I agree, Sounds like google is starting to get a little shaky.. Interesting file. Judge will have to rule on this I think tomorrow.
I have google chrome, I do not get anything at all.
Yea its been a great play for many here the last 8 months or so.
I think we will see a halt and not trade for a while in the AM.
Also on the deal is clearwire. Lets see what sprint does with them. I have been in the wireless industry for 12yrs and always saw sprint being very under valued, The whole nextel deal almost killed the company. This has made some folks some nice money.
Done deal

$7+ a share nice.
Softbank to Buy 70 Percent Stake in Sprint: Sources
Softbank and Sprint have reached a deal under which Softbank will pay $20 billion for a 70 percent stake in the wireless telecom operator, according to people close to the situation.
Japan-listed shares of Softbank slid 5.3 percent to a five-month low on Monday and were the most heavily traded share by turnover on the main board.
The deal is expected to be announced tomorrow morning. While certain details are still being worked out, the boards of both companies have agreed in principle to the deal and are expected to officially ratify it this evening.
The transaction calls for Softbank to buy $8 billion worth of shares directly from Sprint [S 5.73 -0.03 (-0.52%) ]at a price of $5.25 each and tender for another $12 billion worth of the shares from existing holders at a price of $7.30 a share, a large premium to Sprint's current price. Given the deal's structure, it will not require a shareholder vote.
The equity being purchased directly by Softbank includes a $3 billion convertible bond purchase that is exercisable at $5.25 and will be sold well before the deal closes, in order to provide funds for Sprint as it moves to deal with certain debt maturities at the parent and at the 48 percent owned Clearwire.
While a Sprint purchase of Clearwire will not be announced tomorrow, sources familiar with the situation tell me Sprint is working on that deal and needs to insure the governance for Clearwire is in its control prior to closing the Softbank transaction.
The remaining $5 billion in primary equity being purchased by Softbank will also be bought at $5.25 a share, said people familiar with the talks.
The Sprint Nextel Corp. sign is seen on the facade of a Sprint Nextel Corp. store in San Francisco, California.
The purchase is a huge one for Softbank, which is essentially making a $20 billion gamble that it success in developing LTE wireless services in its home market of Japan can be translated to the U.S. Sprint, while the third largest wireless provider in the U.S., significantly trails the two market leaders, Verizon [VZ 44.62 -0.58 (-1.28%) ]and AT&T[T 35.63 -0.63 (-1.74%) ] .
Softbank's hope, say people familiar with its strategy, is to build on Sprint's spectrum position, while hoping the company can further consolidate the wireless industry through acquisitions of more spectrum and other operators. The parties hope to close the deal within six months.

A settlement in any range of $500mil+ will scare others out there that are doing the same thing as Google.
I did not, she did and as a shareholder I expect that phone call. I did not ask her to call me she offered to call me to talk.
NVM it Ameritrade was down.
I still did not get the call from the CEO, She said she going to call me this week, If I do not get the call I will be dumping all my shares.
yea they just came back up right now.
Has the smybol change? cant buy or sell this AM says invailed symbol.
Can they open there books and keep them under wraps? Would be interesting if they filed a motion to keep them under seal.
It's all there fault, every single one of them... But some have done better job then others. Question is if Obama is in fact reelected what will the next 4yrs look like.. Will it set us back 10yrs or what will happen.
OH yea how the hek did I forget him!
I never agreed with the war, I from the middle east and I knew that going there would not do any good.
But it was Clinton who started the free for all loans that got us in this mess.
I dont see any HUGE bid support.
If the buyout is in the $7+ range, I think a little money can be made. Sprint is undervalued and has been for a while now. This is a good deal for shareholders if it goes thru.
I have a conference call this week wit the CEO.
Big question will be will regulators approve these deal. When sprint went out and spent billions buying the iDEN network from Nextel it really set it's self back 20yrs. This is a good deal for shareholders if they can get $7 buyout.
I agree, Came to me as a complete surprise. CLWR not to long ago was sub $1.
Word on the street Sprint might be getting bought out.

Nice buys AH today.
This google case is going to set the stage for other fish to fry. They beat out google in this then others will worry and settle up.
Good close today, Yesterday's BS trading had to do with that poster claiming settlement was done... Besides that PPS did good today. Looking forward to next week.
Really? 6mil shares dumped this week so far... lol... You mean not much buying right.
That is your opinion which has 0 FACTS in it. FACT #1 we are going to trail or settlement. Everything else is just BS talk. You are not a patient lawyer neither am I, But we do have a court case coming up.
If you are long on this stock only thing matters is the 16th that trial starts. Day to day swings are for investors that day trade and know how to do it.
There case is strong and it passed the most important one so far which was Markman Hearing. Its only a matter of how much and when. These day to day swings are one in part of today BS rumor on settlement the stock went up like crazy, If we did not have that rumor the stock would not have been that had that swing from $4.50 to $5.50..
I have been involved in settlements before many times, It rarely happens this early in the game, Both parties most likely thru feelers out there to gage one another. The good thing is trail is next week which puts pressure on settlement.
Just go back and look at RIMM and the money they had to pony up, VRNG has the right lawyers on its side, ones that have VAST knowledge of the IP TROLL game. I do not think we will see a buyout rather see a cash settlement along with royalties.
These day to day swings are for day traders to make there money, Others know what they hold and just wait for the day to come.
Good luck on that, This case will settle during trail. Most cases like this will settle right before trail ends. I am long on this stock I have close to 30k shares. These day to day swings dont mean much. Folks need to do the DD on the stock, its only a matter of what google will pay us at this point and when.
It was a motion that was filed.
This case is going to move fast watch
No this was a direct order from the judge.
Who cares, This stock is a POS.
Just like that letter right about the race track? Where he said they where approved and he lied
No the casino deal has to close in order for this POS to buy the so called resort. NO CASINO deal NO RESORT. READ the PR. All the sudden now they have a 2nd offer in. lol.. What a joke. Swank is playing the PR game imo, I wonder who dumped today.
To big lots of 1.6mil shares dumped today. This CEO is something, We have seen these "delay" PR's in the past. THE CEO should put his foot in his mouth.
This PR came out to protect swank. Its very simple if they cant close the casino deal they cant close the so called resort deal. Now all the sudden they have a 2nd offer on the place. All it is is more time, this PR is no different then all the others. Full of BS. What happen to the track? Same BS story.
Fun Tropicale resort place is worn down and at some point was even closed. Most companies dont even book it anymore for timeshare. what a pos!
HES a real POS.I cant believe there are still investors here.
