Back to YIELD! No way a public company should operate.
Exciting Times? Are you serious! Just look at the six month graph - .055 to .0038 - a 93% nosedive in the stock price. Is this was constituteS Exciting Times? NO REVENUE - NO BIOCOAL CONTRACTS - NO EMPLOYEES - NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING. This is a company whose doors, in effect, closed years ago. FORGOT TWO THINGS - NO CORPORATE OFFICE AND NO CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER. Now that's Exciting! NOT!
I can understand your point Kmax. Feels like forever that little to nothing significant has happened. As for doing business with family, I don't have a problem with that as long as it is a separate corporation and the financials reflect goods bought and sold. In the end, business is business. The bigger picture is if there is more business that gets announced soon. That's what I am waiting for as are other day traders. Let's see what happens over the next days and weeks.
I found the press release. Here is the link below.
http://www.einpresswire.com/article/341149323/vega-biofuels-provides-update-to-shareholders
Hey guys. Press release came out earlier today. Torrefaction equipment ordered for the JV. Check on pink sheets.com - news - if/when the machine is delivered, with 650 acres of land to work with, this could be the first, real product and profit Vega produces. Stay tuned.....
Never laughed much in a long time. There should be a reality show on this stock.
FYI - just checked with the WY Secretary of State Office - the Authorized common was increased to 3 Billion on Feb 26th, 2015. That might explain the high volume sells this week. Check for yourself. There number is 307-777-7311- Vega ref # is 2010-000585794. Interesting. Was this info posted in the latest financials?
A Really Good PR! This brings it all together and for the first time, it's all starting to make sense.
The supplier of biomass is in place. The engineering experts are doing their thing.
The IDC relationship includes tax and related incentives.
Vega has found a great location which includes a no cost arrangement to move the containers to the port).
The buyers are in place with more contracts to come when the product is finally created.
Not to thrilled about the Alpine clearing, but with all the new financial regulations, it's just one more hurdle to clear.
In short, I am starting to like what I see. Looking forward to the pictures of the plant next week and more good things to come. I might even take a ride down from Virginia to check it out in the fall. Good to see things coming together. Go Vega!!
I also agree that the biomass plant is real. It just seems like this is taking forever to come to fuition. I will give Molen credit. Despite all the negative stigma and personal attacks that have been sent his way, he has kept his eye on the prize.
To put things in perspective, I just completed an 8-month project from conception to completion. It is nowhere near what he is trying to do. In less time, he has:
1. Identified a strategic location (including user-friendly rail service), for the plant.
2. Established and built a working relaitonship with county officials.
3. Signed an agreement to purchase timber biomass.
4. Hired a top notch engineering firm.
5. Reorganized the company and reduced the shares by 26.5 billion shares (90%).
6. Secured a half million dollars of interim financiing.
7. Signed a Letter of Intent for a buyer of the product to be manufactured.
There are two key "next step" items that we are all anticipating. (The Plant) and (some more funding). It makes sense that Vega Biofuels will not be building a plant from scratch as that would take years and a lot of money. That being said, even an existing plant will take time to retrofit to begin operations. So the sooner we see these "next step" items occur, (plant announcement and more funding announcemnt), the better!
But as for the belief that this project is real. Yes, everything that Molen has done has confirmed that he is singularly focused to make this business conern a reality. I wish he had gobs of money and/or a bunch of parters to have moved things along even quicker. But that's not the case.
And as someone who invested early in Vega, this is the first project that he has taken from just a "pie in the sky idea" to "a real project with real profit potential". Finally!
Let's see what happens over the next few weeks. If Molen continues to execute and FINALLY announces a plant and/or more funding, it will have a dramatic and positive effect on the share price.
You area dead on! The Alias was created yesterday for one reason - to accuse Molen of all these hypothetical things he did or didn't do. The sad thing is we look to our moderator to stop this BS from happening.
It's ironic - last year, everyone was nailing Molen for being all over the place, working on multiple developmental projects that went nowhere. Over the last 6-8 months, he has been focused on one thing - opening a real biomass plant in Georgia. All the facts in the PR's show that this is coming together. When some explosive news happens (e.g. more funding, plant announcements), the share price is going to do a 180.
In short, don't let these "attack dogs" get you/us down. Vega is moving in the right direction. When real positive things happen, their false attacks will fall by the wayside.
