Rubbish! Both are scams. HFCO is merely the newer of the two. ARSC is just about played out.
That's fine Techy. There are a lot of us that got took the gamble and lost, and as long as I don't invite anyone else into this POS, I have no problem with the lesson.
No kidding.
Lots of pumping going on. If you are serious about investing in this, I would do some in depth DD on the entity that is driving this. It's a money maker alright, but not for investors.
Yes the company exists, but then the question becomes, "does they company exist to create income for the owners, or for the shareholders?"
So far the only people that have made any money are the owners through stock dilution.
As was mentioned in an earlier post by someone, the only way we can make any money from this stock is if there is a big enough pump to move the PPS from the bottom. That will not happen as the only thing that this company has that is a "possible" product, Hydra Fuel Cells, is being given away to AFLB, the new cash cow for ARSC management. Therefore those of us that own ARSC stock are screwed, and those that own AFLB stock are also getting the shaft as the stock is diluted and the PPS sinks down to join ARSC. It has already sunk to sub-penny in the short time since ARSC management took over, and will continue going down. Sure there maybe a bounce now and again as the odd pump happens, but in the end it will have hundreds of millions of AS and no value.
Then it will be on to the next stock and repeat.
Don't worry, it'll get there. They are in the process of doing to AFLB what they did to ARSC.
First the updates and promises, and increased AS. Then the dilution and decline of the stock, and eventually, when the last cent has been wrung out of it, on to the next stock.
"Those that do not learn from the past, are doomed to repeat it."
My mistake was believing management, and pumpers on the boards and not doing my own DD. Luckily for me, it wasn't very much invested, and it won't happen again.
You just keep spreading the good word. I'm sure that you will make a lot of people very happy.
Yes we are all in awe of your amazing insight. You are really a leg end in your own teatime, but let me make a small insignificant prediction if I may.
AFLB will be diluted so much that it will be as worthless as ARSC before year's end.
Let me see if I have this straight.
Frank and Bob run ARSC and it's "product" Hydra. They sell Hydra to AFLB, which they also run, for shares of AFLB which they propose to distribute to ARSC shareholders in a dividend windfall, (IVOI the sequel).
However, they will not be doing anything until they get financing for AFLB, which as I understand it is the exact reason that ARSC never got anything done.
So I imagine then that they will be getting the financing by selling millions of AFLB shares, unless they find someone with large pockets who has been asleep since 2008.
Then when AFLB's AS are in the billions and worthless, they buy another company.
Got the same promotion lure, with different symbols, on my other 'pinkies' stocks. It's just a 'come-on'.
Heck! Do you mean to say we have no investing gurus on this board, and are all just bagholders hoping against reality that we haven't been led up sh*t creek?
For this thing to rise from the dead, we would need billions traded and not the odd million or two here and there. That would only come with a PR stating orders are flooding in and production is in full swing, and as the only webcam that I have seen from the "production facility" looked like someone's garage tinkering. The pospects are not good.
As for talking to anyone at ARSC, as has been suggested by some, are they not the same ones that have been stringing us all along for years? Now why the heck should I suddenly believe a word that they say?
They have had funding before, and if memory serves me right, they told us that...."production was ramping up". Really? Next was the sale of modules for Liberty Cell towers. That turned out to be nothing more than a couple of pals pulling a fast one on us.
Then we had the "fireside chats". What a bunch of garbage and mis-direction that turned out to be. Darn fire went out years ago.
In between times we had that rubbish about IVOI and the share allocations to ARSC holders. 8 to 16 cents apiece was the line spun to us. Still waiting.
Now we have this AFLB scam. As has been suggested, not many weeks before that shell is diluted and discarded.
Optimism is all very well, but ignoring facts is daft. We are all just bagholders in someone elses manure pile.
The time for optimism was 2008, now if you really want to read the puff pieces on this board, feel free. I'm cutting my losses and heading into the real world. Good luck to you all. I hope for your sake that I am way off, but I think not.
Website home page now mentions a second firesite chat that will answer all our questions, but no details yet.
New piece about the Oregon facility and brief tour, on the website. Just wish there was someone there who knew how to produce a decent demo, and not look like my Uncle Doug in his back shed.
Can you share what the email was about?
Looks as if the website has been updated to include the March PRs. May mean something or nothing, but at least someone is still alive and kicking. Not the action of a company about to close. I prefer to see it as an action in preperation for something.
Probably one that sells for a loss after pumping like Arnie.
info@amsrcorp.com
That's the one I alwaysd use. It's on the website.

Sorry! In a bit of a rush today, but this was the first reference that I came across online.
www.libertytowers.net
Then you may want to take a quick look at the new website
www.americansecurityresources.com
Looks as if they already have their first customer, and I imagine PR to follow pdq.
Have a lovely day.
a start is a start. As the spin-off details are worked through and production is underway, I imagine the whole 'shop front' will get the spring treatment.
I maybe a bit late noticing, (darn work keeps getting in the way), but ARSC website is starting to be updated. The 'news' page is up to date. I always think that a current site is a good thing. After all, why bother if you you're not legit, right? May not seem like much, but I read it as a good sign. After all, in this day and age, it's a company's link to the world.
Post #21432 has the patents link.
There is a piece on '60 Minutes' tonight about 'bloom boxes'. These fuel cells can also be fueled by natural gas. Does anybody have any idea how different these are from ARSC's patented technology?
