Time is all I've had with this stock. I was holding out for Gales' genius and am a little disappointed with the reverse split. The share structure with the float was fine for a company to function in a reverse merger. The massive R/S seems a little excessive. I'm here for the remainder of the story to fold out.... Who knows.
It would have to trade at 6.76 to equal .02 pre-split. I can say after holding long on this I am pretty disappointed.
A 1:388 basically reduces all of the outstanding shares down to 1 million.
I've owned this stock for 2 years, while this looks very nice and the story is shaping up it seems a little suspect. I've never seen a merger announced in this manner. It seems like there may be a little bit of a pump and dump going on. I hope my feeling is wrong, but looking at this from a logical point there are a few questions being raised.
Depends on what is in the deal.
The public record of those holing 354 is from 9/11/12
Someone dumped.... then another bought to maintain previous prices...
Since the purchase if albertsons in 2006 they have paid an avg of a billion a year on debt. They seem to be in better shape than the look.
I don't see anything about an offer???
I saw that but didn't know what date in June.
Shhh to quiet.
What was the release date june?????
I remember buying a ton of shares at .045 and then selling most of them literally the day before the first run(impatient). I'm suprised this hasn't taken off more and held a higher postition. The speculation factor is a killer, even though you don't have to read the fine print to know this one could very well be "the one".
Im sure more.
did you just tell my story?
I don't agree. Supervalu has been consistently paying off debt. There is no logical reason the price should be this low. They did over pay for Albertsons, but in the grocery save-a-lot is their cash cow.
This is ridiculous, Supervalu should have a market cap of 25-30 billion in any market.
I thought they froze divys
What company was that??
Two points for parallel optimism
Bought my tix a year ago...
M.A. Gales Inc was founded in 2008, Gales Inc was from 2002-2007, so maybe this one will play out a year quicker and we are looking at something good.
I was here with PRMX... woot woot for the longs!!!
Anyone else think Gales may be selling his apartment because of a big deal? Playing te Jeffersons and movin on up...... Just a thought.
if i had a pen i would throw it at you....
I feel bad for all those that spent the extra couple grand on that miracle.
I have a small position, but I am optimistic with it. I like the company, they look like they are doing things the right methodic way. Ofcourse I've been in since PRMX and have a .0069 avg, anything from here on up is good for me.
I believe the adage is "Rome wasn't built in a day"... I can't say for sure that is a fact; I wasn't there.
Thread has been dead for a while, does anyone know anything about how the black box trading is coming along? Better yet, does anyone know how the innocence of Dr. Williams is playing out?
I have a relatively small position, but if this thing works to its potential then this could be the game changer for me. Go DMWK!
I have to disagree with that. Not that it doesn't sell but about smelling it on your breath. I'm sure I have drank enough at times where it could be smelled in my pores.
looks like someone got robbed
I don't want to get to excited; the site was down for 2 or 3 weeks last time with no significant changes. Though the potential is marvelous.
Interesting stuff. I wonder if this is the big one.
Wow that makes my account look bad.... lots of red... oh well
That doesn't happen. Not in these parts of the woods.
Why does anything happen in pinky land? There are tons of sub-penny transactions for less than what people's brokerage fees would be.
The would have had to been here a while to had .004 or .005. I don't see anyone waiting that long just to sell 20k shares at .01.
no substance to it, a 20k block someone got tired of waiting and sold on ask... the L2 is too thin to freak out over single or small transactions with no volume...
