Not entertaining, I have been challenging those who say this is a legit company to show me proof. To date the best I have got was, "what about the dividend" or "I spoke to someone who knows someone that they are sell scrap to". No links to anything, just pure bull.
Can I find any of this filed anywhere or am I just suppose take somebodies word. As I have stated in previous post, nobody has post solid DD that gives any concrete information that this company is anything more than a stinky pinky. Mr. Smith can file the delinquent financials without the disclosure statement and that would go a long way in boosting investor confidence.
Rapture I've been in 6 months as well, I have attempted open dialoge with Mr. Smith and all I ever get is excuses as to why he can't produce something. I'm neither a pumper nor a basher, I am in the middle wanting some answers from a guy that is acting more and more like a stinky pinky ceo. I have seen all these post about all this DD that this company is going to do this or that but I am not seeing anything other than talk. Metals Buyer, I ask you again, tell me what DD you produced that leads you to believe this is anything more than a stinky pinky?
Lets see the revenue, the only thing this company is generating is bull. If Mr. Smith had financials updated he would file them and not give endless excuses as to why he can't. Can you produce some of that DD that tells you this company is generating of or even going to generate revenue. Oh yea these joint venture scams remind me of another stinky pinky that JVed with everyone in their industry and they are still a .0001 stock. Oh yea, don't try the dividend crap, my thought is it is just a confidence scam.
I answered your question, he would do it for money, diluting the A/S is how the pinkies make money. Chill this is not my first penny stock, I have moderated 8 boards and I have seen the scams come 1 after another. If I tell you it's Easter you better color some eggs, if I tell you that Mr. Smith is going to dilute this stock you might want to consider selling on the first bounce you can get out with some money. I have had several email exchanges with ceo, when they constantly have a reason for not filing financials they say they have then you better get ready to sell.
Look at the A/S and then look at the O/S, where do you believe the value of this stock really is when the dilution starts.
As far as I'm concerned it is just another trick by a cunning ceo
It happens everyday in the pinky market, the restricted shares are nothing compared to the almost billion shares they can dilute.
I have read your post, still have not seen anything to convince me that USRI is nothing but your classic pump and dump. The shares the management own is not the shares you should worry about, those are restricted, it's the dilution you should worry about thats the dump after the pump.
Maybe Metalsbuyer shared his DD with some but not with you and me.
Could you enlighten on what your DD has uncovered, I have not found one thing that leads me to believe this nothing more than a pump waiting to happen. You can bet that right before they are ready to dump a whole bunch of shares they are going to release the motherlode of information. I just hope it is good cause I want to make some money and if my opininon of Mr. Smith correct this is going to an academy award winning pump and dump. Hey Mr. Smith, you have my email, could you give me a heads up, wink wink nod nod.
ditto on sell on the pump
These are my thoughts rapture, there are a couple posters who are urging patience and it reminds me of other pennystock plays that went south. I am hoping the pps is as low as it goes but the this stinky pinky ceo is going to have to file something but his line of crap.
These rosey outlooks scare me more than the doom and gloom. Someone please share some of this DD that that gives any indication this stock is going anywhere. Nothing has been filed but alledgedly the financials are complete and ready as is the ceo ready with excuses why they are not filed. I really don't care if the ceo went bk 20 times or the indictments, I just want to see some DD that indicates this is going anywhere. Allow me to give you full disclosure, I came here for a bump and failed to sell when the opportunity presented itself for one reason or another. I really don't care for fluff so somebody just share the DD, Oh yea, I really don't care how well you know the ceo, I know a couple as well you don't see me investing or touting their companies.
In my opinion the first step in shedding a little light would be DISCLOSURE of delinquent financials. Giving excuses as to why he can't file them is typical of stinky pinky ceo crap.
You are exactly correct with your exclamation of the disclosure statement but wrong in your statement that they both need filed at the same time. There is nothing preventing Mr. Smith from filing the delinquent financial but Mr. Smith that is if in fact he has the completed as he stated in an email.
