learn from your mistakes - ive lost a lot from this company, and you will too - if joe doesnt take it from you, someone else will. you all need to leave now.
bc i kept believing the hype here. those prices were just approximate, guessing at what it would take to see green, and when it spiked, i saw a ittle green, and that was it for me. i think i let it ride a few weeks when it started to ride, feeling that same excitement of HOPE that maybe THIS time was different!
leave this site now, im telling you, nothing good comes from IHUB or China in terms of trading.
for the life of me, i cant believe this site still exists. i have owned SIAF for over 7 years, and that spike to $17 got me to break even, and was the best investing day of my life as i exited out of all of it for a huge profit that afforded me a really nice dinner for 2!
for the newbies here, DO NOT BELIEVE the hype. These people will take your money in a blink of an eye. this whole sector is fake, and will always will be. i am saddened by all the pics coming out of china for the leeches are now preying on their own people. to take advantage of the greedy american (which included, me) it makes sense, but how did the chinese public not see this coming? wow.
if you are new to investing, delete your investorhub account, delete this URL, and never look back.
all i need is 0.95 and im even. last chiscam to ever own. big money - big money, now whammie, no whammie
is it possible that SIAF just dilutes this thing to pennies, then goes private? Does Soloman own enough shares to make that decision?
$1.05
ugh. what a great price to have exited. if that marketing stunt wasnt enough to prove the hopelessness of SIAF, i don't know what is.
You have no idea what impact what a statment like you just did has. There is some 500-1000 swedes reading this board a day, 200-400 of them is first time visitors.
oh, man do i know how you feel. find solace in the fact the anger will fade but the sooner you leave ihub and CGS board, the sooner you will feel better and they will suck you into all kinds of bad investments.
Not sure how long you have been here, but to you use your jargon: the end is near!
the chinese might someday rise from this implosion, but the last 10 years wall st has decimated any company willing to partake in the american greed, and this will take decades to recover from.
why would you gamble that intensely? Just look at the titles of the 3 first stickies posted by RAMES?
here come the 0.40's
i think the polls here on this board need to estimate the EPS in 2020 and beyond. Maybe when Tag Romney is president.
I will buy at 55c, so hopefully dumping continues
and that future dilution therefore will be much less than in the past
I'm just trying to think of what new blood would actually chase it right here and I come up empty.
The higher the PPS goes, the more people will "lighten up".
When the dumping stops this share will soar.
The best thing would be if the company could get their thumbs out and publish the promised updated homepage.
unreal. you could do better picking stocks with your eyes closed. literally. this board has something like a 99% failure rate.
Joe - it cracks me up when you cry out loud about getting burned on this stock. How many people have YOU burned with your pumping.
.40
Another year of hitting the market with financing shares would be completely unacceptable to me
"...and you may depend on the novice investors to make your money..."
this quote should be a sticky because it really is the bottom line. the only way this sector picks up is if novice investors return, otherwise you guys will just be picking each others pocket for change, smart enough not to hold for more than a few days, and all will wither away.
I think you're missing what I'm saying. I'm saying they issue shares in payment of "debt". We don't know what that "debt" is. If it costs $200,000 to build a restaurant, they could issue $500,000 worth of restricted stock to pay for it. Think of it as $200,000 debt, $300,000 interest. But we just see it as "extinguishment of $500,000 debt"
SIAF went public to pay employees, set up his business, and will now bail. Still curious why we think this man wants to share his ideas and wealth with us?
AERL - that is one, awesome chart! thanks for sharing. look out below....
..and the changes that are coming to where this board will no longer be a pumpfest for scams and frauds, then move on..
I havn't a clue. The comment of mine you quoted is based purely on my conspiracy theory: why would a china-man 1,000s of miles away share his profit with white guys in the USA (or the Netherlands for that matter)?
People are selling because they want out - pure insider trading.
It has been shown that wall street played a large role in these chinese companies demise, so you cant blame it on the CEO entirely, but i guarantee you, he is not shedding one tear, nor will he when this goes to ZERO.
and no, i am not trying to Bash to get-in lower (another favorite IHUB statement of mine). This was my LAST chinese buy, avgd in at about a $1. I have not sold yet, but i just dont see any more lemmings heading into this so i dont know how i am going to get out. another bag-holder FOR SURE. so i would rather lose the last of my gambling money (i will be the first to admit guilt by my part = greed) than see newbies come in believing the BS printed in these "investing rooms".
I'm in the camp that says anything is possible in the next 6 to 12 months. At the same time the sector could hold us back for many months to come. That's the main reason why I'm not trading the stock, because there is a risk of missing the rally when you take profits at $1 or $2. I've never invested in a company before with such growth rates and such low valuation. I don't think anyone has.
It's far easier and more reliable IMO to give longer term estimates of $20 or $40 per share.
The biggest mistake people can make is take profits early on and hope they can repurchase the stock cheaper later on. It's the only way you can lose IMO.
"...This stage is about something else..."
Care to elaborate?
sorry to be a "debbie-downer", but i think CGS has another "weeeee" stock here (ie pump):
http://brontecapital.blogspot.com.au/2012/06/macroeconomics-of-chinese-kleptocracy.html
my favorite quote:
"The Chinese lower income and middle class people have extremely limited savings options. There are capital controls and they cannot take their money out of the country. So they can't invest in any foreign assets.
Their local share market is unbelievably corrupt. I have looked at many Chinese stocks listed in Shanghai and corruption levels are similar to Chinese stocks listed in New York. Expect fraud."
Why do we think some guy 1,000's of miles away would let us have some of his hard work? Not that SIAF is trying to fraud us per-se, but the dilution is a form of that i am convinced now.
very interesting, thanks for that review lucky.
could you expand on your last sentence:
"The closer Solomon's able to achieve his goals the closer we'll all be to sighing a breath of relief"
thanks
at what price did SIAF give shares to employees and contractors? If you are owed $10K for a job you did for SIAF, and he gave you 20K shares, you our now losing money. If he he gave you 30K shares, you got about 2-3 days before you are losing money.
I suspect the share amount is at some equilibrium based on invoice and current share price.
foggy
why 0.41 and 0.37? why not wait for the 0.20 or 0.10's?
i think the jordan fund is getting bilked, just like the americans got schmoozed last year with chinese stocks. they just moved their shenanigans a few continents over.
What I mean is that we sometimes see questions raised in a negative way about things already explained by Chad and/or Solomon
You can't use TA on a stock that is as thinly traded and unknown as this one.
CHGY - is NOT 'bleeding up'. look at the weekly chart. sure there have been spikes, that follow with sells = pump. the TA on this stock is horrendous.
i like the little tree growing out of the pile of gold. priceless.
My guess is we will see this kind of price action as long as shares are being issued. Even with the company retiring shares what is happening is shares are being bought off market and the shares that are being issued are making their way to the market. Obviously the deals associated with the share issuance are pretty complex and at least some of the sellers just want to monetize their shares as sson as possible with no regard to basis, appreciation potential, or price. Once the company quits issuing shares we should see consistent appreciation. At this point it is a necessary evil.
it looks like CGS is being used by day traders to burn investors.
but its ok to fraud the US investors, because that's different.
