I hate to say it but the average investor is disadvantaged. We hear of all kinds of corruption in the market,yet the SEC does'nt seem to do anything serious about it. I think its because everybody is in everybodies pocket. Just like Washington. Naked shorting is a huge problem today,you cant slap a little $100,000. fine on some company that makes 100's of millions on such activity. You really got to make it hurt to stop it. I've always said "our greed will be our demize someday". Its all about winning,no matter what the cost or who you screw. I can't live that way but apparently there are many in the world that can. Thats good news about Samsung too. I have been reading & seeing that a few other oems are coming out with fuel cell products . Several anticipate release this year. I dont know if they are methanol or hydrogen or what but its encouraging to hear that the oems are getting close it appears to start coming out with some of these products. Hope we're part of it.

Now that the economy seems to have turned the corner,maybe the oem's will bring'um out. This would be great. DOUBLE HEADER baby !

Thats kind of how I roll in life actually. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt first. I look at the glass half full. I try to surround myself with positive people. I don't like the alternative. Its good to be objective about things, to look at 2 sides of any argument but really we know all we're suppose to know. Probably more thanks to some very diligent share holders. I ,like justarookie ,prefer to think about the prize at the end of the race. The beach ,if you will. I can not afford to buy 1.6 mil shares of a blue chipper. I know this stock carries risk . I know what Im getting into and am comfortable with my investment. I like the reward compared to the risk factor here. I think we have a real company here with a real future. We just have to be patient.

None taken Tommy. I too am disappointed in the delays. At the same time I can only imagine the complexity of making such deals as Dr. K is trying to do. I have to keep telling myself that these biomass deals that are being calculated & discussed have no real frame of reference. Its kind of like the sports agents that represent NFL draft picks 3,4 & 5 are all waiting for the # 1 & 2 pick to sign a contract so then they have a reference to go by as to what their client can command in their contract for compensation. I think after these first few deals happen then the contracts will start rolling at a faster pace.Does that make sense ? I still believe that Viaspace has viable products that will be in demand. Any or all of their products could go at any time. We all know how the Government works on their projects and how secretive they can be. Plus the OEMS of the electronic industry are the ones that are dragging their feet,we're ready when they are. Other than aggravating delays, I personally have no reason to bail. They are the same company I bought into. Let me put it another way, some people & scientist say you can't prove there is a God.With the same logic ,you can't prove there isn't. Its called faith.I know thats not the answer you want.

Its a debate over speculation. We are diasecting words.We dont know whats going on behind closed doors that has'nt already been put out .It just sounds to me that you are trying to talk us out of our shares. That might not be your intension but is what it seems. We know the risk and this banter back in forth to some degree is a waste of time. What is going to happen ,is going to happen. 10-4 thats reasonable. I sort of figured too ,that the market and potential customers will want to see if we can deliver before we see much of a large run-up. Who knows what the Dr. has in store for us.

Just for grins,somebody that is good at math,what kind of contract news & numbers would we reasonably need for this puppy to reach 1.00 plus? To accomplish my goals, my magic # is $ .85 before I think about selling. May take a few quarters or a couple years. Heck with the right news maybe this quarter,who knows. Fun to speculate. The cool thing is ,I really think its going to happen in due time. IMHO

Tried yesterday & today to get more shares. Got a partial so far on both days. Hope I get the balance by closing. You know ,alot those folks that sold for tax reasons last month will start buying back in about now. Price should start coming up now. Wonder what next week will bring ? Have a great weekend all.

unfortunately Josh the boards are littered with those types. They are there for a reason in most cases. Usually to confuse, cause panic and fear or maybe has a grudge toward someone in a company etc.