These are the same sentiments I hear right before I get screwed by a penny stock. I have said these same things about other pennystocks only to watch it drop to subpenny land. The only thing can be done in my opinion is the ceo file the delinquent financials and quit blowing smoke up my shorts telling me that he has to update the disclosure state to file the past due. BULL CRAP
I don't believe you have to file the disclosure statement to update delinquent financials. The only thing holding back Mr. Smith from filing those delinquent financials is Mr. Smith. I have been involved
with several pennystocks and this one is smelling like a typical stinky pinky.
I like this line the best;
USRI could have filed financials a month ago instead of passing on the bull. I say either file or get off the pot.
Never assume anyone on a message board to be a valid source of DD. Vincent has told me in an email that the delinquent financials are ready, now he is saying that he needs to incorporate recent developments into the filings. Recent developments have nothing to do with past due financials that will bring the ticker to current reporting. This is just stalling tactics I have seen before. If in fact the finacials are ready the only thing preventing the updating of the tick is the ceo himself.
Those delinquent financials have been complete according to Mr. Smith for about a month, why are they not filed? Proof is in the results, if in fact those financials are updated why wouldn't a prudent ceo file them and get the ticker cleaned up. What does you Due Diligence say about that question.
Metals Buyer, I have been put off the best POS CEO's in world only to screwed in the end and this is beginning to feel like a screwing coming on.
If Vincent had any of the financials completed for the delinquent years he certainly can post them. All I hear from USRI are excuses it is not about long term investment it is about results oriented management.
Here is some Due Diligence for you, indsiders are not doing anything, Mr. Smith is not fulfilling his obligations as a CEO. He is now using the excuse that he is awaiting other events before he files to update the pinks. I say to Mr. Smith, either update the pinks with what you have or tell the shareholders we are being duped.
Metals buyer, research is only as good as results, I quit emailing Mr. Smith because all I ever got was excuses. I tire of excuses, it is time for Mr. Smith to put forth some results. I hear of a lot of work being done but I don't see any results, that scares me. At this point I am on the fence concerning this just being another penny scam, fortunately I only invested what I was willing to lose.
I'll check back in on this turd next week.
Karen will probably not return your call, she dropped this like a hot potatoe several months ago. I have attempted and she will not say anything concerning cnex except that she no longer represents cannon and will not give out any information.
To have a trade in the stock market you have to have a seller, I have heard of anyone on this valuable resourse claim to have any of their shares for sale. Maybe the float is locked up with investors who understand the concept of buy low and sell high. It is my understanding with completion of the last two JV they now have to incorporate those into the disclosure statements and the like. I'm holding to sell for a profit when USRI hit the number I am looking for. Thanks everybody for all the Due Diligence place on this valuable resourse.
It is my opinion that they are bag holders like many shareholders.
You can be certain that most of what you see now is MMs trading, that is just my opinion thou
Email exchange from Mr. Smith and Myself;
My email to him:
Mr. Smith, Time is up, it is time to quit kicking this can down the road. All these PRs with these joint ventures are fine but now you need to put up or shut up. Whoever you have working on these issues have missed many deadlines that you have set and that is a reflection on your creditability. You either have something to file or you don’t and I am beginning to believe you don’t!!!
Robert - We are in the middle of certain transactions that are required to be included in the Company's Disclosure Statement, which was completed and is in the process of being updated to reflect recent events. The final Disclosure Statement and Financial Reports will be filed shortly. The accounting firm that completed the Financial Reports is Lynda R Keeton CPA, LLC in Henderson, Nevada. The Disclosure Statement is being handled by in-house legal counsel and our SEC Counsel Andrew Telsey in Colorado. I trust this answers your inquiry.
Professionally Yours,

Unfortunately this is not a movie but real life. I just sent Mr. Smith another email, it is time to quit kicking the can down the road. He has set deadlines that his employees have missed and that is a reflection of his creditability PERIOD. His attorney has been reviewing the documents for about a month now, it might be time for him to hire one that can read.
Forget about Cannon, Edwin has moved on and now everybody is watching for where the slimm shoes up next.
Ok Mr. Smith now it is time to get your financials and disclosured posted. Time is up, you need to kick somebody in the rear and get the paperwork done. Oh yea, the next investment banker I email is Cambridge.
