Yes and SIAF is up over 100% for the year. Big thrills from a company that came down from $17. Two problems #1 definately, horrible management and #2 Chinese taint (or whatever you would call it). Let's see what happens with SHMP in the upcoming weeks. Same industry, going to the same conference in New Orleans in early March with the difference of being US based and having fantastic PR and so far looking like credible management. And oh yeah here's the big difference, Way overvalued whereas SIAF is way undervalued. Perfect test to see what Mr. Market values more.
The problem RD is that SHMP is going to get fantastic press and it doesn't have the Chinese taint. it will talk about taking the technology all over the place, buy out possibly etc... It is nothing about tanks, numbers etc... it's all vapor... it will get a huge valuation just like amazon did. Does it deserve it, no. Will I take advantage of it, hell yes.
And if the technology is real and Tony is still struggling he better get his ass over to them and see what is working and make a deal with them, enough already.
RD, I have not been selling SIAF and have bought SHMP for the reasons I previously stated. I believe SHMP will have legs with the upcoming harvest report and New Orleans Conference. They are have fantastic PR. This is a momentum stock and I think an easy double or triple from here in the short term. I don't intend to be here long term unless they announce something credible in terms of contracts, etc. As for SIAF can you imagine after all this time after all these years we are hoping for 40 cents a share; it's almost enough to make you sick. I still contend the only thing that turns this around is getting rid of all these losers and getting professionals to run this company. If I get close to breaking even on this stock I'm gone.
Holy Prawns Tony, SHMP is eating your lunch, you best go to dinner with these guys at the conference in New Orleans. They are on to something and all I hear from you Tony is smooth talking. I haven't seen one prawn from the Mega Farm. How bout doing something for us shareholders.
and who told you this Cherry..
Could be some big news at the Aquaculture Conference in early March for both SHMP and SIAF. That could really get things moving if we get PR out of that conference.
There is no question that the Harvest Report will be excellent, the only question I have is if the results are already priced in the stock. I guess we will find out shortly. Hopefully the PR will include some revenue projections or something analysts can wrap their hands around.
Yes it has to be the truth and if it is, the harvest report probably is already in the stock price because everyone knows of the outcome.
Tony, If you out there I hope you do some due diligence at the conference and meet with the folks at SHMP, they apparently have a significant technology that they claim has basically solved the mortality issue in indoor Prawn harvesting. So far I have seen nothing from you guys on the Mega Farm, it is high time that you listen to others and maybe you don't have the answer and maybe a JV would work here.
rabbit, I beg to differ, what Peter is expressing could be considered Insider Information. If I buy SHMP on his positive and enthusiastic "pumping", and it doesn't pan out, he is setting himself up for one big lawsuit one with a significant papertrail.
I actually went to Peter's facebook page and messaged him and was surprised that he responded. I was expecting nothing or at most a manuscripted non-eventful response. Instead he basically told me that there was nothing to worry about an the Harvest Report was coming out soon and the results were going to be good (I'm paraphrasing here). Who would say that? Little bit creepy if you ask me.
Yes, This concerns me a bit too, why is anybody talking that is not the PR dept. This is a public company and what Peter says can get him in hot water whether it is true or not.
Yes Petrejus, my apologies, I didn't see the date but none the less I still think they have better prospects than SIAF even though it doesn't make financial (valuation) sense. They are getting great PR.
The story is from 2016
See what happens when you have idiots running the company you have a company like SHMP teaming up with a Fortune 500 Company to finance their technology around the world... see the announcement today... glad I bought some SHMP to offset my losses from these clowns.
Unfortunately SHMP is the way to go in the near future. It is not based on financial metrics. It hasn't even started to produce revenues. It simply has a proven technology is based in the US, has great management and has apparently a great PR team. Add that all up and you have the Amazon of Indoor Shrimp Farming. I'd lick my wounds on his horrid management team at SIAF, stop hoping against hope and make up some of your money on SHMP. That's what I intend to do.
RD, here's where you keep going off the rails, you keep on relying on logic. if that was the case you wouldn't have Amazon being sold at a ridiculous PE for years. The advantage of SHMP is that they have a solid professional team who have been at this for years, not a Solly and Smooth Talking Tony. They also based in Texas with a capital T as in the USA (no China taint). Finally since they announced the receipt of their patent they have gotten unbelievable press and the volume on the stock is in the tens of millions (today in excess of 70 million). This will get a premium valuation whether it is fair or not.

