I like the line that says they have already received MULTIPLE very serious inquiries on the trading post ranging from 4.5-5.5 million dollars.
They state that lots of projects surrounding that land also. Which in turn will just increase the value.

Slavo being proven right by the EFLN team on how many acres he owns and how much they are worth at the trading post sure does make it look good for everything else he files in the reports too. Almost makes me want to jump through a brick wall and scream OHHH YEAH!!

Still not sure how something posted by a random person is considered to be a factual document posted to ibox that is used to slander a company. I would hope the company would take legal action to someone slandering them.

Until EFLN releases the document or say that it is real then its fake. Anyone can photoshop that entire thing. EFLN never claimed any contact with C-B Funding.
April press release that is posted. Talk about partnering with EAFN then say they been approved for 35,000,000 dollar loan.

Maybe you're right i honestly don't know and you dont either and the person who stuck an illegitimate document to the i-box also doesnt know where it really came from. If the document was released from EFLN I would completely agree with it being posted but something not released to OTC or through a PR should not be allowed to be at the top of the ibox since anyone with photoshop can make something like that.
Once again EFLN has never Pr'd or referenced C-B Funding EVER and they have never claimed that the loan came from C-B Funding. They did claim it came from EAFN.
They NEVER said they got a loan from C-B Funding. They said they have a been approved for a loan and never once claimed it was from the lender in the fake document posted on this board. They DID claim in an earlier PR that EAFN was going to give them a loan though. So i have to say you are wrong that they referenced that particular document in todays PR.
Well maybe you're right that they have a history of producing fake loan agreements idk but the truth remains that they didnt release that agreement about C-B Funding so I dont understand how anyone can accuse them of such. Anyone could make a fake document to slander the company. If EFLN never actually released it then why would it be posted on the board?
Look at the writing behind the signature of Cynthia Blankenship on that FAKE loan Document from C-B Funding. No wonder EFLN/Slavo never released it. They probably dont even know it exists.

1. The Company management attended an FDOT Meeting in reference to the US 301 four-lane roadway and the CHEROKEE TRADING MALL project. The project plans were discussed with the design team and alternative plans were presented to the study team. The property for the Cherokee Trading Mall can and will be used as collateral for funding its construction.
Thats a quote from the May 5th PR and I was wondering if anyone knows if the land they are referring to as can and will be used for collateral is now going to have US 301 run through it? In other words did EFLN own the land that they want to run US301 through?
