Big day today. Info forthcoming
Can anybody find what the compensation for this show segment was?
I'm wondering if a follow up e-mail to Mr. Greenberg would be appropriate? Maybe something along the lines of hey F%^&head, update your shareholders.

Here is why RELM is going vertical monday. "RELM has retained the Santora CPA Group, a Delaware accounting firm, to assist the Company in reviewing and documenting its business processes and financial controls in preparation for the future engagement of an independent financial audit. The future audit will include RELM`s affiliated companies: RELM Holdings Inc., RELM Real Estate Holdings Inc., Access Versalign Inc., Versalign Inc., RELM Technology Group Inc. and Protective Capital Structures Corp. and will adhere to established GAAP and SEC guidelines." Why would a company that is on the pinksheets go out of their way to engage a CPA firm to help them to set up GAAP and SEC compliant audits, unless they planned to file 10Q`s and 10k`s with the SEC in the future. If they are planning that, then they most likely will be looking to uplist to the OTCBB and possibly one day the AMEX or beyond.
Another piece of information to keep in mind, is that their 2009 year end results PR, which they posted in February stated that RELM`s book value was .085/share.
Now let`s say they were ridiculously off when they go through their new audits. Let`s say they were 50% off. That still gives us .0425.
Now let`s say they can`t add and were off by 90% ... that would give us .0085.
In other words, those selling at .0020....get off the f&*&^ckin wall!
Am I being stupid, or has Rick answered the question of dilution?
Who wouldn't visit a company they've invested money in if it was convenient?
A year ago I stopped by the office of Magellan(MGLG). Some of us know how that story ended.
I wouldn't call anyone stupid. I was hoping to head off a batch of questions that the company couldn't legally answer.
I will be visiting Encounter Technologies tomorrow. Has anyone on this board stopped in before?
HungryHippo, you a corporate pilot?

49,000 seems about right to me. I'm just guessing, but they started with one container, they're almost out, so another one is on the way. A 40 ft. shipping container is 2261 sq. feet(27132 inches). I'm guessing each bulb's box is roughly 6 X 3.5 x 3.5 (74) square inches. So how many bulbs per container?
Does anyone have dimensions on the bulb in the box?
The DD is FREE and it ROCKS!!!! Zorro, your contribution here is less than thought provoking. Spend some time digging in deeper to any of the 10 things that make this stock a home run. It'll show everyone how smart you are.

Steve-I am not sure what I can tell you. The BTU problem is a national issue that operators everywhere are working through. While I have sympathy for the Magellan investors, I am a lot more concerned about all the producers, including myself, who have had their primary source of income cut off, when we couldn't sell our gas because of the high Btu issue. We are working with Citizens to find a way around this and have a Jan 1, 2010 deadline that we are working toward. But with the price of natural gas so low now, the revenue from the gas will just about meet the expense of selling it. Again, the Btu and price of gas is not something either I or Magellan can control. I think Magellan has done a pretty good job of explaining it on their web site and in their news releases.
It seems the Magellan investors continue to demand more information in some hopes that we can explain away the problem. We can't.
