lol what a POS PR! It means you folks going to keep waiting on this FOS CEO to bring you nothing but hopes and dreams.
Cosi opended up a new location in NJ. They need to PR these things.
lol what a joke! This stock is a POS!
INVE check it out
nice inder buy and some nice news. making its way back from the low that it had not to long ago.
Nice play here, time to throw some money here.
It's a fun place and a super venue for a teen birthday party. However, if you want some exposure to the restaurant industry for your portfolio, choose a different, more established profit maker like Chuy's. If you're willing to risk a few pennies, Cosi (COSI) could be worth a shot as a turnaround play.

The reason why I say this is because I would have thought Sprint would have jumped on this instead.
This merger makes 0 sense for Tmobile.
These last few months is where we are going to see a ton of changes, The company plans for 2013 to be a fully profitable yr. I think they are getting down to the stores they plan on keeping and remodeling and the stores they no longer want.
Great post thanks for sharing it with us.
Great post! Cosi needs to get it's name out so others can see that the company is turning around. Right now it's a good time to invest imo, once we rebound and become fully profitable the pps will be $1+
Volume is telling, no one cares about this pos.
lol 0 volume they are on fire right?
Might be halted.
Stanner Everything is great thanks partner, I hope all is well with you. Yes investors did get mislead by the current CEO, Matter of fact the company put out a PR saying they have been thru these tough times ahead, etc, etc etc, BS, BS , BS. That is a reason why I stayed and many others as well. Even days before the BK the stocks bonds were doing better, hell the pps was up really nice! I have never seen a stock drop so bad like the way this one did, I got out with stop losses at $.90-$1.00.
Like I said some time ago a few months back, A well known investor that had a ton of money invested has already started the process of suing the company, I will check the docket on the case and see what progress it has made and keep the board posted.
I lost money here and have talked to the law firm waiting for a response back. There is another shareholder that is also sueing them for some real interesting stuff. The dam CEO came out and said the company was bouncing back etc etc etc.
I dont know what you consider big dumping, but I dont think 10-15k shares would be considered just that.
If they can get the other claims dismissed or be able to pursue the claims against tang this stock is going to shoot up big. I got out a long time ago but was in it for a little. Its on a monster come back.
that is strange a sale that big did not drop the pps?
With no news I think shorting is going on now
Whatever improvements they are doing I have asked them to start to PR them, One it will give the stock much needed exposure, and it will also keep shareholders interested with the turn around of the company. I am waiting for a response from the IR of the company if I dont get one by monday I will talk to the CEO as I have exchanged emails with her before.
.80 has been. I too have never seen it this tough. Something is keeping this stock down. I have to look at the short % and see what it is. It moves up and down, easy to day trade this but at the same time volume has been really strange here this trading week, esp with that 760k sell or buy.
Some that bought in need the cash for other things.. but this moves up and down on AIR. the float is only about 40mil or so. maybe less.
No because the company will not get delisted, they meet some requirements to stay on the nasdaq I read it yesterday in the conference call they had.. Also whoever sold if they own a certain % will have to file a form 4.. dont know who sold or who bought. still a mystery.
In order for anyone to buy us out they have to make a offer, its more complicated but the offer would have to be high $3+
Never seen a stock have this much resistance. Man that .80 mark is a killer.. Someone does not want us crossing it. Almost 1mil volume yesterday and today lack luster. Some nice buys but then some sells also.
I am very puzzled about today's trading matter of fact this weeks trading. We have seen some nice volume days 200k+ with some nice buys and some sells. some are day traders flipping back and forth but today was something else.. I left my desk at 1130am cali time and int the next 130min 800k shares were sold or bought.
Very very unsaul one big block of 500k and then another for 150k.. Not to many can sell that many or buy that many. Someone loaded or someone sold.. dont know
SEC already knows this info.
www.careerbuilder.com/Jobs/Company/Cosi-Inc/
Keep a look out for some type of form 4 or anything... that is a ton of money being bought or sold almost $500k worth
that is strange, then who bought 750k shares? Maybe short covering? I dont know I was not around my level 2 to see
def not a sell.
900k traded today? Man I leave for an hr and this happens... what happen here? Who loaded the boat?
Strange trading with COSI
Almost 900k in volume today?
I think they know that marketing needs work based on the last conference call and they are working on reducing cost and closing down stores that are not worth keeping. That is why I am long on COSI, they have no debt and have 13mil in the bank to play with. I did email the IR and ask for more PR's and updates to come out to get the stock noticed more and I am waiting for a response back.
That is your opinion, Go look at her record and its a pretty good one. Lets not use this place to insult the ceo.
I dont know, time will tell. I am not looking that far down the road. Right now I am waiting for the end of yr to finish and see how strong the financials looks for the next 2 qtrs.
I dont think so no.
We will be close to $1.50+ by end of year. Next yr the company expects to be fully profitable every qutr which is where the money is for us shareholders.
It would be a buyout in which shareholders would have to approve. That is a long shot but with the company imo being undervalued it would make some type of sense.
