Photo, I read your posts and generally agree with you. Just wanted to thank you for your posts. As far as me selling my shares tomorrow, I'm seriously considering it. It depends on what happens tomorrow morning and more importantly if Steve contacts Alamo. Good luck to you and everybody else!
Most people don't know me because I don't post as much but I have been holding on to my shares (8 mil now) since early september. I've seen quite a few ups and downs in this stock and that hasn't bothered me much because I believe in investing not daytrading. What bothers me is the lack of communications between the company and it's shareholders. I was one of the first ones to ask for a shareholders meeting but instead we got an interview on smallcap, that was fine too. I would've sold my shares a long time ago had it not been for Alamo. Steve Prior not replying to Alamo is just too much. I realize that Steve is the CEO not investor relations rep and he can't be reached all the time but then who can you reach in this company?? I am seriouly considering selling my shares tomorrow because this is no way to run a PUBLIC COMPANY!!!
We need a Shareholders meeting, call the company and let's set up a shareholders meeting where the CEO can give us more info on the future plans of the company
how you doing, alamo?, i have 6 mil shares now...holding strong and aquiring more. just wanted to know whats up with the bank news? and are there any plans for a meeting/conference call??
I have been holding my owvi shares since September. I have seen few ups and downs that I could've used to sell my shares but this company is different. I believe that this is the company to invest in not day trade. I don't plan to base my decisions on a few pr's, I am thinking about the long run when investors from Asia will be investing in this company, could you guys imagine the share price then. Come on guys we have the opportunity to invest in the early days of a company that has plans to change the world from green tech to financal services for our immigrant communites. It's the ability of companies to think big that make them big, and God knows owvi is thinking BIG!!! So, respectfully, either get in or get out of our way! Thank you!
My holdings: 3 mil....adding more!
So webcast will be up by the end of the trading day today? This is really good, because I consider myself an investor and I don't mind waiting for the pps to go up as long as I know the company is doing a good job.
Warren Buffett once said Something like that mr. Market is very irrational, sometimes it offers you bad a company at a very high price and sometimes it offers you a good company at a cheap price. You do your DD and once you know it's a good company, you buy and when the price goes lower you buy more.
Good luck to all investors!!
hey alamo, we who have been in this for a while now, clearly remember how much of an effort you have put in building a relationship with steve. i have said it before and i will say again, i would've left this stock a long time ago if it were not for your leadership. i wanna thank you for keeping our hopes alive!
Alamo....acting kinda snobby after joining the elite group of assistants, are we....just kidding. I understand there's nothing happening on the weekends, but even a quick hi from you helps in keeping the excitment alive. Your leadership role has been admirable and no one deserves to moderate this board more than you, at least at this crucial period before the conference call. Thanks and Have a SUPER SUPER GREEN week!!
Hey Joey, why weren't you trying to protect us from this 'scam' company yesterday when the price was down. Why do you feel the need to show up on days when it's up. That is not very saviour like!
I am new to dlad, just wanted to know if anybody here is in contact with the company. I mean does anybody know if there are any good pr's in the pipeline and when can we expect it?
Hey Alamo, I don't get it. I talked to the current CEO of andy's old company (Raymond Talarico) some weeks ago and the guy freaked me out. He really had a problem with Andy and told me to "read between the lines". Then you called him and clarified a few things. Still, after what he said to me about Andy, Owvi and aprm signing a letter of intent is the weirdest News. This could be good, meaning that they have set their differences aside, but I'd like to know more. I'd appreciate it if you could call Raymond again and ask him what's the deal. Thanks!
Hey Alamo, Try to get more guys from the google message board to start posting here, some of them would be of great value. I would post on the google board but like many of those guys I hate the google format too, however I still have to check any new posts there just in case someone posted something important. Cause as you know one of the first email replies from Steve came to a poster on the google board. Nice to see so many more people posting today than in the previous few days, cause after all, we are all we have until the company finds a better way of communicating with us. Thanks and have a super green week!