Thanks for the video. That's the most interesting thing I have seen on this board for months:)
Don't let it get to you. Brazil Ops has an arrest warrant out for what he has done. His name is Mr. Chew and he lives in Brazil. Not sure how the other one or two are tied in as they use a lot of alias's on this board to nail Molen every day it seems.
In short, some people can't deal with success and only live in the past. Others will see execution and results for what they are - a good thing for investors.
Eventually, this "unique people" will go post their negativity onto another board(s). In the meantime, GO VEGA!
Positive and Negative reactions will always come out neutral. The only way we will tell which direction Vega Biofuels is going is to see the actual plant and/or physical plant location.
If that PR happens this week or in the next two weeks, then it will mean that Vega Biofuels is positively on track to be a "real concern", with a "real product" to bring to market, with a potential for "real profits" and that means "real money" for the investors who chose to stick it out through thick and thin.
Here's a key point to consider:
You want Molen to reveal the name of the shareholder group so:
a. You can call them and tell them what clown a Molen is.
b. You can call them and tell them how you got screwed in the past.
c. You can call them and tell them that Vega and Molen is a scam.
d. All of the above.
As it is, the naysayers have repeatedly put the project in jeopardy when they called -
1. the Biomass provider.
2. the Engineering firm.
3. IDC
4. Who knows who else and said who knows what.
I as an investor see no relevance to Molen providing you with the names of the shareholder group. If they are comfortable with Molen's execution on the plant work to date, as they obviously are, they feel equally comfortable providing a half million dollar line of credit to see the project move to the next level.
Maybe it's not in our interest to have you or other naysayers question a strong and decisive investment backing so that you can call them and bad mouth Molen and Vega, call him a clown or whatever.
You even said maybe Molen himself is putting up the half million dollar line of credit. None of this information you provided is fact. There's been a lot of attacking of an individual and a company that I and other investors want to see succeed.
All of the work done over the last six months is leading to something big, viable and profitable. I have heard from other investors who have also said they are sick of these personal attacks on this board.
We are all supposed to comment on the facts of the press releases and where the company might be headed. If you have a personal vendetta against Molen or the company and believe he is making up pr's even though you and others have validated several already, take it to court. Otherwise, give it a break and let the man do the business at hand.
This has been going on for 6-8 months now. And you are right, it doesn't matter what Molen/Vega does, fbinvestor or Brazil Ops or a few others, seem to have an axe to grind.
when the company was not current with PS, that was terrible.
when the company brought their financials up-to-date, they said that was not acceptable.
when the company reduced their authorized shares by 80% and their float by 90%, Vega was supposedly a pump and dump scheme.
when the company signed an agreement to secure almost unlimited biomass material, they said that was irrelavant because there was no indication where the plant would be.
when the comapny identified a location that was advantgeous to build a plant and built a sound relationship with IDC, they dismissed the importance of getting tax breaks, and other incentives offered by the County.
when the company reach an agreement with one of the most prestigious engineering firms, they called the company to validate the agreement and when they found that to be true, dismissed the importance of the agreement because the company would never get funding.
...and today we see that Molen and Vega Biofules have attracted a half million dollars in critical funding to move things forward and all the naysayers can say is that the shareholder group were fools or maybe Molen lent himself the money.
I don't know abut anyone else but as ack has said repeatedly, let the facts speak the truth and that postings should be about facts and not nailing Molen or the company for past personal problems or vendettas.
The fact is that this company is on the move. It is clearly focused on executing the building of an important, viable green energy plant. Molen may not be an expert on the subject matter, nor does he have to be. He should have the vision to see the desired final product, be able to bring in the resources and expertise to get it done, secure the necessary agreements to make it all happen, and in the end - just execute so that Vega Biofuels, the investors, the County and the employees who are employed in new technology jobs - all win!
So I don't know aobut anyone else, but let's all be forward looking for once. Vega Biofuls has great potential. Management is executing time and time again. If the past six months are any indication, there is more to come - a lot more!
Go Vega and Go Away "Doom and Gloomers"!
These funds will allow us to move forward with our plans without having to dilute our securities by conducting a Private Placement.
That's the best part of the PR. No dilution of our shares, no RS or anything of the sort. Share value can only increase with ongoing performance.
Awesome News!!! Half a Million in Interim Financing! This achievement moves things along in a big way. Engineering, plant design and plant now a reality. More news to come - for sure! Way to Execute!
