see the scam is finally starting to unravel. I guess Owen and the crew could only keep "the people's company" at bay for so long with their non-informative and misleading weekly conference calls. I hope it was all worth it for the people who reaped the benfits of this con. It must be nice to live off of other people's money. At least you could do is say "thanks", God forbid you'd say you were sorry, but then again we already know that about you, don't we. It's amazing how the truth seems to find its way to the surface all on its own. I hope everyone enjoys their incarceration.
On a lighter note: The recent Q & A youtube video of PAC investors is classic. I haven't laughed that hard since I saw Petro's solicitation email from 2 yrs ago. Such polished production material should be the envy of all Fortune 500 companies. An investor(???) waving around a pile of papers and folders should be enough to convince even the staunchest non-believer that "we for real(or is it Isreal?)!" I didn't realize that asset verification could be done via video! Never has been verifying $200+ billion in assets so easy. Some good stuff right there! There really should be no naysayers after this, for sure.
Please help me understand the "private mother company" concept in direct relation to PAC. This picture keeps getting more and more out of focus. Was this Petro Kanasas(mother co.) public prior to becoming private or always private? Is there a legal connection between the two?
I find there's very little substance on this board and it's certainly not the fault of people who are curious enough to ask basic questions that any "LEGIT" company would be more than happy to provide a straight forward answer.
No answers/prospectus = no chance. I'm looking for the prospectus. Has anyone on Earth got one? It's like that elusive "golden" ticket.
If anyone does have the answers, please continue your withholding. You've done a great job so far. A+
WOW, a gold mine in Nevada, imagine that!
GLTA
All illegal...all the time. This operation(not company) has many tentacles to keep those interested in the "big payoff" enticed. They use alot of financial jargon(most out of context) to make this sound somehow legit. Anyone who understands how true companies offer stock and a business model is supposed to work can attest to this.
No prospectus - no company.
This all boils to people who care not to work legitimately and probably never will, having no issues with taking other's hard earned cash on empty promises.
Good luck on that shareholder's meeting in Dallas.
Stick with penny stocks...you'll more than likely make pennies.
imho, the new stock symbol will most likely eventually be SCAM....don't let i throw you though, it's just a symbol. For a company with untold assets now in the billions(???...c'mon) why on earth would they still need to be soliciting investors at all. Phrases on this board like "soon","coming","anytime now","right around the corner" gives real credence to the phrase "Tomorrow never comes". I really do hope everyone here does profit in one way or another. These get rich quick schemes(and don't think this isn't one) are just that for the perpetrator. Just think if one of these email/internet/church share/ offers actually worked there would be a need for all the rest out there. I'm sure many people here think there they're involved in some special-offer sweepstakes. That's exactly how it's designed to be presented especially from people you may trust.
Red flags are red.
Best of luck.
For those of you requiring evidence of my claim, I have none other than my own common sense and basic business knowledge, but time obviously will be the deciding factor for all.
thanks, I really don't have to wonder what's happening here. Most here aren't real keen with my previous conclusions. Just trying to see if it somehow made any more sense than it did before. It doesn't.
thanks for you response......the article refers strictly to bonds. Apparently there is no relation to the PAC offering. I never once saw any mention of bonds in regard to this organization's raising of capital.
Anyone else with answers only?
I fail see to a connection between PAC's offering and coupon strips. FYI : Coupon strips refer to bonds ONLY.
Someone please help me understand this, preferably from someone outside of PAC's influence/spell.
This might not be "pump and dump". There's also one called "take your money and live off of it".
Not all scams will deny refund. Some will even give them as long as they have new investors to continue the charade. I'm not trying to be "right" here. It a known fact. Some might be aware of these tactics, others not. Whether it applies here remains to be determined as you said.
I'm not a hater, I just don't tolerate deceit.
I post pro scam but I'd be real happy if I was wrong(I often am).
Time will tell.
This is my last.....
One less scam alerter.....
GL
I'm implying that this is a flat out scam. You have Mr. Hawkins/Mr.Roper and Petro on a cease and desist order for selling securities illegally. I'd be seriously concerned with the
CEO's agenda. I'm pretty sure they don't teach that at business school. I guess you can overlook that if you want.
For some, Mr. Hawkins could flat out admit this was fraud on his next call that he's scamming everyone and there would still be people in denial.
It's okay if you get scammed, hopefully you learn from it and don't make the same mistake twice. I've learned.
I just hate to see it.
GL
Thanks........wow what a joke that company is/was.(ASWD). I have seen the cease and desist document before(that's the one many have said was taken care of).
Highlights:
k.“You will receive your Stock Certificate within just a few days. Within the next 6 months, it is expected to be offered on the Pink Sheets stock market. It will possibly go on the market in November or December of this year. ” That was 2008.
f.“my personal goal is I would like to create as many billionaires in this as I, as I possibly can, shareholders, people that have taken the risk and chance with us they deserve the rewards;
Who talks like this?
Mr Roper(the recruiter) says:
f. sending the e-mail was a “mistake;”
Really?
i.did not explain why the solicited funds were sent to Roper;
j.could not explain the annuities described in the e-mail;
k.he thought that the information about the annuities had been added to his e-mail after he had sent this e-mail;
l.did not know how much money he had collected on behalf of PAC; and
m.he had to hang up the telephone because he needed to attend a meeting
Please, continue to play dumb.
