Almost 18 million shares added this last quarter. Too bad.
Puramed migraine medicine in being stocked at all Walgreens across the country. Clinical study done showing its efficacy. Capturing 2% of the migraine sufferers equates to 108 million in sales. With 20 million outstanding and 10 million in the float, this will be a $10.00 stock by next summmer.
I stumbled upon this company while doing research on Marcellus shale. EIHC put out a PR pertaining to it. I've talked with the company and did some DD. I cannot understand why this companies shares are woth a 1/3 of a cent. It easily should be 50 cents. I'd like to buy 500,000 shares for $1,500 and watch it go to a buck. Anyone have any reason as to why this wouldn't be a smart investment?
What's the chances of seeing this product on store shelves this Q. Appears the street has no faith. Anyone?
Ouch!
I did not know it cost that much to get compliant. Seems a bit expensive. Either way, hope we all make a bunch of money.
I'm back in. Still, this non-reporting makes me nervous.
Now, hopefully LEI will hire an accountant and become SEC compliant. I've talked with IR. The excuse is lack of money. That is a poor excuse to assert to potential investors. OPEN THE BOOKS!
Pink sheet. At least they could do is be SEC compliant. I'm out. Too easy to catch this going up with the amount of shares and no one watching. If the big announcement comes, I'll buy chasing it up.
Yea, down 20% in a few K traded. How can that be with a float the size of the gulf oil spill?
1/3 of a billion shares!
They are going to have to sell a lot of lasers to justify even a $1.00 a share stock price. Can anyone estimate the amount of rev/profit they would need?
165,000,000 in the float
325,000 traded today
stock drops 9.3%
I'm coo coo for cocoa puffs
So thankful to have stumbled into this equity. This could generate billions, easy peasy.
Took on a small position today. It should go up now.
My questions are so basic. This thread is huge. Where are the answers?
I don't need investment tips on this equity.
You know how it works but ain't telling. That is enough said.
Who on this board has seen it in action? Who has been a subject or has used it? Who can provide an independent source, or a person who can verify the utility? Good Grief Charlie Brown!
Yea. I agree, time is a wastin. Have you been dazed?
I don't have any shares. Mostly cause I can't get confirmation on the dazers utility.
How do you know it works well? Have you used it or has it been used on you?
Dan Schall don't call.
In my only conversation with him I asked to speak to any person who has been dazed and/or who has used the dazer. He said that he would ask the company if he could release that information. He also mentioned a nondisclosure agreement I might have to sign. That was three weeks ago. I have called and left three messages. No call back.
I just want to do my DD. Talking to a dazor or dazee about their experiences should be quite easy and the company should be promoting this aspect. I can find it nowhere. The NJ swat video was not real. No one was dazed in that video. Troubling.
So the only way an investor can independently confirm if the product works as advertised is to sign a non disclosure and have the company present it? Why wouldn't the NJ swat team on the video be willing to share? I just want to talk to someone who has been dazed by the product and get their feedback. Is that too much to ask?

A LASER that dazzles and disorientates has been developed by a Scottish firm to help shipowners ward off pirate attacks.

The first device has been fitted to a commercial vessel due to sail within weeks through the Gulf of Aden, off the pirate stronghold of Somalia.
Dunoon-based ProForm Marine believes the non-lethal laser will prompt pirates to abandon their assault and seek an easier target. It was developed following a rising tide of attacks on cargo vessels and luxury yachts, especially off Somalia, which lies beside one of the world's main trade routes to the Suez Canal. The Gulf of Aden is known as "the gates of hell".
ProForm said the weapon could also be used to defend other vulnerable sites from attack, such as airports, nuclear power stations, and oil and gas plants. It said it had also had interest from farms in South America.
The laser, which costs £55,000, affects the vision of anyone on which it is trained for up to 30 minutes and makes them feel nauseous and disorientated.
"The dazer does work as advertised. I know this to be a fact"
Did you see it in action? Please, I'm struggling with this issue. The most plausable reason why minimal sales have occured is that the product isn't a game changer. The demonstration floating on this thread could have easily been trumped up.
Where can one get independent verification to the veracity and effectiveness of the dazer?
You really should wait to buy. Selling of shares by company/investors will continue for a while. Don't get me wrong, This is a great company near as I can tell, but growth hurts. 10 bucks easy by 2011
Waiting for Godot. I heard he was coming. Really? Yes! Very soon!
HEER HEER ACTIVATING DD
I'm going to finally do some DD on this turd and place a bet, maybe. Who has the scoop on this stock?
Yea. I bet you must really love and trust Bejing Bill.
To the toilet. What about the pumpers last month. What says you? Must have been pumping to get out. FrEEEEE Fall.
Well,I'm ready to buy this in a big way. I'm hoping the stock movement on Friday was the traders playing with the Feb. news which is not happening. Hope the stock drops the whole of next week as I'm loading up. This is going to be huge! I'm so happy I stumbled onto this. My two nagging questions. Does the product really work as advertised? Lots of millionaries if so. What about the Scottish laser? Is that competition?
Yea, that would be nice. The float is so low that the spread is way out of wack. I little buying pressure and it could take off.
So the idea is the dazer is expected to displace the tazer as a deterrent weapon of choice. That's why there was a lawsuit from Tazer? What was the suit about? Anyone?
What's up with this stock? I read where dilution is in the works. Why don't the peeps buy this stock?
This is for the pumpers. Bashers could have a field day. Why would or does a company who is seemingly on the verge of blockbuster contracts not bother to be SEC compliant? If this company is really concerned for the welfare of it's stockholders, making public filings is the least they can do. How do you guys know they are not selling stock into each time the stock gains momentum?
I read the article. The only sentence that really stands out in conjunction with the banter over the last few posts is this:
Mr. Battis said he expects to be able to announce "a very large order" for the Dazer Laser this month.
This statement was seven months ago. Bashers 1 Pumpers 0
I know they don't report but does anyone have any info on the amount of shares that have been issued?
That is good news.
But the PR is just too vague. For all we know they sold one box.
Almost all buys today.
Man, I hope you're right about good news coming soon. I recommended this stock at $1.00 to $1.10 thinking that was the bottom. My peeps are quite annoyed. This will bleed until good news comes. Not for the weak at heart.
