Let me explain to you how party promotion works.

Paul publishes a free magazine called IMAGE. It's comprised of a bunch of pictures that photographers take at clubs. Take enough pictures of people that regularly go to clubs and wanna see themselves in the magazine and you have a following. Get the email addresses of these people and now you have a mailing list. Now, solicit clubs that you have a captive audience with a mailing list that want to see their pictures and recognize the IMAGE name and, voila!!!!....youve become a party promoter!

Lets continue. Now that you are a promoter, you can say to the club, "hey club. i have 1000 people that may or may not come to your event, but if I tell them that Im hosting a party here, they will come...and so that you can keep track, they will say my name at the door as a reference. in exchange, give me a cut of the bar proceeds and some free bottles of champagne. thanks!!!"

you get the picture.

What you need to understand is that when they are promoting whatever events, they arent the only promoters out there. for the mexico and the chicago new years parties, they are one of tens of promoters promoting the same party. kinda like sales people at the mall...they are hundreds of them and they all have the hook up. they just wanna be standing at the right place at the right time when you decide to buy that pair of jeans. here, paul wants you to buy the entry ticket from him, rather than the other promoter so he can get his $20 commission.

so at the end of the clubbing night, after Pauly has had his free drinks, the club owner hands him his cut of the cash (hint: it's not in the millions) and they repeat it the next weekend.

Of course theres no substance....you tell me....what substance is there to be had by any of that?

Okay, let me take this full circle for you.

Thank you for explaining the core business to me. I obviously knew that, but really, you just proved my point.

ACGX has been touting potentials of 20M in revenue, but every time financials come out, all of the assets are comprised of AR and good will. Taking the PRs into consideration, what have they done that has shown to make any money? Yes, STL is *kinda* successful, but again, their success is contingent of their ability to make money for their clients. Has this happened on any kind of scale yet? Watertower surgery? United fuel? Zarbees? Sleepy drink?

All I see are a bunch of "joint ventures." heck, anyone can sign a joint venture. I can go into almost any fledgling business and ask if i can have an independent contract to split profits if I make them but just because I have such a deal with Microsoft does NOT mean that I am making Microsoft level money.

My point with the whole partying thing is that that's all that we see. The parties actually happen and are the only tangible outcome that occur. So, couple that with the fact that the share structure is retarded, the "real" contracts are failures or fakes, and the fact that there is no transparency, if I want to make a joke about how Sorkin is partying it up with our money, I get to do so but don't sit here and tell me that the parties at any age group are promoting the company and are helping the overall ability to make $20M this year.

By the way, let me know what product ACGX is promoting at their Mexico new years party.

It was a joke. My point was that throwing parties does not increase the core exposure of acgx.

I'm sure that when a bunch of drunk 22 year olds are at a party that came with a random email blast that image or whatever was promoting a club, the club kids are all like, "ACGX is a good buy and when I get out of here I'll be sure to buy some Zarbeez cough syrup, a car from chicago affordable cars, and some fuel from United fuel savers."

And remember, ACGX may make money on an initial marketing agreement, but they arent making millions on that. They have to be able to drive revenue which they havent been able to do with any of their agreements. I mean..most of their revenue is good will. lol

The problem here is that IVIT is NOT Remz sleep....IVIT has a marketing contract. So, Remzz can make a billion dollars, and IVIT doesn't necessarily have anything to do with that.

All you have to do is read the last PR. Their relationship has been downgraded. They are no longer in charge of 5-tier management, like they said they were. Call their General manager and ask what IVIt's relationship is....you'll see...

Because they aren't really in the 15-20M range, duh.

Add to that the fact that the news that's releases isn't really substantive, and you have absolutely nothing.

Revenue up 2000%...who says that? A real PR says "we MADE $10mil. thanks for supporting us, now go to the bank!" ...but sorkin plays around with unclear language about stuff that may or may not exist.

their first miami nights party is tonight....$40 a ticket for open bar for an hour or so...maybe 200 people will buy tix....they cross-promote the thing with 10 other people....how is that a PR that makes you believe that this is a $15M company?

Now, let's run this out....if IVIT's deal with watertower is good, what makes you tihnk that IVIT will make any money with all the debt and controversy surrounding the place. Also, that document showed that WTsurgi was going to transfer ownership...HERE's THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION------if surgery changes ownership, what will happen to IVIT's contract? WILL THEY STILL BE IN LINE TO MAKE ANY MONEY, LET ALONG THE 15M that you think they are supposed to make, which was really WT's market cap, not IVIT's????

here is an example of a joint venture....

you own a business that *could* use some marketing. you're stable and everything is great, but some more help would be fine.....so I come in and say, hey, let me market for you and help you out. if I make you money, so do I. If i dont, I get nothing.

So see, I could have a joint venture with Microsoft, who is worth 32947329084234893 billion dollars, but that doesn't mean anything. If i make MS 100 bucks, I add 10 bucks to my profits, If i make them a million, I make 150K, maybe. But my market cap is not MS' market cap.

Moral of the story is....just because I've inked a deal doesn't mean that I'm getting paid, especially if I dont work. As well, if the people that I'm inking a deal with are insolvent, what makes you think that you can make money by partnering with them?

Everyone here likes talking about this market cap of $20M.....HERE IS THE KEY QUESTION.....where is this supposed to come from? I already know the answer....it's not. Why? Because there isn't anything in place that make this possible. All of the PRs that have come out have been junk. Yes, they are agreements, but nothing that really produces any revenue. they sound cool, but that's about it.
