June 10th is the next DC City Council Meeting, and minutes are posted online after such meetings. Also they put up full videos of the entire meetings on YouTube, maybe we finally see our name getting some permits passed at this point.

Can you show proof that it wasn't profit taking? Because technically I could show you proof that there was profit taking.... I'd just need to photoshop some numbers out of my bank account I guess. I have several million 'core' shares, and others are for flipping and making some room for more FREE shares as this baby rides up. So yea, I sold some above .02 this past run, and have been doubling up on those same
shares down here at .009/.01 again.

My most rational resolve is that there was a delay in paperwork/closing.... and there's simply NO reason to PR a delay like that. You just sit tight and wait the extra several weeks, and it will happen, and we will hear about it when it happens, guaranteed. NO REASON TO PR SOMETHING STUPID LIKE "Hey shareholders, hold on tight we had a slight delay, be patient please! coddle coddle coddle hand hold hand hold pat pat pat"
Added over 80k shares this week myself. This thing is going to move QUICK and those on the sidelines will regret not being on board!

Actually, thanks to you, 'how the pps tanked from .1 to its current level' is in fact very consistently mentioned. Probably the most consistent thing ever mentioned on this board, EVEN THOUGH it's one of the least relevant things ever brought up in the past year.
However I do agree 'they' will probably only buy when they see a substantive accomplishment, however, it will be too late and they'll be missing a huge chunk of profit. Hopefully not, but I won't be caught waiting on the sidelines.

Brilliant analysis. I'm not sure how we missed that! MCIC is sure much better off with careful scrutiny and precise conclusions about its activity. I, for one, am sure glad we have the investigatory know-how to breakdown what's REALLY going on behind the scenes!

Nobody can say they didn't get the funding. MOST evidence (apart from an actual PR saying so) points to the assumption that they DID get the funding -- quotes from the construction co's ceo saying things are moving forward, people in town talking to ihubbers that someone did buy the land, etc... which would not be happening if they didn't get the funding.
Some people just insist on making things difficult and have to have every thing as failure until proven success. Which is fine, to each his own I suppose.
I don't think I need to waste anyone's time listing out the accomplishments of the past year. They're very well laid out for elementary DD'ers to find in a matter of seconds. The "soons" and "very soons" are from shareholders, not PL and Co.
Based on the past year, the first thing shareholders should expect are results.

Frankly I'm at .015 with some of the order now, and you're right there's not a lot of difference w/those prices, but I'm not really looking to add a whole lot HERE honestly, I'm kind of keeping the available money there in case it dips HARD with people's doubts. I have PLENTY of MCIC, and will be happy with that, but I'm glad to have a little extra cash to lower my average even more if it dips hard on people doubting the captain!

That's funny, you're doing it backwards. A chart does not dictate a PR release... assuming we had any technicals to follow at this time, then yes, but the PR is what will break all chart technicals... any chart reader would know that. The chart does not tell us when it will move on news. If it were to follow a channel or a pattern, then sure, but hereonout, it's the PRs that dictate the chart.

That's funny, that's a good point for why it must not be a scam... because Mike McKone would HAVE to be in on it... and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't put himself in that place, being such a successful man already with such a strong business on the line, I can't imagine it would be worth the risk for him.
This is not a scam... ya'll just need to be patient and we'll hear what's been going on.
Of course I don't know WHEN we'll hear, or what we'll hear, so *those of you who know who you are* don't bother asking or questioning for proof. We all know we're wanting to hear the same thing, trust me.

I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous. I'm not aiming this at any one person, cuz God forbid I break the TOU of iHub, but I'm allowed to disagree and think this is an obnoxious point of view.
As you WELL know, just because something is said to be 'going to happen' does not make it so, therefore, 'potential investors' are of COURSE waiting for confirmation of the land deal etc. beginning or whatever the heck we're actually waiting to hear about. Just because we have someone who says money will be coming, is not enough for most, and you know it... therefore, we wait for the money to be IN THE BANK. Land deal finishing, is sign of money being there, which WILL be an explosion with our PPS.
FACT - our PPS does NOT reflect the opinion that we have the money, and everyone here who knows anything knows that it doesn't. And once we get the PR confirming whatever it is those on the sidelines want to know, you'll see the REAL 'opinion' of where investors know MCIC is going.
It will be huge - jmo.

Hardly, if any. People who expected today to be of any significance for receiving a PR are mistaken, and shouldn't have expected such. Today is the hopeful/assumed day for signing papers... that has nothing to do with them announcing it to us in a PR.
Those who sell now, after this day coming and going without a PR, will be sorely sorely disappointed when they miss the run when we DO hear about what happened TODAY in a PR (not today) -- Give it another couple weeks before people start having a legit reason to be upset to not hear anything.
We shall hear!

You're lucky, because I'd say almost every housing deal/land deal, unless very small scale or perfect cash funding in place etc... will almost surely be pushed back for one reason or another. ESPECIALLY cross-the-borders international land sales? I can't imagine the hairy possibilities that can come out of nowhere!

I will not be disappointed if no news this week. Just because we do or don't close on the 15th, has no bearing on whether or not we are prepared to announce it with a PR , ESPECIALLY on the day of signing something like that, rarely would you PR it that day...

I think it's not the valuation of the farmland, I think it's of potential office space placed on that land... office space can easily go for $10's of dollars/sq ft., if we are able to generate tens of thousands of square footage of potential lease space, then yea there's lots of money to be made! Like someone else pointed out, the 102m for the WTC was for the land alone.
Who knows! I'm not saying I think it's very easy to come up with, but I wouldn't say it's not possible either. I don't know what the valuations thrown out in the PR were based on, or what they have in mind, and nobody does, so nobody can say nay or yay on it really, until we get more information (what else is new?)

SOP, I get how you came up with the 840k/month, but how did you get the per sq foot price? No division I come up with out of 840k ends up being the price you mention per sq ft... my numbers come closer to what chalmers came up with.
Just so I understand the calculations, how did you get this conclusion?

As much as I want a PR as badly as the next guy, I wouldn't be shocked if we DID have to wait a little AFTER the 15th closing date to actually get news. Think about it, IF the deal closes on the 15th, assume it's maybe... 2PM west coast, that's already after the market closes EST. I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a day or two to even make sure it's all written accurately and properly, and we don't get news until the following Monday, which would be May 20th.
I won't be worried until we hit June w/no news, then I'm gonna get impatient, but until then... lots is happening, and just because we're not hearing about it, is NOT a negative thing. It's bad because I WANT TO KNOW!!!, but doesn't necessarily reflect negative things happening behind the scenes.

I'd be willing to bet nobody 'dumped' those 4m... as for me, I added to my position, so not sure how much of those numbers seem off. Lots of silly market orders brought it down to .011 for no reason, lots of noobs letting go of shares!