Alamo, I would like to thank you for posting the info that you get from Steve. I can understand someone having doubts about you being contacted by Steve. I had the same doubts because here I was sending email after email to Steve and wasn't getting a reply and you claimed to talk to Steve for an hour or so. I finally got a reply from Steve@tutamen.com so that laid my fears of it been a ship without a captain to rest, and when he confirmed what you had posted earlier, It was confirmed to me that you weren't making this up. So my point is that the people who have been contacted by the company and the people who haven't been contacted yet are in a different state of mind and there is nothing you or I could say that would make them believe us, the only way is for the company to reply back to them. That is why I'm excited about the planed conference call, that should help with the transparency issue until then thank you very much for keeping this board up to date with all that you know, I would have given up on this stock a long time ago if it weren't for your posts, thank you!
Great job Alamo. Thanks!
So I finally recieved an email back from Steve. Nothing significant....nice to know that someone does reply. He said someting about a conference call, basiclly confirming what he said to Alamo and another poster on google. Btw it was from the tutamen email address.
Hey Alamo, did you talk to Steve over the weekend?
Run Forrest run!!!
Oh yea, thanks for the email. I'm gonna follow your advice. Infact even I won't email him myself just in case he stops replying to even this email address. So it's pretty much you as our prophet and Steve is sort of like an invisible god..haha. But whenever you do email him let him know how seriously it's hurting the investor confidence by us not getting a hold of anybody in the company. Also ask him where do people contact the company for serious business issues. Thanks again for the email!
Should a important pr come tomorrow? Or is it better if it comes out on Monday. Does a pr have less of an effect if the weekend interupts it? Just wanted to know what y'all have to say
Agirlfromar, did you see their office in Vegas
Alamo please email me steve's email address which you have been using to communicate with him at legaltender6@hotmail.com
Thanks for clearing that...freaked me out after listening to the negative opinion of Andy by raymond.
I just talked to the former employers of Andy fan and they said he was fired and is facing law suits from them. The person I talked to won't give me andy's contact info b/c it's against their company policy. The person didn't want to get in any trouble so he did not tell me the full story, but it was pretty clear somethings fishy with this Andy guy. These are the exact words of the person I talked to "I don't wanna say too much but READ BITWEEN THE LINES"
the number I called was: (352) 591-1785
and I got it off this site: http://www.americanmicroblog.com/article.cfm/id/364000
Hey Alamo...just wanted to thank you for doing the whole questions thing with Steve. Ask him where can someone contact the company for business, and let him know how badly we need a investor relations person. Btw did you use steve's tutamen email to contact him?
Alamo, your name and that y'all at the end of the post implies you're from Texas. If you are, I just wanna congratulate you...only another Texan knows what a honor it is to be one. And if you're not from Texas, the rest of the country's ok too..haha! I wanted to especially thank you for asking Steve about the shareholder's conference. Do you think he meant that he's planing to have the conference in the second week of November or did he mean he will announce when he plans to have one, in the second week of November.
Thanks for the email to Steve! Seems like you have now become our main line of communication with the CEO, so every chance you get, please try to get a shareholder's meeting with the CEO. I know not all of us would be able to make it, but if enough of us can see the company headquaters and meet the CEO, I promise many more of us would be willing to buy more and more shares even at higher prices because of the confidence that we are investing in a real and a healthy company. Now, I'm no expert in the stockmarket business, but I think the more buyers willing to pay a little higher for the stock, the higher the stock value will go. So please keep us posted on what Steve has to say. And again thanks for emailing to Steve!
We need a shareholder's meeting... That's the only way all our concerns can be taken care of
Thanks for the call back, Agirlfromar. And good luck to you too!
I emailed the company a few days ago but haven't recieved a reply so far. I was wondering that since you have already talked to the CEO once if you could contact the CEO and ask him for a shareholders' meeting in the near future.
I'd love to invest much more money in owvi. We should hold a shareholders' meeting where Steve Prior can give us a better understanding of where the company stands and where it's headed.