We can all agree on that!
This is the first time that third party media and docs have reported. In the past, the company was not focused on one project, had multiple things (developmental projects), in the air and very little was executed. I invested in the company a few years ago. I made some money and lost money when the company did the RS. But I still bought more shares after Molen started getting serious about executing one project vs. many.
Besides positive media reporting from numerous news outlets, in the last half year the company has achieved a lot including:
1. Reducing it's authorized shares from 50B to 10B
2. Reducing it's float by 90%, from 26B to 2.5B
3. Filing their financials to bring the company current with PS.
4. Establishing and cultivating a relationship with IDC officials.
5. Identifying and securing an agreement for the raw biomass material that would be needed for a plant.
6. Selecting a plant location that has excellent access to rail and other facilities to ship to the Port of Savanah and subsequently export.
7. Signing a letter of intent with a top engineering firm, capable of building the plant, selecting top notch staff, etc.
And there is probably more that I can't remember. In short, this developmental company is not standing still. They seem to be at the cusp of moving to the next level. Without question, that next level is actually securing funding for the plant. But all roads seem to lead to this happening in the near future. And if it does, the current value of the company $1.351 M, as of 6/10, with a share price of .0003, will rise in turn.
That's my take on it. I have tried to stay positive with this stock (which is hard to do on this board). Like every other PS company, there is risk in investing in something that hasn't happened yet. But I am finally liking what I am seeing. Let's hope it continues. In an otherwise dismal economy, it would be nice to see a success story come from the ashes (pardon the pun)to burn bright into the future.
Found an excellent news article while watching the Stanley Cup and surfing the net. I went to Georgia.gov and then entered Vega Biofuels in the search box.
http://www.dot.state.ga.us/aboutGeorgiadot/Board/Documents/ENewsletter/2011/May/CD9-Enewsletter.pdf
It really looks like something is about to give. Too many agencies (local, state), and firms (engineering, biomass provider, etc.), getting on board the Vega Biofuel train.
Enjoy the Stanley Cup. Go Bruins!
Nice volume in the 1st half hour - 130M+
Everything you say makes sense. We have all waited and waited for concrete things to happen. When the building is secured and funding is identified, then and only then, will we have something real. I too, am cautiously optimistic. But like many on this board, the time for execution is NOW!
It's a good question, but with the several news related articles that have been published, including an actual quote from the IDC head, this does not seem worthwhile. Especially, since other posters aka/bashers made calls to the Engineering firm asking them to confirm that they had an agreement to provide engineering and management/personnel selection work for Vega. The answer was "yes they did".
Others have nailed Vega in the recent past for not being current on Pink Sheets. And when they brought their financial s current, they nailed them for not having a working relationship with a local entity. Then Vega revealed their many months of behind the scenes work with Crisp County / IDC officials in selecting a very business-friendly location for the plant, one that includes multiple tax breaks and business incentives, etc.
Then the posters/aka bashers said that Molen was pumping and dumping 50 billion shares only to be proven wrong when Molen eliminated 80% or 40 Billion authorized shares, with the float being slashed to 2.5 Billion shares.
Then the posters aka/bashers said that there would be a press release, another pump and dump and three or more weeks before another press release occurred. This too has been proven wrong as PR's have occurred on a regular basis for the past two months and they were not just fluff. There was actually substance in
them.
Then the posters aka/bashers said there is no actual plant that has been leased or bought and no proof of funding. This too, will be executed in the very, very near term.
In short, we can all live in the past and accuse Molen of "Gaming this or that", but facts don't lie. He and Vega as a business concern, has gotten his act together. Vega is focused on one thing and one thing only - building a significant biomass facility in Cordele Georgia - one that is sustainable and profitable. If the recent several months of execution has proven anything, it is that the company is serious about becoming a viable entity with real profits and real success.
Let's see what the next week holds. It is very well possible, that many, many people will be pleasantly surprised.
Vega getting lots of positive press. Here's an article I found today.
http://www.worldconstructionnetwork.com/news/vega_biofuels_plans_to_build_biocoal_manufacturing_plant_in_us_110509/
105 Million shares traded in the 1st hour!
Agreed. Focused attention has resulted in soon to be "Fantastic Results".