Were any civil penalties levied against these guys?
So true......good luck if you do try to get some sort of refund. Mistakes and misjudgements are great learning tools.
GL
might be helpful for some.....
USAToday article
Thank you. Trust me, this company wants to stay far away from words like national and media.
Just as I suspected.....good luck to those still involved with any of this.
Note: Nice little scam(one of many that are housed on the pinks). Bernie Madoff would be proud. One good thing is that it won't go on for 30+ yrs.
When they add the electric waffle maker division, I'll know they've got it made.
The coffee's brewing, anyone up yet?
Thanks for the explanation.....still not sure it makes sense to me.
Here's how I see it.....
If $68 million of credits = 34 million shares then each credit is based on the $2/share price (which is pure speculation).
Where does this $2 a share even come from?(besides promises).
It's unrealistic and donwright misleading to tell people this kind of info. The more shares that get added to the float, the more it reduces the stock price accordingly.
GL all investors here will need it.
So, the email solicitation mentioning the $68 million on the books with the SEC signed off by an unnamed lawyer(nice touch) really means $68 million in "ad credits"(???) exchanged for stock.
So why didn't they state it that way? Probably because it makes no sense whatsoever? I don't even know how to interpret that.
So, how much stock? 10 shares? 10 million? , 10 trillion? Does it really matter?
There are 500,000,000 authorized shares - how many shares outstanding? Who even knows if the shares you receive(if you're lucky enough to receive a cert) will be tradable free and clear of restrictions?
I will be very surprised if this current symbol will be traded on any exchange again - this info has been posted previously. If you can't trade on an open market a broker will be useless and you will be stuck with just a piece of paper.
If I owned this and had my certs and it was trading, I would gladly sell at $.21(if you could even find a buyer) That's $21000 for a $100 investment. Beautiful.
I only wish it was that easy.... I think that PTRZ is leading alot of people to think just that.
To be honest, I don't even believe the gold mine acquisitions. I find it hard to believe that Petro just happened to scoop up all these lucrative stashes of untapped gold that nobody knew about.
You don't think the previous/shared owner(s) didn't have their own geologists check these mines. Why would they leave all that gold in the ground(especially with today's high prices). Trust me the gold would have been long gone. On the other hand, if it's not possible to mine, what's Petro's incentive to own it?
Did ASWD ever have any revenue? If so, please post financial link.
Still wondering.
GL
please excuse my ignorance but what are "ad credits"
I'm not even sure how they were solicited. The solicitation I saw was an email that mentioned $100 buy in for 100K shares. Some 60+ million on books with SEC. Some basis for $2 share price. Petro America Corp name at bottom. Are these considered church shares?
Who knows.
Investors have EVERY right to research any apsect of the company, call the TA or company(without harrassment of course) with any questions or concerns they might have. It is the responsiblity of PTRZ to be proactive with it's investors regarding stock certs, SEC filings, and everything else that goes along with running a traded company. This the people's company, right? You don't give people the runaround unless you have something to hide. If you can't get basic answers then I'd start to question the legitimacy of this. Rocky start to say the least.
I'm not invested but have relatives who are. BTW - they haven't received stock certs in over a year.
If it was me, I'd have my lawyer and the authorities paying Mr. Hawkins a visit faster than you can spell "subpoena".
I'm not sure I understand this "new way of doing business" I got it - paperless. No accountability/specifics/minimal amount in writing.
That's why we have the SEC(it's not perfect) - to help ensure the company makes itself transparent to it's shareholders and information is available to it's investors via mandatory filings.
Beauty of pink sheets(little to no regs and audits). Haven for scams unfortunately.
I'm sure Mr Hawkins is a nice guy and means no harm(outside of financial maybe). It also doesn't guarantee honesty.
I realize there will be people who will refuse to digest this and consider it an unfair attack(not my intention).
Time will tell.
I really do hope I'm wrong with my current assessment for all people involved.
GLTA
Oh yeah, they got an electric car alright - it's radio controlled and runs on D-cells....btw it's now available at Walmart.
But hey, it qualifies.
Thanks for sharing your observations,
Firstly, I'm not a PTRZ investor but do personally know people who have bought into this interesting albeit suspiciously marketed equity.
There seems to an excessive amount of questions coupled with even fewer real answers(never a good sign).
What's the deal with all these gold mine acquisitions? Does this actually impress anyone? How come they never list name of mine or some pertinent information. It's kinda hard to verify (like most of the info associated with PTRZ). Investors deserve better. Doesn't give the opportunity to perform any due diligence. Why is that you should be asking? There's a reason - there seems a very limited paper trail being left here.
This may appear like a doom/gloom post and I hope not to offend anyone, but I just hate see innocent people being taken advantage of which I believe to be the case here. I really hope I'm wrong on this but when I add 2 + 2, I generally get 4.
I'm curious, has anyone recently tried to get their investment back and what were the results?
Good luck to all involved.
Suggestion for CEO: Run Mr. Hawkins run!(no, not for President) but from the investors you've misled and hopefully the authorities too.
