Joebari - I will see if I can do some more homework on the Image question. It deserves a good answer. Best to you & happy New Year!
It's almost Christmas day and what a season it has been. I have investigated more of the technical side (Image storage and transmission ) of DViS and now know that it is working as stated (It is an awesome design). I hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend. May the weeks ahead yield the "gift" of FDA approval. May we enjoy the financial fruits of our continued belief and patience in and with IMGG.
Merry Christmas to all and to all of you a good night!!
p.s. Thank you Dean for this marvelous opportunity!
Thank you - That's what I have been trying to say!!!
II was at IMGG on Wednesday
See Msg 6972 for the summary. I saw the DVis working, The images are terrific, the software WORKS, They have 360 3-D real-time. They have cash.
Those of us who know what it is worth.
Thank you 'ShakabudakaMan' for all you have said today!!! I have watched the board all day. What a huge waste of energy by the 'need it now' crowd. Those of us who are long know to relax and if it does go lower then we buy what we can afford and add to our portfolio. I do know this system from time spent with it, from reading all the data, from watching the mechanics, from admiring the software engineering. It is a winner, a true Thoroughbred.
But alas we have the 'I can't wait crowd' like most of new 'investors' who want their money now. Well guess what it takes time, other investors money, and lots of hard work. I know how hard the people at IMGG have worked. I know how hard they are working now. I believe in them and their concept, their engineering, and the mathematical equations. I know what it is worth and what people will pay for the system when the time is right.
As I have said many times before: those who are unwilling to wait, then sell. Please sell - sell from your fears, sell from your INABILITY to wait. You will only do what all people do, who don't understand what they hold, they sell. Make your $.70 or $0.65 or even .48 - whatever. There will be buyers on the way down and winners on the way up.
No charts, No comparisons, No predictions. The DViS will make FDA approval. Do all of us "Longs" a favor: sell we need more shares.
People jump up and down about 25% - This has done that how many times over??? See all of you winners in the circle!
Thanks so much for the kind thought. I hope it does too. I would love to let my surgeons and pain management people see what the heck is really going on when I move and bend. There are just so many uses for this system.
Yes my notes show that the DVIS is 1% of a CT Scan.
Thank you for the kind though 'joebari'!! But one last thought. Can you imagine what is going through the psyche of the FDA agent. Whom ever it is knows that the moment they say 'Approved' a large number of people are going to become very wealthy, very quickly. What will the FDA agent be doing the next day?
Hmmmmmm?
As I said yesterday, I saw this incredible system in action. The FDA is a time matter. Meaning it will be approved. If there was any serious issues, like the refinement of intended use, they would have come back to IMGG sooner. They are just going to wait till the very last day that they can. Come on this is the Government!
This is not just an improvement it is a revolutionary change. So if it takes some extra time so be it. But this is a serious opportunity to make incredible investment returns.
Enough said - Happy Holidays, Santa is coming
It has not been done so in the past.
The FDA is bound by law to respond the initial application with the previously stated time frame. Which depending upon what day they used could well have been yesterday. Remember most of their correspondence is sent via Bulk-Mail. That being the case, the response could arrive anytime this week. I left my cell phone at IMGG yesterday. Before I left I asked and as of this morning, no response has been received and they all expect approval.
Your Welcome. After all the questions and guessing I thought it best to see it for myself and report what I found. It is really a great piece of equipment and the programmers/engineers are just top notch. Very impressive group of people. They will make it happen.
No FDA Letter and great imaging progress!
As a long term investor I asked to see the DVIS and speak to Mr. Mike Nessen today. He told that there have been no communications from the FDA. 2) Mike mentioned that a majority of the FDA correspondence has been sent via BULK MAIL. 3) My impression was they are fully expecting an approval letter.
I also had the opportunity to see my favorite gadget in action. Dean has really done his homework. From my years of experience in software their design is extremely modular and appears to offer a very open-ended approach to image capture and transmission.
