Mexus team are expert miners, busy at work
The same people working every day now at St Elena mine
used to work at largest mine in Mexico, "Herradura".
In 2015, the Herradura mine produced over 400,000 oz of GOLD ..
and has been continuously producing for more than 20 years.

googling '8thaero' will find his location
I think his wife is recovering fairly well
from recent surgery so that is good news :)
now we just need the 'blast off' PR from Mexus !
Dino been trying to reach you
Will you please PM me here: pgreat AT yahoo

I have two set: 1st for "MXSG" and 2nd for "Mexus Gold"
posted GlobeNewsWire 27-JUN

volume climbing higher -- almost 2.5M shares today !!
PR was orig published on 27-JUN
still lots of good news ...
anywhere below $600 is golden
my rough guess in my model was deliberately set high
to ensure that any projections were conservative.
thanks for the updated info !!
comparison AISC for gold miners...
http://www.ey.com/Publication/vwLUAssets/EY_-_All-in_sustaining_costs_and_all-in_costs/$FILE/ey.com_gl_cost%20per%20ounce.pdf
Rancher is correct that we have multiple benefits at the
St Elena location which reduce the mining cost ...
Based on the costs listed in the report at above link for
some well-known companies, I would estimate Mexus St Elena
cost to fall in the range of $500-600 AT MOST, perhaps even
lower. In my Mexus financial models I have been using an
amount of $650 to be very conservative.
Even at the relatively high cost ( IMHO ) of $650, we are
minting $$ and if the AISC ends up lower, we will be minting
$$$$ instead. Either way there will be LOTS LOTS LOTS of
money being minted /grin/...
Most inst funds limited to $5 and up...
Until MXSG hits that level we are probably
going to still see individual buyers and
not institutional funds.
50% of MASSIVE production much better than 0%
I think MarMar is best of breed at doing exactly
what St Elena property needs -- large investment
of time, equipment, expertise to take the mine
from near raw land to fully producing business.
The only alternative would be for MXSG to limp
along for years, slowly building out mine and
continuing to pay as we go. It would likely
have taken us 3-5 more years to arrive at same
level of production that MarMar will have built
out in just a few months.
Sign me up for current partnership, anyday!!
don't forget the Hi-Grade (bonus!)
KansasCrude, my model shows very similar numbers to yours,
but we should also be including the yield from the HiGrade
ore.
IIRC, according to PT, the plan is for 100-200 tpd, with a
grade of at least 1oz / ton. Over year's time, that would
produce another ~36K oz, with Mexus' share being ~18K oz.
Total for both Leach and HiGrade is very close to 100K / yr.
Still have to wait to get numbers for costs, taxes etc., but
production of 100K oz/yr is a fabulous level for Mexus.

I was using VesselTracker.com in 2011
for the old tug "CALEB". It is still avail,
but more paid now than free.
It does list a "North Pacific" with
MMSI = 367567000
IMO = 8428583
CALL = WDF3199
I found smartphone app for "Ship Finder" which
shows "N. Pacific" just a bit offshore from the
Nome, AK harbor. Hard to judge scale but maybe
10-15mi due S-SW...

tripping over gold outcroppings at surface
makes it pretty easy and quick to cover startup costs :)
whether the payback time is 1-2 weeks or 4-5 weeks is
simple noise in the overall big picture
we have a tiger by the tail for sure, and it's starting to run
just the high grade will pay $1M quickly
assuming they can/ will process 100 ton/day,
with hi-grade ore rated at 1oz/ ton, then it
will only take a few weeks to payback $1M ...
$10Mil picked to show rapid payback
we have no data on actual costs needed at St Elena --
but even IF is ran as high as $10Mil that is still
a very short payback / startup period given the
expected ore grade and production capacity.
lower cost? terrific, it will just get paid off faster
and we start making our cut sooner
cheers!
rev split is good deal for all of us
MarMar is contributing 100% ( or close to ) of the heavy iron
needed to get-er-done ... makes perfect sense to me to alloc
95% back to them on front end so they can spend spend spend
rapidly and push into production
We are best served by moving as quickly as possible into real
production, demonstrating the ore grade and proving up the value
of the mine overall. Never doubt, millions in equipment and
people costs are required to drill, blast, dig, haul, crush,
stack, concentrate, filter, etc etc etc ..
if we get the expected 1gm/ ton ore, and can process 10k tons/day
then only 90days needed to yield $10mil or so back to MarMar ...
after that we are split 50:50 for life of mine
biggest progress depends on blasting permit...
until that is received, only prep work can be done,
perhaps some initial assay results from drilling but
it will be few months still until we see any real
production. heap leach cycle takes 60-90 days
before full recovery for each lift level, I believe.
been patiently accumulating since MAR-2010 ... a few
more months here just lets me pick up more dollars
for pennies...
just aiming to share what I could find
knowing you were likely still traveling home
from NOLA trip ..
very pleased with MEXUS holding firm where we are;
nice consolidation at current levels while waiting
on blasting and scooping and grinding and assaying
and PRODUCTION !!!
:)
Las Chispas seems to be few 100km away ...
taken from SilverCrest website:
"...
The Las Chispas property is located approximately 180 kilometres northeast of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The community of Arizpe (estimated population 2,000) is located approximately 12 kilometres to the north of the property.
.."
Google Maps for Arizpe, Sonora, MX:

