actually he should be bombarded by love notes from attys' and the SEC...and of course his new cell mate, Bubba
i'm picturing empty filing cabinet w/ drawers left open, the glass door swinging in the wind, dirt and leaves on the floor...the phone, one off the hook, the other flashing...
lol
doomsday!
guyer...
actually, he cancelled the 25b increase to 60b...only to r/s t/f out of the shareholders...
what more is there to do?
yeah dilute t/f out of the stock again!
if this goes class action, i'm in.
lack of fidiciary duty...c'moooonnnn $class $action!

i think the dog cut the cheese (weg)
why rnt we there yet? are you driving like grandma? lol
excuse me... but r we there yet? i gotta pee and i'm thirsty. j/k lol
i saw that too. thought it was a sell to fill a buy for 10k
"Very, very impressive! I have NEVER seen an OTC stock hold its value after a R/S like this!
Looks like CGFIA is the real deal! "
maybe this should be a sticky. tks deadboy go $CGFIA!
does the us have a steel plant? US steel?
remember steamboat beer? made in PA and sold in steel cans!
GO $CGFID!
i just went through another r/s on another stock. i sold and owed 5bucks more in commisions. 2k + 5 down the drain on a scam imo.
i agree, there is a 20 day waiting period. if you plan to trade pre r/s shares you'll have to wait the 20 days. if you buy now those shares are tradable.
would be better for everyone if pr were held back for the waiting period, that way everyone has a chance to taste a little...hopefully.
looks like you're going to get your wish for the .10 - .20 to load your boat.
GLTY
Go $CGFID...up! not down!
put up 25k and apply for day trader account, or just wait out the 90 day restriction
Good Luck to you too Grizz.
hey, just curious, have you tried the Jack with honey yet?
it's a little creepy to know that people whom you do not know and they don't know you, but they know how you will react to a situation better than yourself.
my friend once asked, how do you find the easiest and fastest way to do a job? he went on to say to find the laziest worker on the crew and give the job to them.
well how do we know greed? look no further than ourselves.
<at the bidsitters> people bidsit looking to buy in low, while buying low is not a bad thing, forcing the bid lower is. they sit there on the bid thinking they'll sell higher later...not going to happen because behind them are are a zillion more looking to get in at the bid.
at least buy at a point above bid to bring the bid higher. you don't have to pound the ask...just don't pound the bid either!
like you odega, i know the gold thats in the ground. when i was a kid, a family friend went up to colorado to load rocks to build a fireplace and got slapped with a hefty bill from the landowner, because the rocks laying on the surface of the ground had gold in them!
<at bidsitters> you folks bidsit and sell at a lower bid if thats your game plan, i'll hold my shares and accumulate above bid if not at the ask.
Go CGFID!
thank you flaflyersfan. i'll definitely keep this in mind.
finally! e-trade just posted new shares, sadly at a loss but nonetheless they are finally here.
now, can anyone give me some advice on how to go about getting them into certificate form? what are some of the headaches involved? and what if at sometime down the CGFID track i decide to sell, how messed up, or difficult will that be?
with CGFID still being a penny stock, i really don't think it would worth the trouble and effort. besides my position here is small and will most likely remain that way.
still would like the info anyway for my 401k's. gonna start e-mailing my 401k managers to get some info, hope i'm not iggy'd by those peeps.
GLTA, CGFID/especially.
fwiw, i've found stretching before and during the evening after helps.
E-turd still in limbo. they took their fee and left my shares in limbo! e-turd you suk!
also something else to consider, bid whacking does little to support a sell. i like to sell into the run up, that way less chnce of pooing on someone else, and price pretty much stays in tact.
fwiw - within the last hr or so, e-trade has deducted the conversion fee. i suppose it won't be long before the new shares post.
e-trade is still in limbo
<a stifled...lol>
j/k, hey MT...have you tried the JD with Honey? Hooo look out! before i knew it a half bottle down, was hung over for two days!
ROFL! I could use a professional...

Sorry to hear this. How far along is it Digits?
you and your family will be in prayers.

i'm thinking ask is high to slow or stall buying. go cgfid
same here
e-trade ask 1.01 x 500, bid .0001 x 10,000
no conversion yet on my acct. still showing pre-split holdings.
hmmm...last night it showed 100% loss, i thought for sure it would convert but went back to the old crap!
Hey, E-Trade, WTF?