Just received response from Paul Knopick (IR) and he sent me email telling me harvest will be accomplished by the end of February
========================================================================
I don't know what the mystery about the harvest is. Everyone knows it is going to be great. Peter Letizia confirmed it for me today. Over 70 million shares traded today, it is no mystery. What we have here is manipulation and creeps trying to steal your shares. So play along, when there is panic you buy and then you hold on and you don't lend your shares out... it is that simple.
Pretty much the same message I received from Peter Letizia and for those that doubt it feel free to message him directly on his facebook page, he responds.
Holy Moly what a fricken battle. Volume over 70 million. At least you can say this little company hasn't been discovered.
Badabing you can message him yourself on facebook. He said the PR is controlled by Natural Shrimp not him so he can't comment when it will happen but he did say the result will be good.
Mars I have already been told by Peter Letzia today that the results will be good
You can message the CEO on Facebook and you will get a positive response back
So where is our CEO now who puts on Facebook after the dramatic run up "You ain't see nothing yet"... ????
This is exactly what I feared with an incompetent leader such as Solomon, he farted around with other misguided ventures, pissed money away and now we have to deal with other potential technologies that "might" be superior and more economical than SIAF. What a dreadful CEO this guy has been and what a horrid Board we have.
Martin, I have been saying the same thing for years. You have a Narcissist running the company and it highly unlikely he will ever step down yet alone admit his mistakes. Maybe the best way to heal our wounds is to stop hoping against hope and riding momentum stocks like SHMP. Hell it was up another 40% today and they look like they have a real legit management team. I am so sick of the lack of of talent at SIAF it really is a Mom and Pop shop and it is too bad because it really could have been something with the right team leading it. At any other public company they would have been terminated a long time ago and the Board would have been sued for lack of fiduciary duty.
Amen aandt, I think you are seeing the difference between the love an American company gets and what a Chinese company gets especially one with horrible leadership. So I am not completely depressed I bought a small position in SHMP. Hope they are the real deal and one day can buy SIAF and kick this loser out.
What are you talking about it is dropping in the 70's
All-IN, usually the day traders get out by the EOD
The problem with SIAF is that they have horrible management and horrible PR folks that just collect a pay check. Go look at Natural Shrimp's facebook page, press etc... They have all sorts of analysts covering them and huge interest. Look at the volume on the stock. This a dream for Solomon who thinks he has a prized possession and people should be honored to buy into his dream. Doesn't work that way.
Well RD SHMP has a couple of advantages, first it is based in the States so no China overhang, no Solly and they seem to be getting great Press. I took a small position but am keeping a close eye on it. Of course it is way overvalued but if they have a solid patent and the technology works the rest is very easy. Tony and Solomon should have known about this technology it's not rocket science.
Hey Tony if you are some kind of expert how come you didn't think of this:
More from SHMP..
New Out !
Release #:812-178154-rl-1241539:
NaturalShrimp's (OTCQB: SHMP) CEO, Bill Williams, discusses the Company's recent joint patent and how its technology is positioned in the Aqua-tech market.
About: NaturalShrimp, Inc. is a publicly traded AquaTech Company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with production facilities located near San Antonio, Texas. The Company has developed the first commercially viable system for growing shrimp in enclosed, salt water systems, using patented technology to produce fresh, never frozen, naturally grown shrimp without the use of antibiotics or toxic chemicals. NaturalShrimp systems can be located anywhere in the world to produce gourmet-grade Pacific white shrimp.
WSA: Welcome back listeners to the Wall Street Analyzer’s CEO Interview Series. Today we are joined by Bill Williams, he is the CEO of NaturalShrimp Incorporated, trading on the OTC, ticker symbol SHMP. Thanks for joining us today there Bill.
Bill Williams: My pleasure, thank you.
WSA: Yeah, certainly. So please start off by providing us an overview of the company as having an agro-tech company on the program is pretty unique.
Bill Williams: We have been referred to as an agro-tech company but we are actually an aqua-tech company. This is a technology that we have worked on for many years, about 18 to be exact. 15 of those years were in total R&D and the last three have been putting together the knowledge that it took to create the equipment. Our equipment was designed for us by F&T Solutions.
We have just completed our last test run and it has been incredibly successful. We are growing shrimp in volume and that’s what you have to be able to do in this business. Growing shrimp in volume in an enclosed-system is very difficult. To our knowledge, we’re the only company that has been able to do it successfully.