In the last several months, Vega has:
1. Chosen a biomass provider
2. Brought their status current on pinksheets
3. Updated the financials
4. Reduced the authorized shares from 50 Billion to 10 Billion
5. Reduced the float dramatically
6. Built a working relationship with Crisp County and IDC
7. Received positive press coverage for the biomass project
8.
9.
10.
We are still waiting for the announcement of the plant selection, funding and possibly a grant. But the "focused attention" has led to a belief that Vega can fill a nitch in an energy sector that has potential for explosive growth. Keep it up!
Vega has found top-notch professionals to provide engineering and seasoned staff. Last two pieces of the puzzle are the selection of the building and funding. And with the positive things that have happened recently, those pieces could fall into place real soon. Good News guys!
Identifying a site and get funding are the next pieces of the puzzle that need to be put in place. Hopefully, we are close.
Surfing local Crisp County papers and found this article from yesterday in the Cordele Dispatch. FYI.
http://cordeledispatch.com/local/x1526182971/Bio-coal-plant-coming-to-Cordele
Here's the url with the updated website: www.vegabiofuels.com
Surfing the net and found updated Vega Website! Still more questins to be answered (e.g. plant location, funding), but this answered my question on when he website would be updated. More evidence it's starting to all come together.
That makes sense. Frankly, the past is the past. The company is now poised to moving to the next step.
Vega has retired more than 80% of the authorized shares.
Vega has committed to not doing another reverse split.
Vega has identified the company who will provide all the raw biomass they need.
Vega has spent months researching for the right location for the plant, based upon shipping/transportation cost, etc.
Vega has established a nice relationship with Crisp County and IDC.
Vega has brought the company to Current Status with Pink Sheets.
It really looks like Molen is getting his act together. I expect the next PR to be BIG!
The 3 week cycle has been broken! Shares have been officially cancelled, Crisp County and IDC have confirmed a working relationship. Next up, THE PLANT! and/or FUNDING! Then all this negative, dooms day crap goes away. I like the recent, focused execution. Let's have more of it!
If you're right, we have another week or 2 before more news. LOL
Actually, I believe you mean the Transfer Agent refused to cancel the shares. None of this makes any sense. What is going on here?
Ask @ .0004. I agree with ACK. News on restructuring confirmation and some substance will move sp higher...and higher.
Just found a very recent article from Cordelle Dispatch that supports the fact that the Cordele Inland port is real and will be opening up in June. Lots of containers ordered. More on their way! Check out the article.
http://cordeledispatch.com/local/x461198200/Activity-picking-up-at-CIS
The final decision was made to locate the manufacturing facility in Cordele, GA after learning that the Crisp County/Cordele Industrial Development Authority and Intermodal Services, Inc. were about to complete construction on the new Cordele Inland Port that will service the Port of Savannah, one of the South's largest international shipping ports.
That's the penny stock question of the day. The news will have to substantial to get us to a "positive tipping point".
It can be 100-1 buys, but until we have substantial plant news, we won't have the volume and momentum to see things FULLY DEVELOP!
You make a good point.
When a company goes through a series of ownership changes (including a seafood company and others, which were way before Molen was even around), does that make Vega and all the other companies a SCAM as the Impartial Moderator implied in big bold letters? No
When a company files the legal, accounting and regulatory paperwork to bring the developmental company into full compliance because they are anticipating accomplishing something that we all know is way overdue, but still believe is possible (building or retrofitting a plant and subsequently opening the same), is that a SCAM? No
When a company deliberately and significantly reduces the authorized shares by 80% (from 50B to 10B), is that a SCAM? No
When a company cancels 85.48% (26.5 Billion of 31 Billion Common Shares) and reduces it's float from 4 Billion common shares to 2.5 Billion common shares (a 37.5% reduction), would one be inclined to think Vega is scamming the public and is selling tens of billions of shares to uninformed investors? No, I think not.
Whatever you think of Vega and Mr. Molen personally, it would be more appropriate to show "Moderation" and "Objectivity" in performing one's role. By personally attacking one person or one company "as a scam company that will never build a plant" is unbecoming of the role of a moderator.
In short, why don't we all let the cards fall where they may. If all this work to become fully compliant on Pink Sheets, to increase the value of the shares by cancelling 80% or more), by working on other elements of the plant, including securing a biomass material agreement, and other behind the scenes work, if it's all a waste of time, so be it. But let the facts do the talking.
There are more facts coming soon. In the meantime, personal attacks of the company and of a person(s) does noone any good. And that's a fact!
