I've seen a lot of bashers on the other boards, lots of them with good arguments. So if this is the only thing you can come up with, about the quarterly results being late, this must be the greatest stock ever.
The financials will come through, no worries. This is stock that will make you rich, if you have a couple of years to spare. No 10 or 20 bagger but a potential 1000 bagger. I see them reach at least 0.1 * in 3 to 5 years. IMO
The websites and TCP, that I know off but it's nothing new. I'm in this stock a couple of months now. The undervaluation of the stock I get.
Aren't there any financials coming out ? Maybe they are expected to be good or some people allready know. Can't see an other reason either, apart from this being a great stock off course
It's at 0.0001. Where would it drop to in your opinion ? The twighlight zone ?
But let's not think about that. The money must come through.
Ok, but let him pay first.
So according to you they don't have anything ? The following can be easily checked. What I see is an emerging company who started from scratch and are getting revolutionary technologies on the road.
"Subsidiaries
American Hydrogen Corporation | www.americanhydrogencorporation.com
American Hydrogen Corporation holds an exclusive, worldwide license, granted by Ohio University, to commercialize a breakthrough ammonia-to- hydrogen catalytic electrolyzer based on patent-pending technology developed by Dr. G. Botte of Ohio University’s Russ Engineering School."
http://www.americansecurityresources.com/subsidiaries/
And nothing's patent pending for the moment ? See their site :
"Our patent-pending technology allows us to dramatically improve power output, system reliability, and power density versus other PEM-based systems currently available in the marketplace. At the same time, we use proven high-volume production technology as well as readily available commercial parts to offer attractive initial investment, lower lifecycle costs and improved lead times. And as someone posted here on Wednesday, (re)read this :: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=49558604
Patience, we will get there.
The more I see this guy in action and watch news about the firm, the sorrier I am I only bought 1 million shares.
This stock is going places, very curious to see what this will do in 5 years time (yes I intend to hold them that long, unless they hit 1 $ before ).
I think there are a couple of shareholders here on the board who regularly are in contact (phone or mail) with the management and the TA. I'm from Europe (Belgium), so not me anyway. I don't make a habbit of calling to the States for all the companies of wich I hold shares. I'd need 10 or 20 baggers each time to cover my costs .
I'm completely ready for it. They can even keep a days interest.
Wooooooooow. That's a great analysis if I ever did see one. This reflects perfectly the situation. We will wait and see how it evolves. IMO it will take off if their product is all they say it is, and off course I think so or I wouldn't be in this stock. Bought it for the long run, not the little 1 - 2 - 3 rides to make some piggy bank money. I'm here for the big bucks.
Just let them work it out :
http://www.greenshift.com/news.php?id=254
"Our key goals moving forward are simple:
1.Execute new corn oil extraction license agreements during 2010 with ethanol producers with an aggregate capacity of at least 1 billion gallons per year of ethanol;
2.Achieve profitability by the end of this year; and,
3.Continue the 30% debt reduction realized in 2009 by reducing debt by an additional 30% during 2010.
We are going to use our technology advantage and patent position to facilitate the widespread adoption of our extraction technologies under fair terms that allow us to satisfy our commitments to our lenders and shareholders, and we are going to stay focused on this plan until we have transitioned to consistent profitability, paid off or refinanced all of our convertible debt, built up a cash reserve, and increased shareholder value."
That's what we're here for
They allready stated in a letter to the shareholders that they would ask for 20 % :
"but we will require a license and a running royalty of 20% of corn oil sales for all use of our technology and"
This is above any compensations for technical installations and so on.

Ahum, yes, maybe this :

With thanks to Locksflooring.
Yep, let this one simmer for a while. They'll commercialize their technologie and hopefully get a great compensation in court for their infringed patents. $$$$$$$$$$
Whow, hold your horses. I like this news as much as the next shareholder, but be realistic :
Following your link :
"Marquis Energy Llc is a private company categorized under Wholesale Oils-Fuel and located in Hennepin, IL. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $100 to 500 million and employs a staff of approximately 50 to 99."
