If you lose everything gambling in Las Vegas does the casino owe you your money back?
I hope you're right Steve. I've checked out this company in great detail. I've spoken with the principles on a number of occasions. I've had the product checked out by experts.
What it boils down too is a viable line of medical equipment that costs more to produce than insurance companies are willing to reimburse. Private sales alone will not crack the nut.
As I see it unless production costs come down alot or insurers greatly increase allowables these products and this company won't go much further.I hope somebody pulls a rabbit out of a hat, but I don't think it's going to happen.
As much as I hate to say it - This ship is dead in the water waiting for a torpedo. Too bad.
Medicare does reimburse for these items and services, unfortunately the level of reimbursement does not cover the cost of the item.
Unless medicare increases their reimbursement rates (very doubtful) or Ingen can sell the items for alot less (?) we will have hit the wall as far as large legitimate sales go. This is the reality of the situation and is reflected by the share price.
Nice concept but will probably never make any money to speak of.
Disgruntled shareholders do the craziest things.
For a moment I thought the village idiot found a new village.
Did anyone who uses TDA ever get the last divy shares? I'm still waiting.
If this were a scam they would be doing exactly that - multiple fluff PR's - and the cow would have been milked dry by now.
When the news does hit it will be substantial and the PPS will skyrocket accordingly.
I almost forgot what GREEN looked like!
You might do well flipping that right now.
My GTC sell orders are in place in anticipation of the next pump and dump. Hopefully it will happen before the next Reverse split.
My millions of shares are all free so it's just a flip of the coin to me. I feel bad for all the suckers that marry these bitch pinkies.
The SEC doesn't give a f&%k about INGEN Tech. Dilution sucks but is legal. Reverse splits suck but they're legal too.
Yeah, but he's a nice ladro.
That was good!
What do you think about shorts covering and the 100 share trades keeping the price down for them?
A Quarter of a BILLION shares traded and NO movement in share price - who would still be buying this late in the day with all the obvious dilution?
Do you think PEOPLE are selling at .0005 or is SAND dumping at .0005?
I wonder what dress sizes they will be wearing?
Which prison do you think he will be attending and for how long?
Maybe we should start a pool just for fun. I say 3 to 5 somewhere in upstate New York.
Potential new investors might give IGNT a second look if the company:
1. Guaranteed no reverse splits for at least one year.
2. Gave the shareholders proof of sales.
3. Made accurate and timely SEC filings.
4. Stopped making ridiculous sales projections.
The list could go on but I think you get my point.
Bly - Please give us your definition of SHARE RESTRUCTURE. Some misinformed poster equated it to the dreaded kiss of death REVERSE SPLIT. Clear it up for us if you would.
Perverted but funny.
Shorts covering as Sand dumps. Could take awhile.
A\S is about 8 Billion
Sand still owes the paper boy money from 1967. It's not on the docket, but proves beyond any doubt that IGNT stock is worthless.
And then there was the early childhood gumball machine incident...
Paradoxical questions which indirectly imply that pinkies are legit are way too complicated for me to answer. I'll check with Timmy Geithner and see what he has to say and get right back to you.
Just got off the phone with Timmy - This is from the top.
Ans. to question #1 - Criminal behavior is condoned and even encouraged as long as you make a reasonable profit and don't get cought.
Ans. to question #2 - Doesn't matter how or why it goes up as long as you sell at the top and don't pay any taxes on the gains.
I hope you're right about IGNT and SPNG tracking the same course. During the timeframe of that massive dilution SPNGs share price went up by a multiple of 40X from .007 to .28
Be nice to see IGNT do as well.
New Rule - Everyone on this board ia allowed a flub once per every IGNT Reverse Split. SMF is still allowed to play.
Bin Laden and Clinton in the same picture? Is that for real?
Please call me at 897-5305 10 minutes before you sell. Thanks.
Not such a long wait after all - in fact this is playing out much quicker than I expected.
Sounds good - Hope it's right.
Why would you say that?
Flatlining at .0002. What could be worse?
As of today is the Trademark Infringement suit/complaint settled? Anyone know?
130 MILLION shares traded at .0008 and no change in share price. How fu%ng dissapointing! Why not let it go up some before DILUTING the shit out of it. Management needs to start using their fu%#&ng heads.
Nice take. Hope his luck holds.
Trade champ - I monitor this board because of the vast amount of factual information that is posted by poeple who are way smarter than me. Once I mentally delete the negative spin I save hours on DD. I've only made about $20K profit trading this company over the last year so I have alot to learn. I presently hold millions of shares waiting patiently for the next pop, which I hope will be soon. Good luck to you, if you do get in.
Check out Ingen's Relative Strength Index (RSI) for the last 12 months. You can figure out the rest. Enjoy the ride.
Did the authorized shares decrease by a factor of 25 as well?
