Is this locked from trading?
Can someone explain what's important about the letter?
Wasn't there a time frame on selling their shares. Like after 3 years they could sell?
Just curious how you found this information?
My account still shows .0022 for a close.
As I watched L2 other bids came in and were filled before mine even though they were for the same price as mine.
Can anyone explain how someone was able to put an equal buy order above mine on L2?
I'm sure this statement from the roadmap could have been edited if March 1 wasn't still the effective date. Either that means big things happen tomorrow or the company is comfortable misleading investors. I shouldn't have to dig around in other places to find out that the whole roadmap is wrong.
"KlickZie Network Implementation initialization of KlickZie network, implementation of prototype KlickZie web-app, and basic imagery ownership mechanisms. 1 March, 2018"
Why did it drop this morning and will it again tomorrow?
I can't get a straight answer from the company about March 1. Have to resort to the roadmap to figure out what will happen. Only problem is the roadmap still acts like the token sale took place in January. That didn't happen so why on earth would anyone believe March 1 means anything. I wish they'd change that site to reflect the truth! It is really dishonest for any new investors.
New to this...where do you find the 13g?
What news?
The problem is that other things are listed on that site as having happened that didn't happen. That makes the whole site questionable for accuracy.
And if the tokens are not allowed, what does that lawsuit look like? Does everyone get to retract their purchases from the last few weeks.
Apparently there is no deal according to the "telegram" but I'm not sure where that is to be found.
Thanks for the direction on finding March 1.
I couldn't find March 1 listed on the website as a definite date for the app release. Can someone point out where that is?
How can they just create tokens and assign them a value? Do the tokens start with some value or do they start at zero and go up from there?
I would like to know the same thing.
Please correct my understanding if I'm wrong. The free tokens will be released 30 to 60 days after the pre-sale. Isn't it true that by then these tokens may be completely worthless?
Isn't the kodakcoin competition of some sort?
Does anyone know how the"double your shares" bonus works? If you buy in two equal chunks would that count for the 20% increase?
I don't remember all the details but of the guys who made the commitment that they weren't going to sell their shares unless it went to a certain price or after like 5 years, how many of those guys are left?
How do you know?
What happened?
When is the court case?
I just emailed the company and got a quick response. They are going to be using the bulletin board again this week.
Does anyone still use the ttcm bulletin board that they set up?
Can someone direct us to the court docs you are reading?
Which court?
Didn't someone say the company said they were going to answer questions on Friday?
I called and got the same answer. Documents can be sent in the mail. Also got an email from David saying they have to release court findings in a press release or 8k.
When does a company have to put a court case result in an 8k?
You can order the court docs and have them mailed. Did someone do that? They won't say over the phone what happened.
If someone calls, please post what the assistant says so we do not all have to bother the clerk with the same question.
I just received email from company. I asked about the lawsuit and why the 10Q seemed to ignore it. Response came fast.
"The Company believes the lawsuit is baseless, frivolous, highly unlikely to prevail and therefore immaterial."
Can someone point out what about the 10q would lead to a good day?
Not sure I know the right questions to ask but I did ask about an update on the court case, silicon valley, etc. The response came early this morning.
"I will speak to Dr Jon in regards to releasing an update on these items."
Has anyone else been emailing the company? I have received two responses in the last two days, both within a few hours of sending an email.
Can someone direct me to the rules of posting?