They fall in a certain category (estimated), but since they are privatly owned you won't easily find financial reports unless you go and investigate in New Zealand personally or derive it from their own website :
http://www.marquisenergy.com/company/
But they sure look like a professionnal bunch, I'll give you that. It certainly looks good that they are working with these guys.
Very well put. I'm holding this one for at least 2 years, probably even 5-10 years, because this really looks like a big winner in the long run, provided off course as you said that he's not growing faster then he can put up with. Every order has to be packed, shipped and delivered in time or this will cost him contracts. But I'm confident. Frank comes across as a well experienced CEO.
This is the kind of stuff I mean. They have potential.
I first wanna see how the law suits turn out. I'm from Europe myself, and here we all see in awe sometimes how much money is allocated in dammages. So this still has the potential to give a good return on the the couple of hundred I invested IMHO.
Goodmorning Vianna. Let's hope to get some news out that the cash is in the bank so we can leave these little games of 0.0002 and 3's and go directly to the 0.003 we're waiting for.
Well I guess if they don't come through this time we can sue for misleading the public.
Hello, everyone still sleeping ?
http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/home/permalink/?ndmViewId=news_view&newsId=20100423005589&newsLang=en
Nice news.
Let's hope so off course. Let's see what the PR and/or pps will do when we get close to 04-30-10. It would obviously be nice if we don't have to wait untill the last day but that good news would come out of the blue some odd day before the deadline.
That's why I'll probably sell on the next serious spike.
Actually I'm not sure what to do. Wait for the dividend to be actually paid and then sell off my shares for a double profit or play it safe and sell from the moment the share price reaches about 0.003 $ because who knows if Lumb will really pay up.
Well, CNN would be better but I guess MTV is the next best thing.
Who cares if they reverse split ? We had a deal for 0,003$/share with the PRESENT number of outstanding shares. If they R/S 1000/1 then we get 3$/share. I don't mind either way.
Hoi Ferris, please add mine : 1.000.000 Thx and succes to all
Off course this is boring. I found Big Brother boring, and America's Next Topmodel, and The Ozbournes, and ... But Joe sixpack and his wife seem to like it, because this were all great hits, and thats what counts at the end. Those who have no brains who watch the show and make sure that it's interesting for advertisers to air comercials during the show and generate us the income we want.
They said before end of month (March). They kept their timeline on the filings for 2008. We'll see.
Thanks for the overvieuw V. Straight and clear as ever.
Belgian, not Dutch, but we share the same language with some dialect differences.
I meant to write the lender. Sometimes you can tell I'm Flemish (dutch speaking)
Actually, since it is unsecured, someone believed enough in the ongoing deal to lend the money. I'm only interested in who is the lender. If it's a well established credit firm who investigated the whole situation and is nevertheless confident in the good outtcome of all this, well, then I'm confident too.
Nice. It was about time some good news came along. And to know that during the Mexican flue panic I stood on over a 100 % profit, now at -17%. Stupid flue that wouldn't break through. Everything looked so nice, the deal with India, Spain, lots of sick and death people. And then suddenly everyone stayed healthy. Disgusting.
Hello V. Thx for the explanation. You know what I mean. No hard feelings off course, I wasn't aware of these rules.
In my opinion this is all unimportant. Who cares about going from 0,002 to 0,003 ? This is a long term stock, maybe going up to 0,1 or more in 1 or 2 years. I'm not playing this like other pennystocks hoping for a 40/50 % rise in a couple of days/weeks. This about a x 100 profit. Be patient untill the announcements come that they are debt free, positive quarter results, being able to comply with the agreements and contracts they have a trial order for now with Vanguard, start paying dividend, uplist to OTC, Shangai notation, ... Forget this for a year and then come looking back on all the profit you made.
First we will have to see an actual income generated by all these events and wonderfull plans. People are a little cautious on Pinky stock, and justly so. There are a lot of pink firms with great ideas and plans who don't deliver. All Danny has to do is come with some good Q-results in the future and this will sky rocket.
Goodmorning dear Vianna. This is getting to be very exciting. We're pretty close to the final deal now. I'm not in this as much as you, but still, I'd like my 3kk shares to pay off finally.
Think he heard you
