My understanding was that the ex dividend date was Thursday. Imho you would get the special dividend only on shares purchased Thursday but not on the ones purchased on Friday. That is why I did not add on Friday when pps dropped. I could be wrong?

I am not positive but I believe it is that he exercised the options on his stock sometime before July 16, 2009 for a share price of between 0.22 and 1.94-- He seems to have exercised his options on over 1 million shares ( and I think he already owned 319K) and now he is a millionaire but not quite a 2-millionaire-- I am looking forward to it going back up in the near future on facility validation/start of Phase III for Multikine as my Christmas present to myself

The approval process that usually takes years has been given the green light to occur much more rapidly. CEL-SCI is now able to press forward with human clinical trials to harness the power of their novel L.E.A.P.S. (Ligand Epitope Antigen Presentation System) technology for treating the H1N1 virus. CEL-SCI?s product targets an amino acid that causes one type of white blood cells (monocytes) to grow into specialized immune cells (dendritic cells). The CEL-SCI L.E.A.P.S. technology also avoids activating a cytokine storm, which many scientists believe can lead to death from H1N1 infection. During a cytokine storm, an excess number of immune cells are trapped in an endless feedback loop. More and more immune cells are called upon to fight an infection. Enbrel is 2 Billion a year
H1N1 is 1.5 billion a year so.

Without multikline or any cancer component CVM could gain 10X in revenue in short order. That would make me very happy
