U.S. Aerospace, Inc. Announces Voluntary Filing of Form 15 to Suspend SEC Reporting Obligations



What does this mean? I just dont get this company. Where is the information? What happened to the New Zealand bid. Where are they at with the legal action regarding the U.S. bid?

Please tell me what the above announcment means.

Im in for the longer haul but im stunned that a company is one of 3 who bid on the largest contract in Airforce history and we are trading at $.17ish cents. The company has to give itself more credibility.

I so badly want to see this beging something sustainable. I would have thought there would have been an annoucement this morning talking about financial backers, sub contractors to help build the planes, or anything to back up their proposal. We need information to give credibility to our long-shot bid.

Ok...can someone please tell me why the compnay released diatribe to the sec listing the many many reasons why they are a long shot.
What would possess them to basically explain to the world why they should not be taken seriously. I just dont get it. Defensenews.com picked up on it. As an owner of their stock I was shocked when they ran themselves down.

Please tell me why.

Big things to watch:
1. Do we get an extension. This would give some credibility to the company. It would show they are taken seriously.

2. Do they give the bid regardless. By this time tomorrow, we should know for sure

3. Financial backers being published?

I agree about what would happen if they won the contract but fewer seem to be banking on it than i had expected. Management would be busy but the p.r. firm should be stoking the fires. not to artificially boost the stock but to give themselves a little more credibility with both the investor and the powers that be.

Just a little dissapointed we are not getting deluged with info this week yet. I thought since their big news on friday, they would be getting us more info to make the investor and the press a believer in the legitimacy of their bid and new relationship. Im just impatient. Also the news on their money backers as promissed.

Maybe I just put more on this than should be but I would think we would be trading like crazy right now. This just seems huge to me. Maybe I have been waiting so long for this that I am just a little jumpy. I can hardly believe we are where we are at with this whole Antonov thing.

It is funny how it all works. 1,000,000 shares traded last friday and very little movement.

WOW! I want to know what you think? This just seems amazing to me for sure. To see this company on the headline news is really something. I dont see them getting the tanker bid but just doing it will bring some serious credibility to usae. Now it really looks like a great time to buy.

This board has been quiet. Proffit......You still a supporter? I wish I could believe these guys could get a profit by the end of the year as promissed. Appears it would be tough.

I know I'm being impatient but I thought they would follow the name change with some momentum building announcements. A kinda "here are the new guys and not like the old guys" kinda thing.

I think its time is coming. Love the new name. Info coming?

Love the name change but we seem to have lost the eye of the investors like we had back in november when there were a lot of people watching the stock. The new name is certainly more indicative of a company on the move in this industry. I just thought there would be a little movement today.

You would have to admit that it was a little dissapointing that we were still loosing money. I guess I was expecting that at least the new company was a money maker. It will be interesting to see how they get to a profit this year when the two together are loosing so much.

That is a great site. I hope this is just the begining of much needed news and filings. When will we get our first look at the financial filings with the included aerospace end of it?

I too am glad we all got in but why the big volume today? Is it because of who they put on the board or just finally getting some news? Market Makers pushing it? What about the announcements would get us to have one of the highest daily volume days one hour into trading?

Like I have said before.......Im in and do believe. I just have been dissapointed in the lack of info except for a Happy new years. The need to keep us informed. They announced they were closing on this texas company but then the information died off.

Now should that not include monies coming in post their purchasing the aero company? I have to admit, I am frustrated with the lack of info since about the end of November. I hope this was not just a lot of hype.

Why is it that all we get is data on a financial report which is for the 3rd 1/4 of 09? What about the 4th?

Oh I am a believer baby. I just want them to keep us posted. I bought in and continue to do so as funds are available.

You have to admit that we are way over due on the news. Whatever happened to the Texas company we were buying? Why do we not get updated? The last two announcements were "soft" with a big "happy new year" and "we are poised". I say lets get on with it. They teased us with a bunch of good news and now here we sit with little to none. Yep, its bugging me.

Interesting the ask is back to .28 again. Also, we have yet to here that the yet-to-be-named aerospace company was closed. Little info out in the past month or so. Looking for some news soon.

This was the hottest board going there for a while.....where is everyone? I for one am pumped about what i see here in this company. The volume is flying on this news and with them looking at others, it just makes me think they have a great long term strategy. Again, where did everyone go?
