Skybridge Technology Group Inc. (SKGO) Provides Information on Textraw Core Business and Plans
Skybridge Technology Group Inc. (PINK SHEETS: SKGO) ** and Textraw provide an update on the Textraw merger in a recording from Mr. Mike Barbee. Mr. Barbee, VP Sales and Marketing for both, SKGO's subsidiary Shot In The Gas, and the SKGO's merger candidate Textraw, offered insights into the Textraw operation, as Textraw merger negotiations are progressing smoothly.
Textraw currently has 72 distributors throughout the southern United States. The demand for the Textraw synthetic agricultural product steadily increases. A single company recently ordered $1.5 million worth of the Textraw product.
Textraw started using 100% recycled plastic, instead of a blend, to produce their product. The company plans on moving its operation to Spring Hill, Florida. The company will be able to do their shipping from Florida and deliver to the company's 15 master distributors, and plans to set up new distribution centers.
**
Textraw produces synthetic pine straw from recycled plastics, making this company a green company. This revolutionary new product designed for landscaping has a much higher burn temperature than natural pine straw, which allows landscapers the ability to use this product in markets that have outlawed original pine straw due to posing a significant fire hazard (several southern states have passed laws making it illegal to use the original pine straw).

I agree, they are pertinent to ONCP.

Unfortunately, nothing.
Until they can report some sales or clarify this merger between the US and Chinese companies they aren't going to get much support. No one wants to invest in a shell with the potential to just be a share mill. They need to provide hard evidence that they will be receiving some money for the usage of the patent that they acquired.
A moderator's job is to enforce the TOU. My positive or negative feelings have no bearing on my job because no part of my job allows me to remove responses based on opinion :).
Well, I hope in your travels you have learned not to wield the term bashing on too many posters. Many posters are speaking legitimate things that others do not want to hear.
This company has a very bad track record. In fact, I am not aware of anything positive this company has done...
Uhm... I don't really know how to reply except to tell you to look back at some posts here..
You know sometimes I can't help but laugh that all this fuss is over fake pinestraw and plastic wood (sanhe).
You mean people say things that aren't true here?! How terrible :P

That's like saying you are only a felon while you are in jail.....
The MM programs are largely automated... I don't think the computer is talking to itself in simple codes like that :P

If anyone wants to fill assistant mod positions let me know. Your resume is your post history...
The moderators job is to enforce the TOS. It's not hard and the admins are here to back you up always.

Ah, no problemo. Voy a decirle que añadir sus acciones para usted.=)

No problem. I will have him add your shares to the list.
In light of most of the posters lack of knowledge about NWTT I've appointed pennystockwallstreet to an assistant modship. He is the moderator of NWTT.
Welcome!
I hope everyone understands that we enforce the TOS as iHub lays it out. If for some reason things become slanted I won't hesitate to appoint some "opposition" to assistant mod positions to even things out.
Finally, something we agree on. ACLH isn't going to cater to the pink sheets.....because its on the greys for the foreseeable future (read: forever).
I simply make others aware of the risk. No more, no less. I am sorry you disagree. We have been violating the ihub TOS for a while now, let's just agree to disagree.
Perhaps, but there is no need to inspire them either.
It will pop and one out of 100 will profit. The other 99 will be stuck here for another 9 months.
There are plenty of companies that file with the SEC and actually have assets. I don't think that is too much to ask, even from a pink. Without it they risk being removed from the exchange.
I fail to see how financial statements or SEC fillings are positive or negative. To be more than accurate representations of the company would amount to fraud :)
"Don't trust anyone, but trust me!"
It should be the ihub motto.
Look at SKGO financials, look at the (non existent) SEC fillings and that should give you an idea of where SKGO is going. It's not at .000's because it's a good stock.
MM released a statement a few months ago saying they would consider selling their interest in Sanhe. But by my record, and the SEC they never actually filled anything making the merger legitimate in the first place. It's just smoke and mirrors. They say things and see what kind of attention it receives.
I always like how one article by some nameless person is supposed to be able to effect the entire stock. If only every financial journalist felt that powerful!
I don't think most people know about this article and even if they did any reasonable investor will notice he is only using two pieces of fact and neither one of them is indicative of anything substantial.
Maybe this time someone will be around to check the fax machine when the SEC requests information about their new claims /eyeroll
This was a complete fluff pump; there was no news to push this thing in either direction. Now it's back to normal. I've gotten tired of telling people to beware of the MM spread when volume tapers but no one listens :P
The topic of this board is ARGC. Not the posters on this board. Please refrain from attacking other users, not only is it against the iHub TOS it's completely unnecessary here.
They have an interesting relationship. Most of the DD has been focused on the academic side of Artequick. Three or four studies from institutions sponsored by a government with an invested interest in seeing this product succeed does not make for a medically sound treatment. I'm all for this medication but I think the company needs to do a much better job of making it clear to investors that it will take at least 5-10 years of extensive testing for any major organization to support this, namely the WHO. There are far too political for them to allow China to step on the west's influence in Africa without some much more solid academic "DD".
My concerns lie with the business and structural side of this. ARGC is essentially a shell that reversed merged itself with Artequick in China to retain a patent for Artequick. However, the exact relationship in terms of ARGC (USA) retaining a set percentage of revenue or royalties from said patent isn't clear.
I have been following this stock since April and the lack of volume concerns me. There have been two big pushes to get investors, the second one did fairly well but it has not been anything to sustain volume. That makes this stock quite a pitfall to get into. Remember that in April the talk was of this stock breaking .40 and just a few weeks ago we fell through the "psychological resistance" of .01 very easily.
If you are going to invest, prepare to be a real investor and ride this one out imo.
Personally, I'm keeping my position on the low side until they clarify the nature of their relationship with ARGC China, hopefully in the next 10Q.
I think you need to do some research into what the grey market is. It's more than just a place suspended stocks go to die at .0001.
It doesn't matter if the price is .0001,.001,.01 or 100.00.. You get killed on the grays because you can't sustain volume.