WSA: So yeah, can you talk about some of the patents that you have in play?
Bill Williams: We have filed a joint patent with our technology partner, F&T Solutions. In that patent,, NaturalShrimp, Inc. has a 100% allowance worldwide for the growth of shrimp in enclosed, recirculating systems. As part of that patent, we also have a 50/50 joint venture with F&T for other aquatic species such as barramundi, lobster and other fish. Our patent was issued on December 25th, 2018 and we will file for worldwide patent protection within the next three or four months.
WSA: So yeah, explain a little bit, so it’s called Vibrio Suppression Technology, it helps to keep harmful bacteria away from the shrimp?
Bill Williams: The technology utilizes electric coagulation; in simple terms, we electrify the water. That kills all of the bacterial organisms and it also controls ammonia. If you are going to grow shrimp or any other kind of fish in an enclosed, recirculating system, you have to be able to control both of these factors. Most companies who try to develop this technology can control bacteria but can’t control ammonia. Vibrio is the bacteria that is most prevalent in enclosed recirculating systems.
WSA: So what are some of the other applications and obviously you’re known for shrimp, but there is other kinds of things that you could farm, right, like salmon and other fish?
Bill Williams: Shrimp is the largest selling aquatic species in the world. More people eat shrimp than any other kind of fish. We could work for the rest of our lives and never meet the total demand for shrimp. Of course, we are able to grow any kind of fish species. We have an enclosed, recirculating system, which means that we can come to New York and rent warehouse space on 42nd Street or wherever we want, install our equipment and start growing shrimp immediately. No effluent, no water goes back into the system, everything is recirculating and we can put these all over the world. We don’t have to build facilities, we can rent warehouse space.
WSA: Yeah, I’m sure that’s necessary in places like the Central US where you’d have access to the natural shrimp in the oceans.
Bill Williams: The problem with growing shrimp along salt water sources is it that it destroys the estuaries. You can go into an ocean estuary, scrape out 10, 15, 20 acre ponds and grow shrimp for two or three years. Generally, by this time you have decimated the estuary and you have to move to another area and eventually decimate it also. Additionally, the effluent from growing the shrimp is returned to the ocean, creating a biological hazard in the coastal estuary. Our system is recirculating and doesn’t have to be connected to salt water estuaries, consequently has no negative effect on the costal environment.
WSA: Yeah, it sounds like you have some great implications there in the market. So in terms of the public company what are some of the key drivers that investors should be aware of?
Bill Williams: When we talk about growing shrimp or fish using our recirculating system; the major point is that we don’t have to be next to salt water, we can be anywhere. That changes the nature of aquaculture. Our technology allows us to grow shrimp and any other type of fish anywhere in the world, something that has been very elusive for other companies.
This is a very complex technology. We were in R&D for fifteen years, trying to figure out how to control bacteria and ammonia. Controlling ammonia was the biggest hurdle and we finally learned how to do it. Even if a company knows that ammonia is causing their problem, controlling it is entirely another situation. To our knowledge, there is only one way to control ammonia and that’s the way we do it. There are companies that can grow shrimp and fish in small ponds and sell some locally but they cannot change the nature of aquaculture with that approach and they can’t do what we are doing.
WSA: Yeah, I mean, I guess it kind of sounds counterintuitive. You’re electrifying water, so it’s kind of like the opposite of what you kind of brought up to think of safe.
Bill Williams: I will make it as simple as I can but in fact it’s obviously more complicated than that. Out system kills bacteria and it also controls ammonia and it’s the only technology we’ve ever found that can do this.
WSA: Yeah, no, you got to keep that one closer to the vest.
Bill Williams: Even if you know what has to be done, you still have to figure out how to do it. There is only one way to do this that we have ever found in eighteen years of development. When we started, my partner, Gerald Easterling and I had collaborated on precious technologies and we were very successful. However, if we had known then what we know now, we probably would have never gotten involved with this technology because it is incredibly complex.
WSA: Yeah, there is no turning back now. So what are the main goals and milestones that you’re looking at there with a course of the next 6 to 12 months?
Bill Williams: We have run our last test with our new equipment and it has been very successful. We have ordered two more of our redesigned units from the manufacturer for installation at our facility in in La Coste, Texas, which is about 30 minutes from San Antonio, Texas. We have sixteen tanks, ranging from 45,000, 55,000 and 65,000 gallons and we will fill those tanks with shrimp and get back into full production. Once we get back into full production with our existing facility, we will build another facility at the property we own there.