From Wealth Daily:
10 Ways to Spot Counterfeit Gold
By Brittany Stepniak | Saturday, September 8th, 2012
The 2012 Summer Olympics have come and gone, and you probably learned that true gold isn't easy to come by — even for the world's most celebrated athletes. A Gold Medal is only 6 grams gold — a measly 1.34%. Copper, silver, and other metals make up the rest. And Olympic Gold Medals aren't the only fakes out there...
Investors are riled up this year, as new cases unfold daily revealing fake gold bars being pawned off as the real deal.
Gold's Gilded Age In March, UK media coverage exploded with a disturbing phenomena: gold bars filled with Tungsten instead of pure gold.
Gold owners have been shocked when they've attempted to cash in their gold, expecting a small fortune... and instead walked with a fraction of what they expected. It's a real shame, but these are hard times and gold is perhaps the hottest of all commodities on the market...
And it's about to skyrocket in value yet again.
Gold's Recharged Bull Market Christian DeHaemer delivered Wealth Daily readers some interesting news on the gold front this week.
A serious production delay in the gold market is under way after 34 miners were killed by police during a strike at Lonmin's Marikana platinum mine in South Africa, the world's third largest gold-producing nation. Recent gold mining strikes have had a big impact on the price of gold bullion. Add to that Bernanke's plans for QE3 (be ready for the Fed's next meeting to conclude on September 13, and they are expected to officially announce the next round of quantitative easing) and the worsening financial situation in Europe...
Experts and analysts have little reason to doubt gold is about to surge to record highs. The Bad News That's great news for gold investors — but not so great for those who lack experience when it comes to buying the yellow metal. A surge in gold demand often leads inexperienced investors to buy for the first time... only to find out their precious purchases are tainted with less valuable goods, as heightened demand also beckons scams and fraud.
Since 2011 there have been hundreds of cases of Chinese counterfeiters. These people openly brag about producing over 100,000 fake U.S. Silver Dollars per year — per counterfeiter in some cases. In fact, as much as 10% of China's GDP is a direct result of counterfeiting! Fraudulent dealing can be catastrophically disastrous for investors who have put a sizable percentage of their net worth in counterfeit precious metal coins and bars.
Avoid the Counterfeit Trap
Even experts have been fooled by fake gold.
But you can avoid falling into that trap.
Just follow these ten tips compiled by the Gold Bullion Pro:
1.) Look at the seller feedback and forums if possible.
If you don't do your homework, you could pay the price later.
2.) Ask for an assay test.
Do not trust a dealer who is not willing to wait for the test do be completed.
3.) Third-party specialist verification
Make sure the third party is reputable.
4.) Insist on seeing the certification.
If the seller isn't willing to show you their gold's certification, don't buy.
5.) Use only reputable dealers.
Use only the trusted dealers with a respectable business history.
6.) Insist on only stamped and minted precious metal products for small amounts.
When buying small amounts of bullion, only choose those bars that are stamped and have serial numbers.
7.) Impartial grading
When purchasing bullion via the Internet, ask for documentation on the impartial grading of the bullion products. Legitimate dealers should have this form of certification.
8.) Slabbing
Make sure the slabbing and the coin go together. Fake gold generally does not include slabbing.
9.) Test using a magnet.
True gold is not magnetic. It should not react to a magnet at all. If it does, it's fake.
10.) Evaluate complaints and negative feedback about your dealer carefully.
When it comes to your dealer, don't risk even a single bad review mentioning fake gold. Find another dealer instead. As Q3 looms, it's important to prepare yourself and your portfolio for the continued decline of the dollar. Precious metals offer a good hedge as the Fed fires up the printing presses yet again — but it's important that you don't just load up on gold blindly...
Educate yourself on the market. Learn how to detect a fake gold bar for yourself before you visit a dealer. Keep these ten tips on hand when you go to make your purchase... and only buy from trusted dealers.
i e-mailed e-trade to ask, this is the reply.

i think the wash sales apply in that the new investment is substantially the same. i thought about this too. but a lot can happen in 60 days, 30 prior & 30 after the buy or sale.
