Crooner: That's the kind of talk I want to hear. It helps bolster my paitence after sitting and watching the SP cycle between 8 and 9 for all this time. We must fird ourselves with visions of future great wealth at an embarrassing level.
Does anyone have anything of an ubeat nature with which to lift our spirits and give us hope during this holiday doldrum?
Hey gang! It's back up to 8! So we have something to be thankful for. Hold the positive thought, be merry if not gay, and look forward to great things.
I feel the same, ISOBAR. If you or I had the jack, what an opportunity to get in on the ground floor it is, as the over-used expression goes. Chae, your news is most welcome and I wish you the best of information gleaning. We will be looking forward to what you have to tell us.
And yes, it seems very few people are aware of what's going on with this technology. An enterprising journalist could make good use of this story.
Wow, I'm delighted to see some replies, and with enthusiasm! I too feel the product has tremendous possibilities. Surely, if we can see that, there must be an enterprising soul with money out there to aid in getting this product tested and produced. I have gone back and added some more shares to my account to put my money where my mouth is.
Is there anyone that frequents this board that lives in the Atlanta area that can take the time to drop in on our friends in the company and take a look at how the tests are going?
I keep up with another board which has contributors in California who are able to attend applicable trade shows and cultivate relationships with the movers and shakers. Their input is very valuable. First hand observation beats reading PRs anytime.
Until the next wrinkle, holding on for dear life!
Yes, it has been a strange week. Once again, the boarders have stayed in their lairs, not even venturing out to lend so much as a syllable of encouragement to their fellow investors. Either Geckosystems is the most boring stock in the whole world or, it's a sure thing and no one worries about it, a highly doubtful conclusion. I have found that when no one is interested enough to ask questions, to offer a bit from their DD, or even to ask if anyone has heard anything, the stock is a dead end.
PMLG: I did the same. Great idea!
To Shaka And the old hands: I always knew there was manipulation in the penny stock dodge but the last few days have me buffaloed. Does anyone have a real analysis of why the stock took off prematurily and then fell like a lead pipe and how it was done? And to whose benefit?
Fatboy and Shaka: I got so involved in reading your posts to FastMoney that I didn't get to buy another 1000 shares after the market closed. You guys are very entertaining. And Fastmoney makes a great straightman/villain.
Clueless: From your mouth to his ears. I'm in for a couple million shares so I hope you are prescient. If I wasn't losing so much on "sure things", I'd worry about the Dragon right now. As it is, I have no despair to spare.
Tom Clueless: Confident of what, my friend?
Hey, where the heck is everyone? Am I the only one that gets out on Wednesdays?
Madtig: I'm with you. Till hell freezes! Not going anyway now.
Chief: I have been having misgivings for a while now. I can't find much encouragement for myself. I am looking for the long haul and I don't see it. However, if you've been turning a buck with it, press on! No one can argue with success. Making money is what it's all about!
Hey Up, waytogo! Don't know Enviroteck!
By the way, where is everyone today? Don't tell me I'm the only one that isn't gainfully employed and has time to read message boards!
Speedyaston: I'm on GCKO, HDVY, IMGG and VKNG and a couple of losers I won't mention.
To Twggyy: I am on other boards that post constantly including all day Saturday and Sunday and I was here on Friday 13th totally alone. I was afraid everyone had abandoned hope and gone to the bar or the movies.
Everyone: Happiness is when "Bio-Med Reports" tries to diss your favorite stock in favor of another that you already own and BOTH of them take off for the sky!
It's Monday morning, the market is open, there's a move in the stock and no one has cared enough to sign in? Is this stock a dead ender?
Wally: I think the idea is a bit too futuristic for most investors as of now. It's going to take some demos of efficacy to swing the sentiment. I personally think it has tremendous pototential so I've parked a modest sum in the stock.
I see the pros have jumped all over IMGG's 10-Q filing. However, I will hang on to what I have and buy some more if the price drops enough. Frig 'em!
I came on board a short time ago and I was wondering what is the next event we should be looking forward to. Is there a checkpoint or a hurdle that we can anticipate on this journey to growing embarassingly wealthy?
Chae & Isobar: Thanks for the insight. This IS highly speculative but when I learned about it, it was like a peek through the door to the future. For that reason, I found it irresistable and decided to sign on for the long haul. Luck and fair winds to us all!
Hey, where did everyone go? I'm all by myself on Friday 13th! the ask is .0124 with light volume and all is quiet at SNDY. We need to be plotting our next move and everyone stayed at home.
Sure smells that way!
All inputs help. Being a newbie to this stock, may I ask what the next important milestone might be? Is there a PR or other event we have to look forward to?
To Proteome:
Understand perfectly. Had just bought, tuned in here and saw your mention. Feels good.
I join with you for the long haul. I wouldn't think of selling now that we've hit that big one dollar. I'm going all the way with this one and it's been a very interesting and instructive ride, thanks to all of you.
Where did everyone go? Appears that the weekend wiped every GCKO investor out of the picture. We need encouragement, the SP is dropping gang! To arms, to the battlements! Restore our faith!
I second the motion.
To be rich enough to get that date with Charlize, of course!
But you are not interested in that. My goal is to stay with the stock until it's listed on one of the big boards. If it's as valuable as you and your associates feel it is, that is not an unreasonable objective. Of course, I have no illusions, there is always the possibility of a collapse, for myriad reasons, or more happily, a buyout.
My original question grew from the experience myexperience with other stocks. The followers nearly always have a critical point in mind, if not a PR for a momentary surge, or approval by the FDA for a bigger surge, perhaps there's a buyout. Those that have no goal in mind, just an occasional pump here or there that allows a quick grab of a modest percentage before the price collapses again, are followers of a technique I prefer not to pursue. Yes, I know, there are legions who make their money that way and more power to them, after all, money is what we're after. It's just that I prefer to operate in a different mode.
To Cosmo:
Webster's defines nirvana as any place of great peace or bliss or a state of perfect blessedness. I use it tongue-in-cheek-wise as the realization of our dreams which, of course, varies with each of us. For some, it means untold riches, for others it may mean a decent profit, a new car or a hot date with Charlize Theron. To put it in plain language, it the culmination of months or years of nursing along a penny stock that has potential for great blessings to mankind and for rewarding the deserving.
To: King Oil.
Thanks a million! Onward and upward!
To all:
As an investor in HDVY in the last couple of months, I have been following your exchanges with interest but have been unable to discern an anticipated payoff date, month or year. Do you senior staff folks with tenure visualize a projected date when HDVY will allow us to see Nivarna or have we not yet reached that point?
This whole thing sounds like it was written by a soap opera scripter. I am not reassured but am intrigued by the potential of the plan for this company. Perhaps this is not the time for a hasty decision?
Scion: I learned of the SEC problems today and later saw a summary of Ms. Lu's response that it was all a misunderstanding due to problems with English and everything's fine. Do you have a feel for what we are really doing here? Is this a viable company or is it a front? I'll take a loss to get out of this to avoid association with a con.
It looks af if it's catching. HDVY took a 32.7% hit today after going steadily for a long while. Is someone dumping or just needing some cash to pay his bookie?
Thanks for the advice, Slojab, I will take it to heart. Good luck to you and the other optimists in the crew.
My dear Slo, you have just apprised me of something my(what I thought was) DD did not accomplish. The reference I used to determine the shares of stock out stated 1.7B. I was unaware of the last two iterations. Fool me once...
I was looking for a reason to hang around but now I think my earlier impulse to bail and take my loss was the better one. Do you mind if I drop in from time to time to catch up on the latest gossip?
