Quote from the Kansas City Star article Dated March 08, 2011:
To be "Removed", One has to be a part of this thing in the first place. So if they were "Removed" then simple logic says that at some point they were a "part and/or connected" with this operation. And it was legal.
Always glad to help out and straighten out where needed.
Old News and re-post.
That is a very true statement azgirl. As I have stated many times before on this board. Time Will Tell.
Not a Problem. And you are 100% correct.
azgirl, I understand your post completely.
Required Reading:
This is very interesting.
I believe that that post is 100% correct pooper.
You are 100% correct azgirl.
Not a problem.
Here is a quote from the Kansas City Star Newspaper:
Just posting "Facts" about Petro America.
Fact: that link is from a Kansas City Star newspapaer article written 20 days ago. Not Old At All. LOL.

EOM.
No one is confused. It was simply a "Quote" from a previous post on this board about a Petro America Call.
As far as I know, there is.
Next Dr. Hankins shared my philosophy, which is that success is always attainable. But attaining success is not an automatic process.
· It requires hard work.
· It means keeping one’s word and meeting commitments.
· It involves learning everything there is to learn about everything involved in the business,
· and setting standards of excellence which must always be adhered to.
· It means not compromising your principles, your values, your standards, or your goals.
· In short, success means: doing right things right.
Mark Davis, Reporter for the Kansas City Star, Announces that Petro America Still lives on.
LOL.
The update is that it is still alive.
It is also quite obvious that Petro America is under "New" management and moving forward.
EOM.
EOD.
TWT.
There is probably a lot more than 15. (Grin) Some just want to count the posters on this board. If that were an accurate measurement, then that would mean there are only 5 or 6 people not for Petro America. LOL.
FACT:
Petro America shareholders launch website
By MARK DAVIS
The Kansas City Star
Federal fraud charges aside, Kansas City-based Petro America Corp. lives on.
Shareholders continue to hold phone-in sessions and promote the firm’s purported $284 billion value on a new website.
Posts at www. petroamericashareholders. com emphasize that the site does not involve the company, whose founder was indicted last year along with three others over stock sales that prosecutors claim took investors for $7.2 million.
One video at the new website shows shareholder Bill Simmons of Independence repeating the assertion that Petro’s assets total $284 billion, along with new claims of owning 28 oil wells. Federal prosecutors dismissed the valuation as part of a scam.
The new site said it sought to educate elected officials about “unjust governmental interference & intrusion in private enterprise” that the company and its former CEO, Owen Hawkins, have suffered.
The group is looking for help with its phone-call committee (“contact numbers and script included”); its letter mail-out committee (“pre-written letters to update weekly”); and its T-shirt committee (“keep accurate records”).
It also wants help to organize a march on the federal courthouse in Kansas City in May and on the White House in September.
Hawkins, Johnny Heurung of Minnesota and Teresa Brown of Texas have pleaded not guilty to various federal charges.
A fourth defendant, Clarence Moore of Atlanta, pleaded not guilty last week at his arraignment in Kansas City.
Moore was credited in the federal indictment with calculating, along with Hawkins, the $284 billion valuation of Petro and its stock. He also signed the company’s tax returns, the indictment said.
Hawkins, meanwhile, has posted two spots at www.blogtalkradio.com in which he talks about his background and declares war on poverty. It contains no mention of Petro America.

OK, allow me to restate the statement(LOL). I did not see what he posted.
"I" did not say that it was removed.
Sorry but you are completely wrong. If the poster of the this post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=60700113
Had included a link to this article by Mark Davis of the KC Star,
http://www.kansascity.com/2011/03/08/2709467/petro-america-shareholders-launch.html#
A blind man could see that something was missing. No one said it was "Removed". It was simply stated that it was missing. No one said the headline was missing, just a small part but important part of the article.
Please, let's just stick with the "facts".
LOL.
And I continue to correct "MIS-INFOMATION" on this board. There was "one" phrase missing from this cut and paste. see "RED" section below:

Since it has been stated that the past is "so" vital:
You are right and as a matter of "Fact", here is a quote from the new CEO:
It is just Standard Operating Procedure here. Everything that has
happens is said to be connected to Petro America. In reality it's just the "Former" CEO(Not Petro Corporate) and a group of shareholders(Not Petro Corporate) and some people in a silly chat room(Not Petro Corporate) saying some things. But if some want to connect that to Petro America Corp, then let them. Does not look like any of the above mentioned parties have broken any laws so there. LOL.
This is still america, last time I checked.
LOL.
Quote from update:
What are you talking about?
Well bravo19 it looks like the new CEO has lost support of one shareholder(not that she "ever" had their support in the first place). One out of 12,000 is not a bad percentage. I will say what I have said before, Since the new management team has taken charge of Petro America, Everything they have stated on th update calls, has come to pass. I see that as being a move forward and a change from the old management. "Proof" of moving forward was asked for, "Proof" of moving forward was given. LOL
Definition: "Moving forward means not repeating mistakes of the past". Plain and simple. LOL.
Very true bravo19. I am just posting "information". That is what this board was created for in the first place. hahahaha.
What is really interesting to me is the continual questions about, where are they getting the money to move forward? All accounts are seized, how are they paying for it? Where's the money coming from?
If it is really that big of a concern, Why ask the question in a silly chat room. Why not:
A) Ask the company.
B) Ask the friendly neighborhood prosecutor.
or
C) Reserch and find out how companies have been raising capitol for years. LOL.
This stuff is truly funny.
Well pooper, I guess "spam" is in the eye of the beholder. For the record, all I have done is pull "different" parts of a posted update about Petro America and its moving forward. TOU does allow this.
Carry on as I will surely do.
