What caused that big drop?
do u have a link to the yahoo board u talk about? Thanks
PS I wish those numbers of 10.00 could be true!!!!!
how many more days before the 90 days are up with the FDA !! Ha Ha
where do u see Solomon anywhere on that web page?
I ave about 2.30 per share
thanks for the explanation thats the best I have seen so far. from your numbers I think my break even point if I buy the .92 shares would be 5.13 and if not 8.65
I need more than that to break even!!!
the report says we paid bonuses on a losing financial report whats up with that?
If he is the biggest client and is 30% of the business we could be cutting of or noses Yes?
Long way to go!!!!
this is what confuses me u say ((supposedly this will be divided by 20 to reflect the split) where does it say that? All I am trying to do if figure out what number I need to break even and then maybe think about holding for better I am so far in the hole I just need to know what gets me even now. Thanks for your help.
when u talk to him could you get a exact cost for say 100 units not including broker fees they may differ for say 100 units and then we can all figure out the rest?
Has anyone talked to the company about these or straight from a broker to get the right information and cost?
Yes I fully subscribed but still not sure exactly what that cost is to exercise them and what I end up with in total shares. Seems that I read that with each unit you get one share and a warrant to purchase .09245 etc shares of common stock at a exercise price of .02 for five years. So I have 303439 units and I still am not sure what my cost will be to exercise them !!!!
If I take the total share I had before split and divide the number I have now into the total cost for all my shares from before and the cost of the warrants I need about 10.00 to break even so I think your numbers are wrong.
If those numbers are true then I will never get even. I have been in here since 2.45 pre split and have over 150000 in it so I will hole on then till the end of the world I guess. So by your numbers I need to get to 60.00 to about break even
I am glad you are happy with 2.50 but those of us that have been here for a couple of years and put our whole life savings into it for reasons I am not going into now are NOT so show me 10.00 and I can break even and u can make money!!
so now we can manufacture and sell the filters?
exactly what does that mean? it is approved or not?
If there is so much good news why have they not posted it on the company web site?
even a deal for 1 1/2 million over three years is not a lot of money. there just is not a lot of interest here
jayree the link doesn't open
the part about the price moving I think is a dream but I hope u are right!! It would have to go to 10.00 for me to break even.
does anyone have a clue what is going on with the company? Did they file new papers or any kind of information?
every time this company has gone quiet it has been bad news for us so I guess it is bad news for us time again.
the silence here is the same as before and that was not good!! looks like interest and news in this company are both gone.
wish I did dump
Thanks jayree but after reading what you said and what the company says I am really confused!!!!
Each holder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive one subscription right for each share of common stock of Nephros owned at the close of business on the record date.
Each subscription right entitles the holder to purchase 4.185496618 units at a subscription price of $0.02 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.924532845 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.02 per share for a period of five years following the issue date of the warrant. No fractional units may be purchased and therefore no fractional shares or warrant will be issued; instead the number of units and, as a result, the number of underlying shares and warrants, will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. By way of example, if a holder owns 100 shares of Nephros common stock and exercises in full his subscription right, he will be able to subscribe to 418 units (100 shares × 4.185496618 = 418.5496618, rounded down to 418, the nearest whole number) and will pay $0.02 for each of his 418 units (an aggregate purchase price of $8.36) and will receive 418 shares of common stock and a warrant to purchase 386 shares of common stock (418 units × 0.924532845 = 386.4547292, rounded down to 386, the nearest whole number) at an exercise price of $0.02 per share for a period of five years following the issue date of the warrant.
Holders that exercise their rights, if accepted, will receive the components of the units (one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase 0.924532845 shares of common stock per unit) after the close of the rights offering. Nephros will not issue and holders will not receive units in the rights offering.
can someone help me to understand exactly what the cost is for exercising the warrants. If u could tell me just what it cost for lets say 1000 warrants to be exercised I will figure out what my cost are. Also exactly how many shares do we end up with after doing that for a 1000 warrants. Thanks a lot and holding till the end of the world thats the only way I get my money out.

did u all see where the duel stage was approved in Canada
Where did this chart come from? I have had this stock since Aug of 2009 and have most of my shares at ave. 2.40 for a vary large dollar amount. I am losing my ass with this so if it were 2.60 or 2.80 a few months ago I would have been out!!
now we are in trouble they are going to reverse split this stock and I never see any stock that has been reversed do well after that. Stuck now got to much in it to bail out been here to long!!
what the f__k happen this morning down to .25?
Can anyone explain why this stock gets so much attention for so long and nothing happens? The stock price doesn't move they have no income and yet it is one of the most talk about stocks on the board. Whats up with that?
If not a dollar soon hey loose their extension from NASDAQ am I right?
thats how bad it is here no one cares. No talk in 7 days
where did u see them
there seems to be a trend here that a lot of pinks go thru just before the shit the bed. Delay Delay Delay
Thats my point this is gone to shit! Before the reverse split this would be like .001 or something. I am telling you all we got F___K in a big way,but the hedge fund got there money out of it and thats what they wanted the rest was a big act!!