WSA: So yeah, can you talk a little bit about your background, your experience and some of the key team members there?
Bill Williams: I was Chairman and CEO of a holding company for several years and have been involved with technology development for several years with my partner, Gerald Easterling., I am Chairman and CEO and he is President and Chief Operating Officer of NaturalShrimp, Inc., We have developed this technology along with our other partner, Tom Untermeyer, who is Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Bill Delgado, a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer, is a well-known businessman and public company consultant..
WSA: Certainly yeah, and you also have a celebrity chef onboard?
Bill Williams: We have a chef in Dallas, Texas, who is our major marketing consultant. We have grown thousands of pounds of shrimp over the past few years and have considerable experience in marketing, mainly to high end restaurants. The problem with marketing shrimp is that you have to be able to provide the shrimp consistently. If the customer buys shrimp from you, you have to be able to provide it to them again the next time they want it, which means you have to produce shrimp consistently.
That is where other enclosed, recirculating shrimp systems have a problem; they can’t produce shrimp consistently. They can’t control production and we can. We have people all over the world that want us to come to their areas and set up our system.
WSA: So what do you think Bill are some of the main reasons that investors should take a look at the stock?
Bill Williams: To our knowledge, no one has ever done what we have. Many have tried and some have claimed success but they come and go, with no exceptions. We have spent over eighteen years learning how to do this and we can do it. This is a new, disruptive technology and it can literally change the nature of aquaculture. That is the nature of our technology and it is the same type of investment that was made when computers and cell phones where just ideas We have that kind of potential; the potential to change the entire aquatic industry.
WSA: Well, great. And so once again joining us today is Bill Williams. He is the CEO for NaturalShrimp Incorporated which trades on the OTCQB ticker symbol SHMP. And before we conclude here Bill, is there anything else that you’d like to add about NaturalShrimp?
Bill Williams: No, I think we’ve covered it pretty well. And I appreciate you on your talking with us.
WSA: Yeah, well, we certainly look forward to continue to track the company’s growth and report on your upcoming progress there. And we’d like to thank you for taking the time to join us and update our investor audience on SHMP. It was great having you on.
Bill Williams: Thank you, Juan. I appreciate it.

Maybe SHMP folks are taking a look at SIAF. I took a small position in SHMP what the hell at least Solly isn't involved
Article in Sunday's Houston Chronicle about Natural Shrimp's technology is a must read not for us but maybe for Tony.
Well if you look at their face book page they are actually pumping the stock price, kind of look like at pump and dump to me... I might ride it for a day trade monday but this is no long term hold, you'll get hurt
What PR team puts a comment on facebook about the stock price and tells you to hold on.... I don't like that... that's more like a boiler room operation comment... be careful
RD, here is the reply when I messaged the CEO of Natural Shrimp (SHMP) on how his technology differs from SIAF. Seems like a legit guy, at least the market seems to think so. Possibly Tony could meet him and take a few notes..
Hello .... and thanks for your message. I am not sure how we are different as I do not know the exact technology they are deploying as they only mention a general water treatment proprietary capability. We are the only ones using vibrio suppresion electro (VST) and plasma gas energy in our treatments so frankly I welcome any other contribution. So good for them and I wish them all the best as we need all the help we can get. The world hunger problem is bigger and more important than any one of us. Take care....
RD, does it really matter after all these years. One company seems to be able to promote the dream and get rewarded and the other can't do anything right. One Company's stock is booming and the other is stuck in the mud at a multi year low. Sometimes you just have to go with the momentum.
Yes Martin, you are correct if it hadn't been for Garrett I would have been long gone. I have spoken and communicated to Garrett and find him a decent and intelligent guy. Now he could be taken as a fool like the rest of us but he has a lot more capital at risk. The plan is to basically shut down everything and concentrate on growing fish / prawns at good margins. If Tony can't do this than something is really really wrong, it simply can't be that hard. Look what happened to Natural Shrimp over the last few days (SHMP). Exploding stock price and they have nothing compared to what SIAF has. If we had a decent and transparent management team we all could reap rewards, but I really have a hard time seeing it with this guy and the lackeys surrounding him... really tough situation here... again we wait until March / April to see what is happening.
Hey Tony why don't you read this article and learn how to grow some shrimps . We have only been waiting a decade, no hurry.
