how many are unloading shares untill the r/s/

i have been saying that for a year or so! way to many o/s.. it will start all over again as soon as they get another share structure!dilute, dilute..

gc are you saying this company aint no good? they have increased their market value 1000% and if they put another 53 billion shares out they will be worth 48 mil.. now thats growth!

looks like its a flip stock now! sell at .0005 and buy at .0004.

wow! with 52 billion shares out there somewhere, and the company is now worth 25 million, we all should have made alot of money!sine it ws worth a million not long ago! weeeeee..

one thing about a rollercoaster is, the people above you might puke on you!!

they need to restructure the o/s or we will go lower! way to many o/s. a two mil loss is alot for a small company!!

or it could be that after the q the pps will drop! they surley will if we dont get good news! sometimes they drop even on fair news! do we sell some now, and get back in after the Q? anyones guess..

any thoughts folks? are we waiting for the q or are any getting out? i as you have many shares but i think a r/s is in the making, and that will hurt us all in the short term, but something has to be done! any thoughts? thanks..

khamil, we are stuck here for a while! we have to be worried about a r/s where we will lose alot more money or do we ad ? not much of a choice! for me i will just waite till something happens before i do anything else.. glta

i think you mean anything under .001 is a steal! i own alot of mdfi and have been following it since it was 4.00 a share! but i wont buy anymore untill there is something concrete hapening. the mm will raise the pps to get buyers to chase it then drop it down,thus more money lost for the buyers and more for ?

like him or not, we all would be in better shape if we would have listened to him! he has been right on so far ! we need both sides of the story!

kevin should take your handle! it fits him.. the fact is that we here dont have any confidence in mdfi right now! there is no disputing this, because is any of us buying? the ones that say mdfi is going to rise soon can be judged by their actions! we need to save our powder untill after the r/s which will come sooner than later if they want to make it.. glta..

we need to push hard and find out what they are going to do! if they have something in the works then they need to let us know! we need to find out or this will bleed to a 0001 or 0002..then they will have to restructure with a r/s..

you know i respect your opinion, but if you really believe this then why aint you loading up? i know you are under water like most of us, but if you believe, and if you are right, it only makes sense to buy right now..

with a volume of 250 you must not be loading up yet!! 4 bil os is bad!!

when you have one mil in volume, this will not move!

i agree! the 0007 is here and if you are right and they need money it will go lower if the sells increase!