maybe get an update on that 'easy' top 3m paydirt ...
no blasting required, equipment shown in pics should be
more than capable of scooping and processing the top 3m
of paydirt -- that was reportedly worth about $45M to be
split with MarMar ..
even just getting that (partially?) processed would add
significant amount to cash and strengthen balance sheet.
have to wait for revised/ expanded blasting permit to really
begin massive dig process.. might take until next quarter
to have any significant production numbers to report ..
still adding however, whenever I can .. :)
wait till we have nice even 10,000% LOL
practical limits on production?
Eight -- can you estimate what is reasonably possible for production, thinking physically about number of haul trucks, load size, leach pad
and pond construction and your knowledge of the mine site?
What would it take to physically produce at 2,500 ton/ day ?
Can that truly scale up to perhaps 25,000 ton/ day, or 100,000 tpd?
Have you seen other startups for open pit based mines,
what kind of ramping up is feasible for Santa Elena?
mine plan is combined Julio vein and shear zone
from the earlier PR, mine plan made by Lemas
"The shear zone and the Julio quartz vein would be mined simultaneously, with strict grade control. The shear zone ore had graded 1 g/t to 5 g/t, with the Julio assays running much higher and including visible gold, the company reported."
dig it all up, mix as needed to achieve ore grade target, proceed at will

No need for support from 'pumping letter writers'
just wait a few weeks is all and there will be GOLD
produced from the Santa Elena mine. The value in
this stock is organic, and will be made known to all
in what appears to be a very short time now.
having a bunch of frothing stock pumping letters
will only cover up what is a truly great story and
value, and generate mass of crazed momentum chasers
instead of soon-to-be-highly-rewarded investors.
what we have here is GOLDEN and likely not to be
repeated in lifetime... let it grow on its merits
patience.. patience... patience...
only 2,800 shares did it --- MM

great look at deep-wide mine: Fort Knox AK
This article w/ picture of active mine shows what our high-grade
ore may look like for Mexus --- as of 2013, the mine pictured
is over 800m deep ( 1/2 mi ) and 1200-1600m ( 3/4 - 1mi ) wide.
The grey-ish rock is the ore body -- look how that expands out
at depth !! Brown rock is overburden ..
This mine was producing 400,000+ oz /yr in 2013 with cost < $600 /oz

PR released to OTC at least...

alright alright alright !!
my model shows $0.10 per 10K oz annual
using these assumptions:
(simplified for easy math)
10,000 oz per year
$500 net earning per ounce # WAG, but decently "low cost"
------------------------
$50,000,000
500M shares outstanding # actual = 481M as of Mar'2016
so, net of $0.10/ sh
If we hit 100K oz/ year, PPS of $1.00 seems reasonable
It's just a model, and no doubt can be refined, but
it give me a quick read on what seems possible
been buying in size again today,
sorry pushing up price but value is too compelling
and just don't have enough /yet/
reasonable growth rate, additional pads?
once the 1st pad is fully "done" and producing, ( June-ish )
what is realistic possible time to build out additional pads?
blasting, haul, dump, etc. how long would be typical to get
2nd pad "done", with production added to continued flow from
1st one?
slow, steady growth with increasingly proved out reserves
would be fantastic !!
taken almost 5mil now since FEB, tightly held
Eighth is right ... we collectively have vacuumed up
a HUUUGE amount of what used to be loosely held shares...
once any substantive news is released on JV details
and subsequent production the PPS will absolutely soar
since very few actual shares available ..
could be as few as 50-90mil free of the 480mil issued