The image quality was astounding. I am not a radiologist, but after seeing a great number of X-rays of my spine and neck these were by far the clearest I have ever seen. The real time 3-D is simply amazing. With all the news regarding to much radiation exposure it was great to hear that the DVIS as it stands today produces only 50% of the radiation of a C-Arm and roughly 1% of a CT.
There is no doubt that IMGG has created and refined a revolutionary product that will have a major impact in the Medical Imaging world. I am with the Long Gang - If you want out of the game, please sell. Your positions will be gladly purchased. See you in the Circle!!
I will be there! It has been a long run for all of us. But that's what vision is all about. I do believe we all had our glasses on just right!
Thank you! I truely look forward to meeting you in the Circle as well.
Unfortunately I have an extreme case of 'degenerative spinal disease' and and advanced case of a disease called DISH. I will be having a series of electronic implants placed into different sections of my spinal cord. They now use a combination of CT and C-arm instrumentation to place the implants in exact locations to block pain signals to the brain. I have shown them the DVIS and they openly said it would make their job much easier, more precise and much safer. When told it was not yet FDA approved both parties invested in IMGG. I am lucky that I have a world class surgical team (They handle the US Olympic team, Lakers, Raiders, ect ... ) that too is highly interested in the DVIS. I can't think of any Neurological Doctor or Surgeon I have met that was not interested and enthusiastic about the device. It will make a significant change in my life as well. For once we will be able to see what portions of my spine are still capable of movement and to what extent. I have been hoping for it to make it into the O.R. for many years! I seriously hope to win all the way around.
Exactly in regards to the loan issue- repay the loans to principles while there is cash in the Bank. As needs arise new loans can be issued to cover what the company needs. They are still rebuilding C arms as the acct receivable shows. As most of the 'long' holders see they are able to keep marching forward.
As for the image issues - They need to develop a transmission system that will 'pipe' the image in real time. The important tech issue, which was overcome in the 32 to 64 bit software conversion, was gaining enough "chip" memory to hold the incoming data stream. Now that it is complete they or their 'partner/parent' can focus on developing a "wan" based viewer so it can be transmitted over any standard high speed network.
I agree with most - FDA approval will be here soon.
What may I ask is the winner circle that is so often referred to?
Once again "The third year without approval" means nothing in regards to this show. The product was not ready until now. They have refined all aspects and resolved a lot of issues. Now they really do have a world class product!
Sell now ??? Don't be a fool!
RSNA has been an incredible success. Tremendous booth traffic. Booth location was next to perfect. The FDA approval was 'hoped' for by now, never gaurenteed. The FDA will approve this product, there is no reason not to. They are just doing what all government agencies do - work slowly. Dean, in all of his interviews and conference calls, never guaranteed it would be by RSNA. He said it would be great to have, nothing more.
As for all the articles and naysayers they are either looking to short it, manipulate it, or they have no idea about the technology.
This technology is truly revolutionary. It's not just a scanner or an real-time 3D x-ray. It is a complete system that has more open ended medical uses than most people can even begin to comprehend. I first saw it when it was a bunch of wires, motors, aluminum struts and sensors. It has evolved into powerful multi-imaging system. It is elegant in it's mechanical design, it's software is a multi-platform mathematical marvel.
Those who are long in this stock have seen everything from $.03 to $1.85. The value of this system is far beyond any price we have seen to date. The only reason anyone would sell right now is because you do not understand the technology and you do not believe in Dean and his team. The stock cannot be 'technically' analyzed right now. It's has not been fully developed and brought to market. This baby is a once in a lifetime shot to make some serious money - go ahead sell, a great number of us will take your position and prosper, I mean PROSPER! Nothing is easy - this is only the beginning........
It may be a disappointment that the FDA has not issued it's approval of the DVIS as of today. The point is it will be approved and the stock you are worrying about today will sky rocket then. It is the only device of it's kind. I strongly suggest you use this time to strengthen your position. Dean won't give up, it is not in his being to quit. He wants this as much as any investor. It is his dream, more so than any of ours.
