My dear friends,
I have closed my positions in all 3 of my accounts due to filings #104 & #105. Fighting with the IRS, just doesn't seem like a winner to me. Thought I should save the few cents I have left. I lost about $12,700 to CPRK. One thing I did learn yesterday in one of Etrades 3 minute videos was to buy a stock not a company. Unfortunaley that's what I did with CPRK.
I wish to all happy trails.
Ruby
Unsecured creditors,
Great job on Doc 94!
Satellite, that really doesn't mean anything. A lot of stocks after trading hours have outrages prices.
What do you guys think about Doc 73 page 4. Interesting the reports they want, heh?
So MD never worked in a mill before?
I don't know about that. I have a lot of credit card debt. The other day a debt settlement company said that a Judge can make me file bankruptcy after all my credit card companies/collections take me to court. I don't know if that's true or not.
Sleep,
Why did CPRK need to go into BK in order to get Altus in the mix? Why didn't they just do the deal without BK?
Best regards.
Information was leaked -just not to us. I remember the day before the BK news came out....there was a sell off and I remember thinking someone must know something that we don't.
It almost seems like MD was letting us know what was going to happen.
Totally agree with ThunderBell and TheRealtor.
Excellent. He's doing what we are failing in.
Cool. Thank you guys!
That's what we need! A hole in the ground to see what's under there.
Never mind. I found the details.
I missed out yesterday. How can I join CPRKSA?
What's MD up to? Is there anyone local here that knows what he plans to do? Shouldn't he be filing some type of motion too or is he agreeing with how the bankruptcy is going?
Isn't DcDragon an attorney? Or do we need a specialized one?
If the court denies the Altum DIP, will we also need to get permission for the perhaps other 3 tranches that Fox was talking about? Also, what will happen if the DIP is denied, in regards to us? Why would court deny if Chapter 11 is for restructuring?
. Me- Just wondering about this dog CPRK
Same here. Thanks.
So will Marc make the decisions or will Bryan?
So if we are all wiped out, so will MD?
You gotta be kidding me!? This sounds like a joke! Did CPRK choose this company or did the bankruptcy court did this?
Guys, so what's gonna happen to us? I already have in my mind that all my money is lost-should I think not?
Valente, it almost seems like Google Finance is shuffling the three news from today in and out. Weird!
Are these the same people that did the technical analysis a few weeks ago? Almost seems like they want to pump it to get out? Guys- be careful on your buys-you don't want to be stuck with shares being dumped again after a pump.
Just Released more news:
Coppr King Mining Corp.
(Public, PINK:CPRK)
With March Madness flowing through everyone’s veins, its time we set your sights on the next small cap cinderella story. This stock went from relatively unknown to spreading like wildfire ever since we conducted our conference call on the company found here: http://www.themarketfinancial.com/copper-king-moves-towards-transparency-and-discusses-upgrades-and-restart-of-mill/1787.The stock closed up 17.78% on nearly three times average daily trading volume as some much anticipated news hit the wires regarding management changes, mill restart and future outlook. Early profit takers dropped the stock back from testing the 200 DMA at $0.007, however, we should see a retest of this key resistance shortly as new investors pile in for what could be the feel good small cap story of the year.
Despite all of the recent developments, several key issues remain in the mystery box, leaving investors wondering what could be should the answers finally see justice. Being the impatient journalists that we are, we’ve set foot to knock on the doors of CPRK in order to once again bring updates to the worldwide investment community.

Among the many issues to be questioned are:
* Would higher grade ore be blended once the mill is running at full potential compared to past performance?
* How aggressively are you pursuing an increase in gold mining output?
* Will magnetite production and shipment be ramped up without disrupting other production streams? Do you have the financial means to do so?
* What made you seek the new management changes as it seems rather drastic?
* Are you expecting to hire and fill the top level executive positions sooner rather than later?
* How does the vision of the company change with the new management?
* Many investors are wondering, can you provide an update on Long Term Financing?
* Can you provide any updated production numbers now that the mill is up and running? Are they better than in year’s past?
* What is the update with the Pink Sheets stop sign removal? Why hasn’t it been done now that you’ve filed the paperwork?
* Can you indicate the official headcount of the employees, as this usually speaks volumes for how well a company is doing?
Technical Chart Analysis
It is without a doubt that CPRK is headed on its way up. Parabolic SAR just turned positive as signified by the dot plot starting beneath the bullish white candlestick. Strong buy volume on consecutive trading sessions as indicated by the long green bars give way and confirm that a strong reversal is taking place, despite early profit takers. Full Stochastics has only just begun moving upwards towards the 80 marker, where it has reached numerous times before on news and anticipation of company updates. MACD divergence remains positive above the 0, indicating that investors are feeling bullish on an overall sentiment. Relative Strength Index remains neutral, thus the stock is neither overbought or oversold which breathes a sigh of relief for any onlookers that believe it is a dangerous time to enter. Trading has been steady, however, with the recent news, expect the money flow to be shifting over to the buyers side as the key resistance of $0.007 (200 DMA) looks to be tested in the short-run. Should this break, it will become strong support and it could be the last time the opportunity presents itself in purchasing shares at a discounted price.

Candy, the only thing is now that MD is out- then we no longer have the so called guarantee that a lot on here kept saying over and over again: that MD will not screw all the locals. I know that they are already screwed, but at least MD never filed for bankruptcy. Now that he's out will the the new CEO fight to keep this alive? Is MD completely out or does he hold some position other than being a shareholder?
Should we ourselves start shorting this thing?
Sleep and Richard, I just tuned in from several days ago. I told you guys they were going to screw us again with dilution. CPRK has a pattern.
Welcome to the family.
Dude, if you really wanted to buy you would look for who's accepting orders.
Shiznit013, what does this mean? Are they going to try to bring us down again?
Sleep, are you kidding me? I'm delighted!
Guys, does this mean tomorrow we will have more dilution? I don't mean to bash my own stock, but usually CPRK only gives us news when they want more money.
I have $4,500 from my tax refund that I've been holding on to for a week...Don't know what direction to take. Was planning on investing in some other safe stock, but the risk is low the same as the return. I don't want it in my bank account because I'll probably use it to evict all my lazy a$$ tenants.
I haven't been reading the board much for the past two months; have been trying to not think about my investment in CPRK too much since I'm long here. So I don't know if there are any worthy news at the time for me to take another leap-and I don't mean news as the prior promises. I mean news from locals or people that have gotten news from a good source.
I've lost a lot of money in other stocks and it's been because I've listened to shorters that made me fear. I currently hold 832K shares of CPRK averaged at about $0.01. What should I do you guys? I know it's kind of d@mb to be asking, but I want to hear from all the people that are realistic here not the cheerleaders(you know who you are). And for all the others don't even bother because I already put you in my ignored users.
Please address response as: Dear Ruby, this way others aren't influenced by what you tell me.
Thank you in advance for the imput and best regards,
Ruby
May we have an updated brokerages list of whose accepting orders now?
No wonder CPRK is hesitant to put out PR's.
